Thank you for a lovely evening meal. We were celebrating our 60 birthday with family. There was 12 of us and everything was perfect, food amazing service great and our grandson loved looking at the model boats. Terry ann and Paul

my mate comes over every Wednesday and up till lockdown we visited here. It has got to be the best place in Poole. the staff were excellent and was really hoping it would reopen.

Poor service, mistake after mistake and the state of the place is appalling. Cold food, wrong orders, the staff could not have cared less.

Don't order online via just eat. It came so cold it may have actually been straight from the fridge. Not the fault of delivery driver.

Excellent and very friendly service, very well managed. Perfect for an overnight stay waiting for a flight from Bournemouth. A bit of decorating would help but all works well. Thankyou for an easy stay.

Have just had dinner at the Jolly Sailor on Poole Quay. I had an issue with my meal, so asked to speak to the Manager. He came over and apologised, issued a refund with no hesitation. He then offered a free alternative. The Manager was very friendly and helpful, although I was disappointed in my original order the replacement was lovely and because of the very professional way the Manager handled the situation we will definitely be returning. Very refreshing to find an establishment that looks after their customers and treats them with respect.

Quiet when we came so got a great table with a view of the harbour. Good tasty quality food for the price, and nice friendly service as well.

Had our wedding reception here, staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Food was incredible!

Came here on holiday and wanted a good lunch with my dad. From start to finish we had Great service from are waiter Reynie and food was as delicious and filling as usual had a great overall lunch.

Sarah really went out of her way to make our breakfast for easter perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Thanks for making our morning so lovely!

Some very loud pounding music and extremely loud customers. It was a bit early for loud music in my view, but trying to attract younger crowd I guess. Probably give this a miss now but a shame as used to be a good pub with previous landlord. Food cheap but overcooked.

Excellent Sunday roast! Plenty to eat & generous portions & plenty of meats to choose from.. Will be back again soon. Tim Jane & Maeve.
