Great coffee and cake Pity two young members of staff chit chatting to each other and not a please or Thankyou from either Come on M&S train your staff that a smile and a Thankyou costs nothing!

I used their Click and Collect service. It was very efficient.👍

I found the staff quite rude and abrupt.

Expensive, not always good quality, food. Good cafe and toilets, with friendly staff. Edit: cafe closed down, so lost a star.

I was heavily pregnant when I last visited and thought it was still ok to use the customer service toilets but to my surprise they no longer have customers toilet. I expressed my urgency to have a pee. Every pregnant woman knows that when you have to go you have to go. They said they can't let me use the (now) staff toilet because the manager wouldn't like it. They watched and made me walk across the road into a pub to use the toilet. I was totally ashamed because I have been a loyal customer for years.

Love m&s food is always good quality and a good selection available. Handy to pop across road at dinner break time at work.

Yes disappointed with store. Be v careful. Only can park for 90 minutes. Got fine for staying 10 minutes over this despite still shopping. M and S customer services won't help despite me having receipt

Great shop, please bring back the cafe!

Always popped into marks most days for some bits and bobs but where have all the staff gone? Go in lots of mornings and they don't even have staff on the tills anymore. Just one member of staff directing everyone to the self serve tills which, as usual, take longer to get served at as always waiting for the member of staff to override the system as some 40+ year old wants to buy a bottle of wine or pack of razors. Put people back on your tills. It's pure greed, all about cost cutting, raising profits and sod customer service I mistakenly expected better from M&S.

Love this one in my neighborhood so much that I come back almost every week for groceries. But to my surprise, after I kindly expressed to the white lady with curly black hair at the self-checkout that I had left some unwanted items in the basket, she gave me a scornful look and didn't respond to my words. Disappointing customer service, hopefully she didn't do it because of the color of my skin.

There isn't a lot you can say about Marks that hasn't been said it's the All Rounder for every thing

I really enjoy buying my lunch and groceries at this Mark and Spencer’s but for some reason at this particular store don’t have much selection for vegans like other M&S store which does saddens me. I hope they can fix’s this problem asap

Good food selection, nice clothes

I visited Sheffield in August for a week, coinciding with the 2022 heatwave. Although the hotel breakfast was excellent, I decided to have breakfast out of the hotel some days for a change. I had breakfast at M&S two days running, and it was a joy - poached eggs on sourdough toast, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a pot of breakfast tea with oat milk. The service was friendly, polite, and quick, and the restaurant is large, airy, roomy, clean, and has extensive window views along Fargate. It saddens me to see what has happened to Sheffield's city centre - gone are most of the department stores and designer shops (Meadowhall outside of Sheffield has become the shopping hub), therefore leaving Sheffield looking like an unwanted guest at a funeral. I dread to think what will happen to M&S if visitors to the city and Sheffield residents don't use it! Please keep supporting this wonderful store, for, without it, Sheffield city centre will lose its prime jewel in its somewhat depleted crown.

Staff are nice but their click and collect is abysmal! You order something online, turn up to collect it and they just say "sorry when you placed the order for this item, it turns out it wasn't in stock" This has happened twice, both occasions with a suit, so I just have a jacket with no matching trousers which I need to return. It's just pointless timewasting. Staff are really apologetic and try to solve your issue but it's not their fault, it's the M&S system

Staff are nice and friendly. Bought some oranges though yesterday night eaten one this morning and they taste stale. I expected more from m&s ecclesall road must be a different supplier because they are always nice. Been like it though for the past month now.

Needed stuff including Colin the caterpillar cake hence the visit.

Trying to speak to anyone on the phone is a nightmare. I spent 15 minutes going round the houses before being cut off. The website is no better, I searched for brioche and the search came back with broaches. Not helpful.

Freezing cold!! Shop temperature was really uncomfortable to be in.

Fantastic range of premade meals whether your are vegan, gluten free or anything that takes your fancy. Very clean, great Covid19 set up, from the hand sanitizer at the door to the person wiping down the self serve checkouts in between each customer. Amazing fresh flowers, fruit, vegetables and meat. Always high quality products available at reasonable prices. One of my favourite places to shop.

Good quality produce, friendly and helpful staff. The aisles are plenty wide enough for a wheelchair, as are the tills. Didn't visit the cafe, but it looked spacious, with adequate space around the tables.

