The food was good & the staff were friendly. Plenty of choice and it's nice when the light shines into the cafe.

Beautiful afternoon in the garden for drinks and kids tea. No play park, but kids happy playing in the garden and watching the goats. They don't serve evening food till 5.30 but they were very accommodating about getting it out quickly for hungry kids! Staff were so lovely and attentive. Food really delicious, thank you!

If you want to have a veggie option roast then go early as it was sold out by 3:30.

Bland food, tepid at best, no atmosphere place was dead, waiter kept looking at his watch and said we close at 11pm even though we were seated at 9.45, avoid !!!

Decaff oat latte was terrible. Used 'Alpro' oat milk - the lowest quality.

Did attend The Crown Christmas Eve 2024 was a good singing night. Will be going to The Crown every Christmas now.

Stopped off here on our way to Lymington with our 2 small dogs for a drink, lunch and a break. We had a chicken baguette and a cheese and ham wrap. Both very tasty and very reasonable price. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you are passing, give it a try.

Lovely pub not far from town centre but you would need to drive there. Lovely garden and outdoor conservatory room/area that can be open or covered, play area for the kids and cosy indoors. Nice menu and other options bar just a roast on a Sunday which is one thing we normally don't like about eating out on a Sunday, find it hard to get a good roast so we don't always want the roast option. Lovely pizza oven pizza's!

Very good service and delicious food. Couldn’t ask for more. We visited this afternoon for an early tea with a toddler. All food was really tasty. Shared the Camembert to start and then had 2 x fish and chips, a Greek mezze and a kids pizza. All were very good quality! A little mix up between Greek salad and Greek mezze was quickly and professionally rectified.

Small kitchen so be prepared for a wait for large groups 15+, especially if you haven't preordered. Food was amazing. Every dish that came out I had FOMO about.
