Had Sunday lunch here today. It was very nice. Had roast pork, delicious, lovely creamy mash, roast potatoes, nicely cooked vegetables, pipping hot. Good Size portions. Plenty of staff all very attentive/friendly. Would recommend and will return. Recommend you book as very popular. Well done team.

Used to love this place, although slightly on the pricey side the food was always good and plentiful. Sadly like many other places they have now felt it necessary to allow pet dogs inside. I will be very reluctant to return solely due to this change in policy

I booked a room through Booking.com for 2 nights for my partner and myself for whilst we attend an event at Ragley Hall over the weekend of 28-30th June 2024. I booked well in advance (Nov 2023), 7 months before the event! I have just received an email to say may booking has been cancelled due to overbooking! I can only think that the Queens Head Inn management have been able to secure a booking of a greater monetary value due to the closeness in date of the event and accommodation now being hard to find. As you can imagine, I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treaded by the Queens Head Inn and I am now left to find alternative accommodation in such short notice. I would not recommend to book a room here as obviously the management are not trustworthy or sincere.

Today went with sister in law Always Friendly service by Bar Staff Meals are bought to table You can pay at the bar for drinks & meals or order on Wetherspoons App which me & hubby have chosen previously on App Today me & sister in law had drinks Mine was Squash and she helped herself to a hot drink you’re able to also help yourself to free Refills To eat she enjoyed Fish Chips & Mushy peas I had simple chicken tikka masala with rice Tastes delicious

A lovely meal at the Royal Forester Country Inn & Restaurant . Our first time visiting. I was lucky to spot the valentines menu on fb as we have always wanted to try scallops and Beef wellington cooked properly. They were very accommodating with providing us with the valentine menu this evening due to us having other commitments tomorrow. Pan fried scallops, followed by beef wellington finished off with an Eton mess (me) and a brownie for dessert (gaz). The chef was very accommodating and came to check everything was ok and made us feel very welcome.

Cold evening meal night one. Collected plate with meal left with just some of the fish eaten and offered alternative but past it by then. No deductions to bill made. Night two inedible starter and main. Bland, executed poorly and just odd. Goats cheese mouse ..on a plate no accompanying items so just eating cheese…..no crackers salad literally nothing. Risotto tasteless cold and nearly £20, again cleared plates went back with hardly any eaten. No deductions to bill. Needs a revamp. Shame as venue lovely.

Saturday 8th July. Had planned a trip especially from north wales. Always been on my bucket list. Checked website and Facebook page. Sorry to hear about the break in. Information stated should be open again 6th or 7th July. Tried to phone before visit to check if open. No answer. Should've been open 8th but no updates or information. Arrived at 12:15. Five cars parked by locked gate. Nobody knew What was happening. Walked down the lane. Fantastic house. Unfortunatly we had a wasted trip. Blackboard outside 'closed until further notice' people arriving after us who we informed they were closed. Had we known we wouldn't have wasted a journey.

Pedí un par de patatas extra (literalmente 2 ) como en otros establecimientos de renombre que les da gratis . . no este grupo miserable miserable: £ 4 extra. Pedido de salsa extra (debería ser gratis): no este miserable montón de miseria (que cobran por lancha de salsa! ¡Ouch!) Pedí 1 vaso de naranja fresca. Las solicitudes de servicios eran lentas. Nadie registró en los huéspedes o en su satisfacción con la comida y el servicio. - ⭐ No hay ofertas para obtener nada extra durante la comida, por lo tanto un fracaso de ventas (- ⭐‐'s) ¿Total de la factura que pides? ¡Más de 48 libras! Un ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel cuesta £ 25 p. p. pero este no era un hotel de 5 estrellas.
