Since the change in management you can really tell the difference. Paid £3.50 for a hot chocolate which was ironically cold also had clumps of coco powder in it.
Just popped in for our usual pre theatre drink. Place was packed (Saturday night) and not a problem. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.
Only downside is the toilet is now unisex. Is this the norm now
