Me and the mrs stopped by for lunch yesterday amazing steak and drinks. Lovely service from Bella will be back again.

Had a really lovely afternoon catching up in the sunshine with cocktails and food! My first proper outing since my son was born. Bella was lovely and was very attentive and we didn't feel like we were rushed.

Thanks to our waitress Grace we had a lovely evening at the Lost and Found. Thanks for putting up with us :)

Was charged £7.50 for a pint of estrella lager, by a barmaid that had the worst attitude I have ever come across. There are better places to go, would give this place a miss if I was to visit Sheffield again.

Quite busy on a sunny Thursday afternoon, Ana was working the bar solo, but she was very attentive, friendly and accomodating. Made us have a really enjoyable time. Thank you Ana!

Unfortunately the restaurant was cold and dark with very little atmosphere. The food was very mixed and we felt the good was over priced.

Bella served us and she was so kind and took extra care of our daughter . Our daughter loved her smile and found her amazing. Great staff you have that needs a promotion

Bella was a fantastic host and very pleasant. A nice little touch getting a free glass of Prosecco for the mummy.

Our meal was very good - especially the marsala fish and chips! Thanks also to our server Bella for her attentive service - Milo liked his complimentary dog biscuits!

We found that the people at "lost and found" are truly lost when it comes to customer service. We interacted with 4 people at the place and none of them were polite. Firstly, we weren't even greeted when we walked past the staff. Every time we tried to interact, they had a cold and bad attitude. Then, We had to wait 45 min for our food. The food was good but we won't go back because of the disappointing service. Definitely not worth it due to the poor quality of service provided.

My initial impressions of Lost and Found were really positive, especially the lovely service provided by the bar. Sadly the experience deteriorated after sitting down to dine in the restaurant. The service was ok, however it was disappointing to learn that several items were not available from the menu. My main complaint however came with my main course. I had ordered the cheese and bacon burger. Whilst I read that it had an onion chutney included, at no point did it mention that this contained chilli..Although not allergic, it caused my mouth to feel like it was on fire and therefore something I would have expected to be made aware of. I would have brought this to the attention of my server, however the initial checkback happened so quickly into the meal that i hadn't had an opportunity ro even bite into my burger. I mentioned my issue when the plates were taken away and over half the burger haddock been left on the plate. The server went away and confirmed with the kitchen that there was chilli present in the dish but made no effort to rectify the situation. Desserts were ordered and the menu advised that these were to be accompanied by a complimentary hot drink. No drink was offered and by this point I just wanted to pay and leave. Overall a little disappointed that a lovely evening was overshadowed by poor service

Food was amazing here!! Atmosphere was relatively quiet until the restaurant busied up later on in the evening, but Keira was AMAZING and really attentive throughout the meal. Would come here again for definite :)

Had a great night at Lost & Found Sheffield! Beautiful decor, top-tier cocktails, and great vibes. The espresso martini was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely coming back!

Bit slow to start but lovely waitress , Friendly and helpful .

Upon arrriving to the bar, which we had a table booking, we was shown to our table. Then staff came and moved us to another table, at that table it was really cold, so we asked to move back to our original table, which staff agreed as it was our table that we had booked. Once back at the table another member of staff came to move us again and said the table was booked, so we couldnt sit there. I explained it was our table and we would like to sit there as its slightly warmer and more comfortable. We was told we had to move. The bar was so cold and little heaters scattered around which just didnt work warming the bar up. All the time we was in the bar no one sat at our original table so all the messing, just wasnt needed. At 6.30pm we asked if we could order bar snack which were advertised on the bar, snack was served between 4-8pm Monday-Friday. We was then told we couldnt order any snacks was we were walk ins, we explained we had a booking and its advertised on the bar. The barman then stated we couldnt order any food because the resturant was busy. Nothing about the time in this bar was relaxing and everything seemed an hassle. For the first experience here, I would not recommend, which is a shame as we were looking forwards to spending some time in a different bar. We ended up leaving before scheduled due to the experience ans moving on to another bar.

Kiera was an amazing waitress! Even with on the busy Saturday night she served us with the upmost attention. She did a smashing job!

Pedí filete con papas fritas. Tuve que enviar el filete de vuelta como estaba demasiado cocido y como un pedazo de cuero de bota vieja. Pedí que se cocinara medio raro. El filete nunca fue devuelto, así que tenía una comida de patatas fritas. El personal nos evitó e ignoró durante el resto de la noche. Traté de pedir el postre, esto nunca llegó. De nuevo el personal nos ignoró. No estoy seguro de cómo tuvieron que llevar la factura, es cierto que el filete no estaba en ella, pero realmente es así como se trata a los clientes? El lugar y el personal son una desgracia.

Small portions, even on larger plates, very slow service, however the taste was good

We had a lovely afternoon tea. The food was delicious and even though the heating was broken, every effort had been made to make the room we were in nice and cosy. Our son had food from the main menu and he loved the haddock and chips. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Not sure what went wrong when we went for dinner here but man…these reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. Staff were nice but this is a shocking venue. No atmosphere. Food was bland. Just all in all terrible. I’m sure for a drink it’s nice but for dinner it wasn’t even close to decent.

Charlie was an amazing host looking after 16 of us! He was so attentive and lovely, made sure we were all well looked after!

Jake the bartender is an absolute G, gave perfect recommendations on drinks and made a delectable Margarita. if your in Sheffield then go here its great, and if you can go to Jake on the bar he clearly knows his drink well.

I came to the Lost and Found with some friends in a Sunday afternoon. Jake was very welcoming and let us bring our dogs. The service was excellent and good lovely.

We had an amazing brunch experience at Lost & Found, Mollie the waitress was so fast with ordering our drinks, even though it was busy! We had at least 10 cocktails each! And the food was the best brunch food we have ever had (steak). Would definitely recommend! Definitely value for money.
