Thia pub is a quality bar with a good range of drinks, with darts and pool table. In addition on Fridays when there is enough people a quiz is done, Saturday night is karaoke and discount for students on set days. The landlord David has two little dogs that are characters, do not worry about the barking, they always run off. Staff are great and always willing to talk to you. Also there are events through the year which are fun. Thank you David and his team for the great atmosphere and vibe.

What a fantastic meal! Such a wide choice, but eventually our party of 4 each chose a different main. All were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the scrummy desserts. Service was exemplary with delightful, helpful young people waiting on us. We were due to eat here some time ago, but had to cancel due to illness. We wish we had made the return visit sooner and will definitely eat here again. So good to find a restaurant with well cooked food that is not the usual run of 'pub grub'. Thank you!

Great service, staff are friendly and really make your night. Drinks are delish, and the food is to die forrr! Myself and my friends thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We often struggle to find places where we feel comfortable having fun at our supposedly “old ages” but there was groups of all ages in here so we didn’t feel as though we stuck out which was great. Thank you Revolution we will definitely be coming here again!

La calidad de la comida era excelente, así como el servicio y junto con un ambiente animado hizo de este un lugar muy agradable para una comida fuera. Una comida de tres platos con grandes porciones más bebidas y café cam a poco más de £ 61 Este es un pub muy popular y la reserva es probablemente esencial y hay un montón de aparcamiento al lado del pub y justo al otro lado de la calle.

The. Best. Pub. If you love craft beer, the Fox is incredible. There's always something new to taste here on tap, great food and a very welcoming atmosphere. Surprisingly large outdoor space to enjoy too.

The place is very pleasant, food is good but they have an illogical policy on breakfasts. The big lounge breakfast comes with 3 hash browns, they won’t despite doing this on other occasions change this for one extra egg, claiming they can only do this for extra veg. This policy makes no sense and will be the reason why I will not return after my visit today. Update: True to their word they have changed this policy. Thank you, you have retained me as a customer ongoing. I have changed this review to a 5 star.

If I could score more than 5 stars for service then I would! Jay and Shannon (hope I got the names right!) were amazing from start to finish. Despite it being a tad busy, we were greeted with friendly smiles and they quickly found us somewhere to sit. Food ordering was a quick and easy process and there were plenty of food options to cater for all. Just when I didn’t think their service couldn’t beat the A+ they were already doing, As soon as they found out it was my mother in laws 80th birthday, they went a step further beyond and treated her like a VIP. They purchased her a drink and one of the locals also did along with a dessert complete with candle and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ and then the whole restaurant joined in. Such a lovely atmosphere and made her feel very special! We have visited before and we are always greeted and served with a friendly smile so it definitely isn’t a one off and we look forward to returning soon! Thank you team - you do an amazing job and your hard work and dedication definitely hasn’t gone unnoticed! x

The staff were very attentive, ensuring our needs were met, in particular Owais, He went the extra mile to make a great meal excellent. He made good recommendations and most importantly was very kind and humorous but subtly. All in all great food and even better customer service. On a side note the BBQ burger was to die for and the drink specials were so worth it, the name of the drink alludes me but it had a green leaf in it. Shout out the mixologist “stirred not shaken”.

We are regulars here because the food is very good (we usually have a carvery) All the staff are friendly and efficient. Kylie served us today and was her usual cheerful self. 🙂
