Wands at the ready...🪄 This place is a dream come true for any fantasy lover! ✨ We sipped on sparkly potions, munched on snacks served in cauldrons, afternoon tea style towers, and even had chocolate frogs and magic beans! They are fab with gf & other dietary requirements too 🌱 ✨ We got creative making our own magic wands and painting adorable tea light holders. You can also make mythical creatures, decorate dragon eggs, the possibilities are endless! ✨ The staff are AMAZING! They're all fully in character, super helpful and so much fun. Just shout "Serviceio!" and they'll magically appear ✨ ✨ They even host parties with real-life owls and snakes! 🦉🐍 How cool is that?! ✨ The gift shop is overflowing with magical treasures. You'll definitely want to grab some souvenirs! ✨ This place is clearly made with so much love and passion for fantasy. It's the perfect escape for both kids and adults alike. Not an ad, just a 10/10 experience we couldn't help but share.

We had a lovely afternoon tea. The food was delicious and even though the heating was broken, every effort had been made to make the room we were in nice and cosy. Our son had food from the main menu and he loved the haddock and chips. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Working as part of the university o had to use Inox as a venue for an event. It was a long day and the complimentary water was used up by event attendees. As a result of this I asked a member of Inox staff behind the bar for some tap water of which they said 'No' Not only is this illegal for a restaurant serving alcohol to do so, it is entirely rude and I want Inox customers to know that this is what they think of people. Disgusting behaviour and it will be known

Don’t normally do reviews but there was a medical emergency today an elderly lady lost her footing outside in broomhill and had a nasty fall with a head injury the staff were excellent they assisted with first aid and gave the lady a warm place to sit while we waited for an ambulance. The staff were quick to get their own first aid kit and provided gloves so we could treat her until further help arrived.

Absolutely stunning food, never knew peas could taste so amazing! The whole meal was very well seasoned, so much so I'm sad I finished my plate! I feel like I just had a Michelin star experience, with local café prices. Will definitely be recommending and coming back! Ps: loved the jazz music and the furniture - church pews used as seating! Lovely vibes.

Me sorprendió ver que su personal no había tenido ninguna previsión en absoluto hoy con respecto a la preparación de la carretera adyacente y la entrada de entrega listos para la entrega de alimentos y bienes de hoy en sus instalaciones. Me sentí totalmente avergonzado por el pobre camionero que tenía que cumplir con los plazos y terminó deslizándose en un automóvil estacionado en la carretera inclinada adyacente y fuera de sus instalaciones debido a la falta de preparación y previsión en su nombre. habría sido sencillo preparar la carretera, mantener el enlace con la empresa logística, despejar el área y cono listo para su entrega.
