Tuvimos una encantadora experiencia gastronómica en Aizle el viernes por la noche. La comida era excepcional , imaginativa y bien presentada. Disfrutamos especialmente de la croustada y el aperitivo de sarro de ternera , el pincho de vientre de cordero , el lomo de venado y los cursos de desiertos fueron excepcionales. El ambiente era agradable, ocupado, pero no ruidoso con espacio para la mesa. Y el servicio fue amable y atento. Volveremos.

Fantástico ambiente. Maravillosa selección de tés y tartas caseras, todas servidas en servicios de té antiguos que luego puede comprar si lo desea. De hecho, todo está a la venta a un precio negociable. Me encanta este lugar sin pretensiones escondido a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad. Asegúrate de reservar. Uno de los mejores lugares de Edimburgo.

Amazing dinner and everyone was very friendly. Very intimate with only 6 tables. They deserve their Michelin star. 100%

We love this pub, so it was an easy choice for our wedding reception (back in June 2024, a bit delayed in posting this)! The staff were absolutely incredible, both during the planning process and on the night itself, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service was outstanding, the drinks were fantastic, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to celebrate. With an impressive whisky selection and top-notch food, this pub is truly an Edinburgh gem. Steve and everyone at The Abbey are amazing!!

I am obsessed with this hotel. Booked the room with rooftop and it was magical!!! I could see the stars and the sky while sleeping. The location isn’t far from the centre but still very quiet. Staffs are very nice. I would stay here again next time!!

Truly original, this is a great bar. No food, no music, just a great atmosphere.

Lovely link roll, sausages are delicious and latte perfect and great prices! Both the ladies behind the counter are so friendly and welcoming, definitely be back ☺️

A hidden gem….What a wonderful place! Friendly staff and amazing food. And for the ladies… the powder room is a must see.

Voor een lui diner na een reisdag in het hotel gegeten. Heerlijke Haddock (fish en chips) en Burger gegeten met een fantastische sticky Vijgencake met ijs en een matcha Tiramisu als nagerecht. Absoluut een aanrader.

No problem with finding a table on a busy Saturday evening could of been a bigger table for 4 people, little cramped once the food arrived, sharing platter well presented and tasty, main course choices good ,friendly and helpful waitress.

Salimos de los caminos turísticos para probar estos rollos de salchichas. Vale la pena el tiempo y el esfuerzo. Pudín negro y haggis, cerdo tradicional y una carne picante se comieron entre los dos. Absolutamente delicioso. Bonitos rellenos gruesos y apretados. Nada de escatimar en las carnes. No demasiado grande, justo. 10 libras por tres, más que contento.

All was good really. The various savouries cakes and scones were all really good the jam was really special crisp and fruity. Service was attentive and friendly. One very small comment is that the sandwiches could have been made with slightly thinner bread. Overall it was very good - something for everyone 👍
