Courtyard booth, cracking Aspinall cider on tap. Reasonable prices for Glasgow. Good for watching football with mates👍🏿

We came here after it being recommended. It looked nice and the outside booths are very nice. The drinks were decent value for money but the service was lacking. Maybe just an off day but we felt a bit of a imposition. We’d go back again to give it a second chance.

It’s a great pub and still feels very new. The outside seating is ok if a wee bit chilly sometimes and the noise from metropolitan is annoying but manageable. Wish they opened earlier for other football events.

Headed to the Tapyard for drinks after a ladies lunch - group of ladies, no guys - great venue, lovely staff and friendly service. Live music was an added bonus and finished off our day out perfectly. Also had loaded Tacos - went down very well! Been a couple of ties before, and will definitely be back.

Amazing night at The Tap Yard Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere with sports on TV. Live singer was amazing and had a great genre of music to suit all tastes. Would highly recommend for a great night out in The Merchant City.

Booked a booth for dinner which was fine, but entire place was working on a cash-only basis, no electronic payment machines were working. Staff refused to take orders until cash was paid upfront, no tab was allowed. I had to go to a bank machine 3 blocks away to get cash before I could order food. I then had to go to the bar for every round, no table service is allowed. Service at bar was haphazard at best, there seemed to be more staff managing each other and cleaning tables than actually serving, although everyone was polite. One round took over 20 minutes to get set up.

Our last day in Glasgow before we headed to the airport and we wanted to watch the footy. We got a great booth in the stunning atrium with our own private TV screen (shame about the result!) The staff were brilliant, super friendly and the barman knew how to make an exceptional Negroni! Great bar!

What a great concept you get yo watch your sport in an individual booth and join everyone else watching the big screens. Atmosphere is great staff are friendly and although we didn’t eat the food looked really good

Went in after doing a quiz as a nightcap, it was late on a week day but seemed very quiet. I hope this isn’t just a flash in the pan place as it looks like it has a lot of potential. Id try it again on a sports day and get a true feeling for the place. The staff were pleasant.

Travelling back from Kinning Park with my eldest son, I decided to stop off here for a bite to eat as I needed to pick up a few things anyway. Overall, it was some good scran. Aside from the food, I also thought it was brilliantly priced (Kids eating for just £1), the staff were decent and the cleanliness of the seating area was on point. In comparison to the Morrison’s café in Anniesland, which has plummeted in quality over the last four months, it really was night and day in comparison. I opted for the Sweet Chilli Chicken Panini (lovely) and a Cappuccino (unfortunately the machine only poured 2/3 of a mug). The wee man had Pancakes, Crisps and a Fruit Shoot (unfinished but he seemed happy enough with it). I was impressed with the choice on offer - it certainly exceeded what I’d expect from a Supermarket café. Being a fan of Rangers, I’ll most likely be in the area again very soon and would happily head back to Asda.

I am attending at course at the Clyde College and this wee cafe happens to be nearby - it's very convenient for lunch when I have classes the whole day. I had lunch in a couple of occasions so far, I tried their soup and jacket potato. The prices are affordable, the food is good and the staff are super friendly.

I visited The Lauder in Sauchihsll Street in October 2919 when it reopened after the fire that destroyed the buildings next to it we were served beautifully cooked and very tasty food. I have visited Glasgow twice since then last week ( end of February 20w9) being the most recent and it is now my choice of place to eat. The staff are great easpecially one young lady called Lynn who has been the ultimate in custoner service. Even remembering me from previous visits and ensuring that I get a table and great service. I will be back as not only is the foid well cooked and presebted it is great value for money .