VERY EPIC! I HAD CHIKEN AND BACON SANDWICH. VERY GOOD :) I KINDA THINK THE STORE IS LIKE KINDA COOL AND THAT BUT HONESTLY O WAS JUST THERE FOR MEAL DEAL AND GOT WAYYYYYY MORE THAN I BARGINED FOR. SANDWICH..... WAS GOOD!!!! 10/10

Just been and found it quite depressing .long queue outside its making shopping unpleasant experience I just don't want to go out for food any more . They have shut the toilets which is appalling people still need to go to the loo occasionally . I won't go here again

Aweful! Not sure about you but I don't mind queing until its my turn and I have always belived in the notion that the vest majority of us want to do a good job but I seriously lost the will to live as I waited silently to pass through the checkout. The good news is I was there long enough to read a full chapter on my book Mo Salah. So a big thank you to M&S for this small kindness you showed today through your own inefficiency

Fantastic selection of craft beers in cans, prices work well when the various offers and Beer festival event is on. Recommend highly the GRAPEFRUIT IPA ADNAMS (bespoke for M&S) and the MODUS HOOERANDI IPA, both 330ml cans and great value... Get involved

Limited parking, but well stocked with food

Dorice in the cafe is AMAZING - she looks after everyone and is an absolute credit to M&S . So many people know her and she takes time to speak with them give them a hug. Really really can't stress how superb a person she is

Parking a bit of a nightmare as not a large car park, but excellent helpful staff, arrived early to pick up xmas food but was ready anyway so ended up done and dusted before my actual pick up time

It is a palace of food. It has everything you want with a gold seal on it. A special treat.

It's really convenient having a full food hall without having to schlep to meadow hall on the other side of the city. There is good parking and the range of items is pretty big. Makes facing the traffic on ecclesall road worthwhile.

Not where I'd usually shop, they only really sell their own products. Went in for a small bottle of pop but their choice is not my choice they do have some tasty own brand foods. The wooden free cutlery, you can used for their snack foods are a eco great idea.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Collect a parcel or just take a look at lovely flowers and food. The cafe is pleasant but not always a large choice but the coffee is excellent. Staff are fantastic, always a smile and ready to greet you.

Had lunch in the cafe with a friend. Blown away by the service. The two young men serving were efficient whilst being friendly and had a fantastic rapport with returning and new customers. Was also impressed as I watched one of them anticipate that a disabled customer was going to struggle and Immediately proffered the assistance he needed. Well done!

Great place for food. Friendly, helpful staff. A little pricey. The littleshop promotion I can't see the point of, especially with the current drive to reduce the world's plastics and these will end up in the bin. Off-putting.

M&S is the only place I can find Decaffeinated tea bags. So went to my local Simply foods on Ecclesall Rd. I didn't want to go all the way to the City Centre. It is next stop from Waitrose. I went to the co op first for my teacakes then had a short bus ride for my tea bags. Then crossed the rd & got 83 bus to High Storrs Rd. Then just walked down Huntley Rd.

Un piso de arriba con luz natural, un piso de abajo en la esquina al lado de la buena tienda, básicamente, una idea de último momento, sin ningún ambiente y generalmente lleno de niños llorosos que hacen 7 ng aún peor. ¿Por qué M y S piensan que es apropiado cerrar una mejor horas arriba antes de que la tienda cierre bien, probablemente por el mismo motivo de pellizco? Ahora tiene que pedir la pequeña galleta que solía venir automáticamente con el café, es decir, una pérdida de enfoque de servicio al cliente. Si continúan así, terminarán como BHS.

He estado yendo aquí durante los últimos años con mi abuelo, siempre increíble servicio al cliente en la cafetería, el personal es muy servicial y amable, siempre tómese el tiempo para hablar. Recientemente han traído un nuevo café por 20 p extra, lo cual es genial. Sin embargo, hace bastante frío, el miembro del personal, sin embargo, me dio su chaqueta para pedir prestado, ¡tan amable! Quite often visit here for the cafe on our way home from the park. It's usually nice and quiet and has the usual selection of fresh sandwiches and cakes. The only negative I'd give here is that the air conditioning is always on super high and its freezing. Staff are great!
