Always 5* food and service. Staff who pull out chairs for you, open doors for you and always greet you with a lovely smile. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous food. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a curry!

I’m away in business, on my own this eve and I find myself in Chilli Nights in Haslemere. I’ve kept it simple, ordering just a Lamb Rogan, Saag Aloo side and Chapatis. I’m actually sitting writing this whilst eating. It’s that good, the review couldn’t wait! Honestly, it’s the best Rogan I’ve ever had and it’s a regular of mine. Collecting it in the best Chapatis I’ve had too! Absolutely stunning… If you’re in the area, you just try it

Great food, reasonably priced, and good service.

I had to take away. They were lovely people while we wait for it to cook food taste lovely, and a very nice clean place.

Ordered two mains, rice and veg dishes. Both mains had literally no chicken but swimming in sauce. Chicken was dry, which was amazing considering the amount of sauce. Been here a few times but the last two visits have proved disappointing. The search continues for a decent Indian restaurant in Haslemere.

Great banquet and friendly staff

We have been going to Chilli Nights for the last 20 years, and have always had a warm welcome. The food is unfussy and very tasty and the portions are generous, and the special Sizzler dishes are particularly good. It is also very good value for money, the staff are very friendly and attentive and if you are looking for a great curry that doesn't break the bank, Chilly Nights is definitely worth a visit!

Was my first visit to Chilli Night as needed to be local to Haslemere. The staff were very friendly but the food was disappointing. Despite there only being two other tables, the food arrived luke warm. The korma sauce tasted different…. It didn’t taste like a korma. Not sure I’ll be going back!

Ordered takeaway. Arrived cold. that could forgive but not still not pleasant. The Tandoori lamb was solid, dry, horrible. Like a bit of cold soya (that's kind) The chicken was a few lumps of very ancient very hard pre-cooked bits of chicken shoved into an indifferent sauce. The prawn puree was okay. There is an arrogance and carelessness here. The food and presentation dire. The menu unimaginative. It also seems to be more expensive than the many many competitors

I just wanted to say how fantastic I find the service here. The guy that took my order and delivered was so freindly! I order here about once a month and they always go above and beyond to be courteous and friendly. The food is consistent. I never think to order anywhere else!

Following my visit with the Camberley Curry Club at Christmas (see earlier review by the club), we went here with our daughter and her boyfriend who live in Haslemere. As expected, we were not disappointed and everything about this place oozes quality. No doubt we will be returning regularly 🙂

This was the year-end Camberley Curry Club Xmas do, having been voted as the ‘venue of the year 2021’ by our members. Hey go all the way to Haslemere? Well, read on. With 23 members attending, and having asked for a side table for our raffle prizes, we half expected to arrive and find some issues concerning such a large group. Not at all; as they had been on our previous visit, the staff were on the ball and everything was in place. Popadoms and drinks were served, orders taken and once prepared, food was delivered swiftly and with a hint of military precision. Including sides and bread there were over 70 dishes to distribute, and the staff were virtually spot on. An extra mushroom rice was left on the table free of charge and a missing chana masala was quickly replaced (there’s a good chance that one of our guys claimed it in error, but no complaints from the waiter). Maybe it’s easy to get food out quickly with accuracy, but that means little of the quality is poor…no such problems here. Fantastic, fresh, hot food. The best of the year as mentioned above, and this occasion did not disappoint. A certificate was awarded to the manager by our chairman, before numerous photos were taken and the raffle was completed, with the help of staff and some other guests. A great night. If you live near Haslemere, or even if you don’t, this restaurant is well worth a look.

This restaurant is truly baffling. We ordered a Matar Panir, which for reasons unknown to me turned out to be chickpeas and cheddar. Not the usual affair of peas and Panir cheese as the name suggests. I’m addition we had a veg karai and a chefs special. Both of which tasted of absolutely nothing, which considering the ingredients is next to impossible. If you are after a plate of food that looks like curry but tastes nothing of the sort then this is the establishment for you.

