The sweet potato ravioli was amazing followed by sticky date with clotted ice cream! whilst my partner demolished her chicken burger and chips and then the fruit crumble. I am still very happy to again say this is the best food in Prestbury!

The staff were extremely friendly, our waiter was particularly lovely. I asked for advice on the menu and he was spot on. I had the chorizo rossti and every mouthful was delicious. Sadly they do allow dogs in but they do have a dog free area so you can feel comfortable and not in fear of being sniffed or barked at. I highly recommend.

the food itself is lovely , when it actually arrives. on two occasions now they have missed items from my order. how can you forget to add the chips to fish and chips. when there's so much competition in cheltenham i would of thought Charles would step up, considering how long they've been in the area. safe to say i won't be ordering from them again.

The cafe/restaurant has a lovely menu, very nice staff and nice decor/chairs/environment. We ordered a coronation chicken sandwich and two drinks - lemon presse and fresh orange juice. The sandwich was actually a roll and the contents contained very little chicken. The menu does mention chutney and mayonnaise but chicken breast is the first ingredient mentioned. The filling was more like a pickle with tiny dots of chicken. And it was quite definitely not a sandwich. The lemon presse was a lemon juice with water on the side which would have been ok but it was ÂŁ3.50 from memory. My orange juice was lovely. So very mixed and quite expensive for what it was - there's a difference between an ÂŁ8 or ÂŁ9 sandwich and roll. I accept cafes need to make a profit, but customers also need reasonable value for money and to be presented with something resembling what they ordered.

Nice meal tonight, between 6:30 & 8:10pm on Wednesday 26th March 2025, thanks. A late birthday celebration. However, our visit was badly spoiled when we left and went back to the upper car park, only to find someone had reversed into our car (a Calypso Red, 1999 BMW/Alpina B3), and badly damaged the front. The owner of the vehicle that hit it had then drove off without reporting anything or leaving a note. The vehicle in front of us when we arrived at 6:30pm was a large black pickup truck. When we left at 8:10pm it was gone and the damage to our car was there.

Staff are always friendly and food is freshly cooked, portion size is massive. The accompanying salads are fresh and diverse in flavours. Well recommended.

Stopped off for a quick lunch. Had a ham, cheese and tomato sandwich. Asked if it could be toasted and yes, no problem. Wasn’t as busy as I’ve seen it but that’s probably due to House of Fraser closing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Sandwich was hot and tasty.
