Very attentive and friendly staff. Great food. It was very quiet at lunchtime, which made it very relaxing.

I visited Azzurra on two occasions this weekend - 8th Nov. for lunch and and 9th Nov for dinner. Together with wife and guests we enjoyed excellent food, service and atmosphere. We had excellent attention from the waiter and management on both occasions. The restaurant is in an excellent location in Sloane Square area and the roomy design and ambience ensures an enjoyable and comfortable place to dine. We majored on sea-food dishes and these were cooked to perfection and full of flavour. There is also an excellent cocktail bar to begin or close out the evening. Thank you to the team - Nabil, Yana and Percy.

I went with my mom for Saturday brunch and we both had a great time, food was 10/10, service was 100/10! The staff are so lovely and attentive. Get the lobster pasta, it was *chefs kiss* . Portion sizes were great especially the starters. Great experience overall , I’m definitely going back

We visited on a Saturday and it was packed. Lucky we had tables reserved for our Cocktail Class. (Hen Night) The gentleman doing the class was friendly however the whole class itself was a little slow and it was difficult to hear him due to music etc. Food was lovely, however it was brought out extremely late and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it before it was taken away from the table and we had to leave for the next venue. Cocktails were lovely too. The only thing that puts me off were the seriously uncomfortable seating at the high tables, was like torture sitting on them and the service was extremely extremely slow. This wasn’t due to business as we arrived when the place was empty and it took 10/15mintes for the barmen to make my cocktail, they had to read it out of a book so they may have been new. Then everything ran behind, the class the food the service. But I would go again, perhaps during the day.

it’s so sad the atmosphere is so poor the lights are turned down so low it becomes impossible to see the menu & the food and kills any opportunity to enjoy the fantastic surroundings when discussing it with the staff they say it’s a normal complaint please deal with this immediately it could be a great Italian style restaurant with lots of flair instead it thinks it’s a night club and really doesn’t work SO SAD staff & food really excellent first class

I had an average experience the first time, the second time, I had a deeply hurtful experience with the doorman. I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, especially at the entrance of a venue. I will not be returning. I hope management takes steps to prevent others from having a similarly upsetting experience.

The staff here were really good and trying their absolute best in a busy bar, the management need to put more people on the bar to avoid the abysmal delays. Was here for the cocktail making and food for a hen do and it took a whole HOUR to make the first cocktail because the person carrying out the class had to keep going to help on the bar due to the queues. Again, this was not his fault and he was trying his absolute best. We didn’t get our food until 3 hours after we arrived and it was really just awful. The veggie gyozas were cold, dry and tasteless, even a bit of soy sauce for dipping would have made it bearable. Someone needs to have it explained to them what a gyros is because it ISN’T four pieces of halloumi, mayo and salad sat on NAAN BREAD with chips on the side. Won’t be back by choice.

A perfect afternoon having lunch with my daughters. The most beautiful food, excellent service - the staff were so attentive and friendly, and the decor and ambiance of the restaurant fantastic. Can’t wait to return!

Saturday brunch deal. Sat in Balcony which was nice. Food choice is a bit limited. We all had avocado on toast and the avocado had chilli in it was overly strong. I didn't mind it but you wouldn't like it if you expected normal avocado on toast. The drinks and cocktail were good. Service good but generally not impressed with food and the general atmosphere was a bit tacky

October is one of the most well known bars in Glasgow - the location is great, right in the heart of everything. Drinks are good, but it seems that October has got a bit big-headed in itself and its trying to be something that it's not. I visited in February 2024 and June 2024, both times as part of a group for their cocktail masterclasses and both times, something has gone wrong at the expense of October. First time we had to tell them in advance what cocktails we wanted to make, which is absolutely fine, but we had our ear chewed off when we phoned as "they didn't think we were coming" because we phoned early the day before, despite being told as long as they had 24 hours notice. After insisting we were still coming, and being more or less encouraged to cancel, we had our masterclass, which give them the due, was really good, but the guy we had was doing 3 other ones at the same time. We had dinner afterwards and the food was lovely as well. Second masterclass in June, turned out to be only one party of our group making the cocktails instead of everyone. This was a bit of a shame, not the end of the world as they put two cocktail trees on the table for us. Was a shame that they came out in the last 20 minutes we were there however and we had to chase them about our friend making the cocktail. The food was served promptly however when we arrived, and again, this was good! I've seen other reviews lately about how it seems that the staff don't communicate amongst each other, which I can understand. I think a bit more central co-ordination needs to be in place as October does seem to be letting itself down lately, which is a shame! I get it can get busy at times, but for both masterclasses to have something messed up, twice in the same year, just makes me wonder a bit. Definitely better places in Glasgow - we would return, but it would be a last resort if we couldn't get in anywhere else.