5 of us tried this restaurant for the first time last night and weren`t disapointed , very good service and excellent food absolutely full of flavour , i had a chicken Phall and garlic rice which was up there with the best ive ever tasted , good bottled beer complimentary drink after and a very reasonable bill at the end made for a great night ............... definately be back P

The chicken tikka was amazing but did pause me from playing warzone with my friend I did stay on the toilet for hours. Will come again really did love the food there👍

On one of the group’s frequent road trips, 13 Camberley Curry Club members made the trip to Haslemere for the first visit to this relatively small, but more than adequate, curry house. The welcoming staff continued from the helpful telephone booking two weeks earlier in easily accommodating our group. The interesting menu provided for a great meal. Members rated this venue highly for service and food quality. In a like for like comparison, this restaurant offered the best value for money of the CCC visits so far this year. Very much recommended, and a return is likely in the near future.

I've been eating here for years. Service is great, staff are friendly, and food is lovely. Good rating from the council for hygiene as well. Best Indian food around.

Me and my partner came here for the first time. Starters.... Partner had king prawns £6 for 4 (see photo) Myself had chicken pakora £6 for 3 (should of took photo) Mains.... In each of our dishes we had 5 small pieces of chicken 4 poppodums 1 peshawari naan bread 2 rice 1 bottle of cider Came to a whopping £50 Absolutely disgusting very very small meat portions, I would of complained but my partner said no... So avoid!

Mad food!, loved the time with the family. God I needed a curry after Covid!... thankful they were open.

Last few takeaways we have had have been amazing. Really good food and great service. Shame its cash only on delivery but I still give them 'excellent' because the food is.

We have enjoyed take away and eat in from Chilli Nights for years which has been consistently tasty! Lamb tikka massala and chicken sag are favorites and the meat is always succulent. Highly recommend!

Really friendly staff had a takeaway. Chicken tikka and aloo chop with a lentil curry and a shashlik. Would recommend.

We placed a take away order for the first time yesterday evening. The order arrived very quickly. The meals were beautifully cooked with quality ingredients and were delicious. Large portions too, enough left for my lunch today. We will certainly be ordering again. Thank you Chilli Nights.

The best of the Indian restaurants actually in Haslemere

Absolutely fantastic reception and very pleasant staff, food was excellent and will certainly be coming again when in the area. Would recommend!

We tried a takeaway from Chilli Nights last night when the Madhuban in Liphook was closed. We are immediate converts! Arrived within the time quoted, really delicious flavours, the rice was especially lovely, all dishes were nice and hot, which we initailly worried about. The madras could be a little hotter but we'll ensure to ask next time! We look forward to actually visiting and eating in now but we'll be having another takeaway very soon. Highly recommended.

Got a take away here was fairly good, wasn't dry or watery like some places and you get a decent portion size.

We took advantage of their banquet night menu which is great value for money and the food is very tasty. I would have given a five star rating if they hadn't charged me £3.95 for a soda water! I expect to pay over the odds for a bottle of Cobra, but even hotels and clubs charge maximum £1 for soda water.

Wonderful evening to celebrate New Year's Eve. It was our first visit to the restaurant and was welcomed straight away by such friendly staff. The service and food was fantastic and will definitely return there again.

Called up on a wet miserable Saturday evening and ordered lamb pathia, chicken tikka biryani and two popadoms. Was told 30 mins and it arrived bang on time and was piping hot still. The biryani was packed with flavour and lovely authentic veg (okra etc) and we both had clean plates!

Had a curry which tasted quite nice, however the food poisoning that followed was not so good. Edit: my co eater also has food poisoning. Avoid!

Myself and 3 friends had a great experience at Chilli Nights last night. Service was fast and efficient. Wide selection to choose from and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Prices were also very reasonable and we each got a free liqueur at the end which was nice touch. Will definitely be back!

Only given 5 stars as I cant give 6. Try the kitchen methi. Dont order too much I'm full to the brim.

I’ve used this place for a takeaway a few times since moving to Haslemere.. Had a beer whilst waiting and often thought how much the place could do with a bit of a revamp as it’s proper tired looking and the furniture looks like it was a real find on eBay, really cheap and old fashioned. Service was always lack lustre and I’ve often thought that taking orders on an iPad seems more important to them than good service and a nice restaurant. Since learning that the Hygiene rating was put at 1 Star since January ‘19, I’ve decided to give a wide berth, and not use this place again. How a place can have a score like that it 2019 is worrying, but I guess the signs are there. Strangely, they also will not deliver unless you pay cash, whereas every other place in the area that offers delivery are actually in living in modern times. I’d avoid this place and go over the road to Shahanaz. Nice service and 5* hygiene rating.

