The best restaurants serving British food in West Berkshire South East

Lovely Coffee Shop in Yattendon with lovely country feel décor in keeping with the area it's located in. Staff were friendly and very helpful with a very quick service on our visit. Cake choices were abundant and was hard to choose which one I would like as I would have had them all!!😋 Coffee choices were very good and didn't seem to cost the earth. I would definitely visit again if in Yattendon ☕🍰

The three of us had lunch on a Saturday. Friendly place, good food, good beer. Just the job. We'll go here again.

Today I took my mum for lunch, highly recommend the homemade nanchos! The chicken wings yummy. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Definitely be retuning and trying the cocktails next time 🤣

Stopped here for lunch when travelling back from Newbury. What a lovely place! Really good selection of vegetarian starters and mains. The portions were huge! The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. highly recommended, would definitely eat here again.

The tea shop is housed in an old building on the banks of the canal, which looked very appealing on a dull cold November afternoon. Once inside we weren’t disappointed, the place has a colourful cosy atmosphere with nice tea and wonderful homemade cakes.

If you get the weather...the venue is awesome for weddings ❤️

¿Quién necesita albóndigas IKEA cuando este encantador bar y restaurante está tan cerca. Una cordial bienvenida al entrar en el bar, seguido de la más deliciosa cena de carne asada con deliciosa tarta de queso casera para pudín. Pasamos después de un viaje a la gran tienda azul y amarillo y disfrutamos de un asado espontáneo y ver el fútbol. Personal muy amable que no podía hacer lo suficiente para acomodarnos, gracias. Te mereces al menos 6 estrellas!

Lovely sunny garden with plenty of seating and shade. Excellent varied menu from which I chose the smoked salmon and then a ribeye steak. My partner had pigeon and then monk fish all of which arrived piping hot and was very tasty - we cleared our plates! Definitely would recommend this pub both for a drink and for food. The garden is lovely, they are dog friendly and the interior has had a stylish makeover which makes sitting inside a pleasure

Had a mind blowing experience with such a great amazing food. Chicken parmigiani with spinish , great wine , cosy place and a warm atmosphere. The owner is so friendly and professional. seems a french speaking guy. Incredible experience I will definitely come back with my kids. What a pub , what a food , what a place. Great job 👏

Great little spot to stop for dinner. Sunday roast was tasty, fresh & hot. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Great breakfast and friendly service, nicely priced. Can't wait to go back and have another one. I would recommend this for a fry up.
