Popped in for a lunchtime pint and a burger! Lovely pub. Friendly staff … and one of the best burgers I have had for years! I will definitely be coming back for more :-) !!
It's amazing how different fish and chips can taste, everything here is fresh and tasty - and at a very reasonable price. Absolute recommendation.
The food in the restaurant is a little more expensive
Mis-selling, a thick shake should be made with ice cream, that's what makes it thick. What I had is a room temperature milk shake.
Wife's pie was hot, my waffle didn't melt the ice cream.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The hotel had no hot water to wash or shower.... Seems other reviews have said the same too.
Smelly of drains too, but were told it was because the hotel was next to the river.

First time visiting this restaurant after reading the lovely reviews. Expecting to have a lovely cooked breakfast in the restaurant to start our day only to be told restaurant not open due to no staff
We stayed in the cottage suite which was exceptionally clean and tidy and beautifully presented. The host is friendly and helpful. Me and my wife will be returning.