Arrived sat down and asked for two Cobras. Was told by the waiter to wait - there were two other tables occupied who were already eating. Asked again and he said “wait” and started to remove other place settings from our table. Asked again and was told that he “had to get the tablet to write it down”. He went away. We left, went across the road to Shahananz where service was friedly, courteous, quick and attentive and they brought two beers straight away and looked after us well.Avoid Chilli Night - the competition is better and a much nicer place

Me and friend visited this place for the first time and were given a warm welcome by staff.The atmosphere is just peaceful and relaxing.I ordered lamb Biryani with sagalou .Oh my God I was not dispointed. It was authentic, very tasty. As for the price of food it's very reasonable.I highly recommend this place and trust me ?You won't regret. Thanks to all the staff that served us on the 05 March 2019.🤗🙏

Visited this place on Friday night due to good reviews. But the reviews did not live up to it. Staff felt like they under pressure & running around like a headless chickens. We shared our meal popadam 2 were stale 2 were crispy so wasn’t looking good but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Order lamb koria, chicken bhoona, sag bhaji rice & keema naan. What we ordered lacked flavour & spice especially the lamb & the sag. But the lamb had a funny smell so when I questioned a staff member he said it was the onions maybe the chef undercooked them but I wasn’t convinced & stopped eating the lamb. I’ve had stomach pains all weekend & when I informed the restaurant the manager/ owner maybe said to me it wasn’t their food it’s something else I ate & not their food & hung up on me. Very rude attitude from him!! So I went on the Food Hygiene Rating & in January 2019 they received a 1. That says it all!!! I’ve attached the rating in the photo below. In the future I will be using the Bayleaf or Shanaz

I was unimpressed. We tried 2 of the house specials, but I found them uninspiring. The meat was a bit dry and tough. There was no depth of flavour that you hope from the blend of spices in a good curry. Instead both dishes seemed bland and unexpectedly sweet. They appear to have quite a few regular customers popping in for a takeaway so maybe they're doing something right, but I think that there are better options.

I have visited Chilli Night about three or four times (each time for a takeaway). There have been a couple of errors between what I ordered and what I unpacked at home, the food has been OK but certainly not exceptional but be prepared for erratic wait times from as short as 15 minutes to almost an hour. The takeaway service ranks well below what you would experience from, say, the Madhuban in Liss (very good food and exceptional service).

Lovely place! We went on a Monday night and glad to find out that there is a very good deal. Papadum, starter, main, side, rice/nan, altogether only 11.95. Food is amazing, especially the prawn start. Friendly staff, good service, nice atmosphere. Will definitely want to come back.

Fantastic curry good service friendly staff

Tried a couple of times since moving to Haslemere, both times very disappointing. The delivery service seems pretty quick, but the food is so poor. Very bland and the sides very oily. Just another example of a sub standard curry house. Nothing I’ve seen that has any relation to the positive reviews they have on here.

I have neglected to review Chiili Night in the past.

Another excellent meal, with friends from the West Midlands, on a stop over before going on holiday the next day. We were given a warm welcome followed by the best service & Indian meal on what can only be described as a memorable night. The Chilli Night was very busy so, like us, we would suggest booking a table on weekend nights to avoid disappointment. Staff are always very friendly but at the same time highly professional in everything they do. Thanks to everybody for making our meal so enjoyable & we look forward to seeing you again soon.

This was the first time we had eaten ‘in’ here - although we always have our take aways from this restaurant. The staff are delightful and the food is brilliant. It was good to see the dining room so full and lots of people having a good time. We were a party of 6 and there were several larger parties but we were served in good time. Well priced too - good value for money.

We had a most delicious meal. Our friends asked for help to choose and they explained what they liked and suggestions were made. The 'host' then went off to cook it all himself. It was all delicious & exactly at the heat we asked for. All the staff were extremely friendly, smiley and helpful and the service overall was excellent. I think other restaurants in Haslemere could learn a thing or two about service from Chilli Nights!

WEnt for a family dinner a few weeks back. Very friendly service, tasty food and good varied choices, too.
