Had the most amazing experience today for a friends birthday bottomless brunch! With me being pregnant I was concerned whether I would get the most out of the brunch, but our waitress Mollie was amazing, she was so accommodating & explained my options to me! Even adding extra purées to the mocktails I purchased to make them more my taste! The whole experience was fab & I would highly recommend! Huge shoutout to Mollie for a fab afternoon!

Booked for drinks to celebrate family birthday. Staff trouble finding booking. Table allocated was next to open door, requested to be reseated. The £120 drinks vouchers didn’t even include tonic water and only lemonade from the tap. The manager was unfriendly and clearly not experienced in hospitality or service. Will not be coming back as spoiled the celebrations.

First time here with friends. Couldn’t fault it. Lovely atmosphere food was brilliant and the service was fantastic. Our server Ashton couldn’t do enough for us. Clearly knew the menu well and made some great recommendations to us. Thank you. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Staff were rude and refused to listen to our complaint. Drinks are overpriced. Unable to work out the group did meet spending requirement as most drinks bought downstairs not upstairs. Will never go back there.

We went for a late night drink for my girlfriends' birthday. The bar staff were rude when we ordered our drinks. They ignored us for over 15 minutes before we were served at the bar, and were visibly annoyed when we asked a question about the deals offered on the menu. It ruined my girlfriend's birthday as the bar staff were so rude to her when she asked what drinks were on offer. Really disappointed and will not go back again.

We had a meal for a large group, staff were very helpful, food was fine, but I should have gone for the steak.

Absolutely gorgeous gem of a restaurant!! The food was fantastic, the vibe was immaculate and if I could give the service a 6 star rating instead of 5 I would!!! Our server Charlie was an absolute darling, he made sure we were happy and that everything was all good for us! He genuinely couldn't do enough for us all. It was my friends birthday and he made sure the cake we brought over was a surprise, and even brought my friend the signature drink on the house over to her to celebrate! These little touches really did make the night wonderful. 11/10 will recommend to anyone who will listen to me talk!

Not actually sure there was any alcohol in the cocktails in the bottomless brunch, and the brunch food was nice but felt like quite a small portion. Really lovely vibe though, beautiful inside and lovely staff

Absolutely hands down the best bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. high quality food and drinks, that I can’t fault whatsoever. The staff were all fantastic. It was pretty quiet when we were first seated, but the servers made a warm and inviting place for us and were super attentive. We will be back!

A group of 4 of us enjoyed Bottomless Brunch. We booked in for 3 pm and inside was quiet. The staff were very attentive and kept checking if we needed another drink. There was a good range of drinks-not just Prosecco or beers. We all enjoyed our meals and weren’t left hungry. A great place to enjoy drinks with friends.

Had a lovely meal, really conscious of my fiance gluten allergy. Staff are all very friendly. Joel was our server, attentive, chatty, really lovely guy. Steaks were brilliant, sirloin was cooked to perfection (medium rare). Can definitely recommend 10/10

We were very impressed with this restaurant. We visited for our son's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and we were impressed that the staff took care in dealing with our granddaughter who has a food allergy. We will be back!

We were at Lost and Found in August 2024 for our daughter’s wedding reception in the Secret Bar upstairs. We were able to decorate and set the rooms up the day before with Alesha’s help. From the moment we arrived for the reception we were all made to feel very welcome, the food was excellent and the whole afternoon and evening was a great success. A special thank you to Alesha, Lewis, Ashton and Seth for all their hard work on the day.

Very busy on a weekend. Drinks are okay, a long list of cocktails available and some offers available as well. Very pretty inside and out but not much seating available inside for drinks

We visited to celebrate our daughter's GCSE results. Staff were very welcoming and even gifted her a mocktail. The food was delicious. Complimentary drinks were brought to us when there was a slight mix up with our order. This was very unexpected but great service. We would definitely want to visit again as we enjoyed every part of our visit.

Joel our server was really lovely friendly and attentive to our needs. He was on his own most of the time we there and worked very hard to serve us and the rest of the tables, he apologised endlessly as everything i ordered was not available this was obviously not his fault. I would come back again hopefully to have what I was originally going to order. 😊

I recently enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea where every bite exceeded expectations. The coronation chicken sausage roll was simply amazing, bursting with flavor in every mouthful. The salmon sandwiches were perfectly balanced and fresh, a real treat. The homemade scones were a highlight—light, fluffy, and paired wonderfully with clotted cream and jam. To top it all off, the service was impeccable, with Joel ensuring every detail was taken care of. A top lad who made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot for an indulgent afternoon treat!

I came here for a date last week and I had a wonderful experience. The decor was absolutely beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making sure all my needs were met. The food was well presented and delicious.

Shocking, waited nearly an hour for our food. Cauliflower steak was raw definitely not roasted, limp salad, cold fries and super salty mushroomrigatoni! Manager wasn't helpful, they seem to prioritise drinks for bottomless brunch over diners. Won't be back.

Excellent meal with fabulous decor. Jenna was really helpful & delightful when serving us. For meat eaters I would recommend the Pork Chop dish. For veggies the cauliflower steak!

We turned up to have a wedding anniversary meal 5 minutes before our booking time. We stood for over 10 minutes without being seen to. All we had was a poor young waitress running past apologising every time she passed us - 100% not her fault. There must have been 10 people in the entire place, so I am not sure why she was scrambling around. I'd hate to see it when the place was busy. Anyway, we walked out and ate at Nonna's. The service and food there was first class. I honestly never give negative feedback, but we were made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than valued customers. I hope you sort out the staffing or whatever the issue was.

I had the worst experience here. First of all, because the weather is very hot, the whole restaurant is stuffy. Secondly, the waiting time for the food was very long, we made an appointment at 7 pm, but the food was served after we waited for an hour. And whether it is the food or the final checkout, it takes a long time for someone to come. In the end, we initially ordered pizza, and it wasn't until we finally asked that we were told it wasn't available. And a mojito, also unavailable. The overall feeling was very bad. Some of the service staff i’m not sure if is "racist"? Because when we asked for some ketchup, she ignored it. And other time when we want to ask for serve, she also ignored. But the people who serve us are still very dedicated, and I'm just highlighting some of the people who we ask for help. Anyway, the food is very delicious, but the service…
