Great meal, and fantastic service from Sandy! Will definitely be back!

Would just like to take the time to say how welcoming, professional and polite the young mixed race girl was that served us this afternoon 05/09/24 she was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to that pub. With a smiley, friendly and positive attitude like she had that girl will go far in life :)

Went to the pub to meet friends had a great evening the food was hit and very nice Will definitely be back great place to go

Charlie was a great barman, my Stella was really nice and cold. I ordered a rack of ribs and it came out hot and really well presented. The staff checked back on me and my friends to make sure we were ok.

Steve is a great land lord always checking up on us. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

We recently had lunch at The Watertower upon recommendation and it did not disappoint, food was lovely and can’t fault the staff one young lady stood out as she was pregnant but was still very attentive and polite, will definitely return and recommend.

we had a great afternoon watching the football with a few friends. it was a nice lively bar with great service and a great selection of largersw. i would recommend.

The food is good but the place is looking very down Update 31.08.24 Shocked that it's been 6 years since we have been back. The mains that we had were very good and also the desert that I had, but my wife had the biscoffi cheese cake and it was very dry and she was disappointed with it. The staff and the service was very good and very welcoming

I sat with my ex wife at table 5, the seat backs were filthy, like years worth of filth! My fish was tiny and the chips must have been nuked by a microwave!

Well we're do I start, came here Friday for a little drink, the beers were really good. Tasted so fresh. You can tell the ladie and gentlemen that severed us was so friendly and welcoming. Now for the food.. it was absolutely amazing, myself I had a steak I think I had 4 to 5 bites and was full.. my friend had a burger which she absolutely loved never normally eats a full meal but she did this time. Definitely will be coming back again.. Thank you so much for a top time and experience.. not many pubs like this anymore...

Have been in here on serval times with my partner and the staff are always kind and helpful. The food is amazing and filling and has an excellent choice for everyone . Would recommend going you won’t be disappointed 😊👍 My daughter has special needs and everyone is kind , patient and understanding to her needs when asked for things done I.certain way as in she won’t eat chips so will change to a salad that she will eat 👍

Was a really lovely lunch. It’s under new management now so the atmosphere it’s much better. Hi, I regularly come to the water tower ,and spend a lot on food and drink. I love the vibe and the staff are friendly and helpful. I am soooooo happy that they have updated their glasses for birra moretti though. I was just starting to get frustrated with spending on a pint that looked flat. Now it looks fresh and tastes great, I couldn’t be happier. Love this place.

Waited ages for main course and a dessert - early evening on a Saturday. It wasn't busy so I don't know what the hold up was. Don't go unless you want to spend what seems like hours waiting for food

Thought I’d give this place a chance despite the poor reviews and rating, but it meets the expectations. Food was poor and there was a bit of a mess up with the order/service but credit to the staff they did sort it. Would go for a drink but wouldn’t recommend the food

Came in for lunch today. Lady behind the bar explained that there was a event going on and that the far end of the resturant was more quite, which was ideal. Food was brilliant couldn't fault it. Even with this event staff were very attentive.

Bit noisy ,TV up too loud needs to be down a bit .

The team at the water tower are great and always have my favourite drink in, vanilla vodka, especially since the new manager took over. I really look forward to my weekends at the water tower. Always a peaceful and friendly atmosphere, with good banter and great food. I love the sport coverage that they offer on their large Televisions. Great hospitality.

We visited today as we were recommended this pub on our way back from visiting family. We had a warm welcome by the bar staff and they managed to find a table for ua as I forgot to book. The food was delicious. My fussy child even ate his meal and he said it was amazing. I would highly recommend this pub and can't wait to visit again soon.

Came up for the football with the lads from my local team and the food is amazing the staff are awesome been coming here for a couple years now, highly recommended it!

I had the 2 for 1 Burgers they were great, good service and polite staff. Sophie and Mike couldn’t do enough to help us with ordering.

Came to watch football on a Sunday. Good vibe and wasn't particularly busy so found a table right away. Served quickly at the bar and ordered food via the app. There was a wait on the food but we were informed right after ordering and was offered an alternative for an out of stock item. Staff were quick to sort the refund for the price difference and were generally friendly and attentive. Portion of chips was smaller than expected but the cheesy garlic bread was great! Overall, good experience and will definitely come back!

I had a lovely gammon, and ans my freind had a mac and cheese. I highly recommend the menu. The toilets are lovely and fresh. it was great to be able to bring Bailey our dog with us.

Visited here with family this afternoon, we were greeted by a polite, well mannered waitress. The food came out in such a good timely manner, the food itself was delicious! Clear plates all round. Deserts were delicious and the staff were more than hospitable. Making sure everyone in our party was happy with their meals. I cannot wait to return.