Arrived at October on Saturday evening with large group of family and friends. We had no reservation however staff could not have been more accommodating. Great customer service!

Went for a drink with my son who recently graduated from university. I had a margarita which was made by Kelvin and it was lovely. 5 star taste. I would recommend this venue to people who have not been before. Very nice service and atmosphere

Really looked forward to this as a wee treat but we were sorely disappointed. The staff all require basic training as nobody appeared to know what they were doing. We had to come looking for someone to take a drinks order and even then they took an age. The starters were lovely but the mains were cold and mine was covered in spring onion despite me telling the server 3 times no onions. I specifically asked if there was anything in the dish that wasn’t listed on the menu. She didn’t know so I asked for it plain with just the meat and mayo and not to give me the slaw as I didn’t want the onion… it arrives loaded with hummus and clarted in onion. They took it back and it had clearly just been picked off. The food was cold and nobody checked on us during the meal to see if everything was ok or to see if we wanted more drinks. So to be clear, from being seated we were only served 1 drink, had to ask for cutlery to eat our mains and then nobody followed up with us the entire time we were there. When they came to clear the plates (after the bill was paid) they didn’t query anything despite my plate being almost full still. Will never be back and would not recommend.

I recently did a cocktail masterclass with Kelvin. What a laugh it was! Learning how to make two of my favourite cocktails from a pro was a fantastic experience that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. We had food afterwards and this was also amazing. The chicken Gyros and fries were incredible, and the blondie for dessert was the ideal end to a meal. Drinks not ridiculously priced like some other cocktail bars in town. Highly recommended for an evening with friends!

Attended a cocktail class with Kelvin. Brilliant service, so attentive all night to us. Had the best time, will definitely recommend. Kelvin is a fabulous bartender, made my night!!

Terrible service - no apologies for a two hour wait for mains. Also super hot with no fans and expensive drinks. So many better places in Glasgow!

Paid over £300 for a table and drinks package for my birthday night out on a saturday night at 9pm got there at the right time and they sat 12 of us at a table with 3 seats free other people all sitting at the table drinking, empty glasses everywhere (obviously didn't have a table reserved for us) i had to go up to staff who where unhelpful and rude to tell them we wanted a table that had enough space for us all. Then had to go up to staff 20 min later to ask for our drink to be brought out (still hadn't cleared the table so we where all just standing after booking a table) drinks came out and before i had even finished one drink the door staff put out my boyfriend and friend. When i asked why was told he didnt have to give me a reason if i didnt like it id to leave too. We all ended up leaving so the 2 put out didnt need to leave themselves. Literally ruined my night ended up home as town was jumping and we couldn't get in anywhere as a big group so late. Iv phoned 6 times now for a refund and been told every time i will be phoned back Still waiting months later

Booked the boozy brunch for 13 people for my birthday, unfortunately the experience wasn’t great all round. We had preordered food before hand, yet someone still came over to us to ask what we would like to eat, seemed like none of the staff knew what was going on. The food was alright but nothing to write home about. Was completely disappointed in the standard of food and service. Loads of staff members behind the bar but nobody really seemed to be properly attending tables or serving. Several of the female staff members were rude, uninterested and seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. I had to go over multiple times to ask how the process for ordering worked, what cocktails were included in the brunch deal etc as nobody had told us. They listed 5 random cocktails to choose from but didn’t provide a menu with ingredients etc. was all just very disorganised, felt like they wanted rid of us. Staff need some serious training in customer service, not like they’re getting paid to work there or anything!

First time visiting October bar and had booked the brunch deal. Fizz on arrival, 5 cocktails & a small plate. Thought that was a great deal so we were really looking forward to it. Got there late (our fault) but they said we could still have the brunch but the small plate menu was limited which was fine we were just grateful we were allowed to have brunch still. We were given fizz and had our first cocktail, but then we were told there’s been a mistake on the website that the deal we wanted were for Sundays only. Showed the email and looked at the website which still stated it was for Fridays and Saturdays. In between all of that we were told they needed the table but told us we were welcome to finish off the brunch inside the bar so we were seated inside. The staff were quite apologetic and honoured the deal but was told we could only have 4 cocktails as the fizz counts as one. Fine. Continued ordering another drink to then be told we had to move again. Once we were re seated again I had asked how long we had on the table so we knew when to get the bill. We were told an hour. I made note of the time so we could continue to enjoy our time there. Not even an hour later we were told we had ten minutes to pack up and move again. At this point we had ordered our last drink of the brunch and was waiting for that to arrive. I then said to the gent we’ve not been here an hour yet and he ignored me as I was talking and turned his back on me. We asked for the bill. Didn’t seem in a rush to come back with it so couldn’t have needed us to rush away any time soon. Bill still hadn’t arrived so we took it upon ourselves to ask someone at the bar. Long winded but it seemed to be one thing after another. Atmosphere was good, service wasn’t brilliant. Advertised as a rooftop bar but we were sat under a hot roof by a lift of a shopping centre. Don’t think we’ll be back any time soon.

Great brunch here for a hen party! Food was delicious, gorgeous cocktails and our waitress Yuki was great, so friendly and attentive she really made our visit special! We will be back!

The was delightful. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a decent crowd, but at the same time the wait at the bar for a drink wasn't too long. The bartender Xinya was exceptionally friendly and professional, efficiently taking orders on a busy night. She made the most incredible martini for us. Would definitely visit again.

i was there a couple weeks ago and i had the nicest and most accommodating bartender called vanessa. She made the experience so enjoyable and made 10/10 drinks. Will definitely be back

Espresso martini poured from a tap and cost £10.15 Advertised as £9.95 on menu Asked why it was more expensive and they said it was a service charge- service for what exactly? Pouring a cocktail out of a tap and handing it over the bar? Overpriced in the first place, if you are paying £10 you’d expect it to made fresh but to add a service charge as well is laughable

Really lovely atmosphere and very photogenic bar/restaurant in Princes Square. Drinks are reasonably priced and the interiors are very beautiful. The music was loud so definitely better for drinks than dinner in the evening. The food here is fine but the drinks and vibes are the main attraction.

The waiter knew nothing about the menu and made me order the wrong drink. In addition, the table where I was sitting was suddenly reserved for a time 15 minutes pasts having set there and I had to leave my table before finishing the drink.

All staff were very uninterested, very unorganised. Found a label in my food, had to ask twice for the meal to be removed from my bill. When we first arrived we were told to sit anywhere and after 5 minutes we were then told the outside area was fully booked. No communication between clueless staff.

So cute and fun!! had a delicious wee drumstick martini it even came with a lollypop. Me and my Nan loved our brunch only £25 per person thought this was such a good price for the amount drinks and food - was served by Zoe she was lovely even sang happy birthday upon request, beautiful vocals and top service!

We came in last friday and what a fab place with great staff. Loved all our drinks and generally the atmosphere! Shoutout to Natalia who served us and even suggested I try the Drumstick cocktail which was delicious!

Not good. Popped in for drinks on Saturday night, no draught beer, not the end of the world…….however a poor choice of bottled beer (think there were only 4 or 5 bottles, all totally uninspiring). So decided to go for a rum and ginger ale. No ginger ale (what bar doesn’t have ginger ale!). Opted for Diet Coke, only to have the drink served in a plastic glass with no garnish.

Great spot for a weekend party. Cocktails were good and kept the party going. Bar staff had good craic. Management were top notch.

From start to finish was a disaster. I booked specifically for their choice of vegan dishes. However the dish I chose was vegan on menu, Gyros Crispy tilapia cauliflower , I asked if everything that comes with it is vegan? The waitress checked, returned saying this dish is not vegan as the crispy batter has EGG 😡. I was not pleased, as had I not asked about the slaw etc it came with, I would have been served a non vegan meal! I then chose the falafel salad Vegan, received the dish, no salad! I asked for fries to accompany this, we finished our food before the fries came, everything very slow as we had already waited more than 40 mins for the little food we got. Lastly, we asked for coffee, Latte with non dairy milk! Yip you guess, no alt to milk, 😡 had our £16 Friday deal Prosecco, which kept us going while waiting on food. Will def not be back.
