Great service, staff are friendly and really make your night. Drinks are delish, and the food is to die forrr! Myself and my friends thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We often struggle to find places where we feel comfortable having fun at our supposedly “old ages” but there was groups of all ages in here so we didn’t feel as though we stuck out which was great. Thank you Revolution we will definitely be coming here again!

Where can I start from? Maybe from the fact that I will never go there again... So to start with, we booked a table for 8 for lunch a week ago. We went there this afternoon, the place was completely empty and no table was set up for us. Then: 1. One person ordered chicken and asked for sweet potatoes fries but the plate came with normal fries. The waiter didn't even know that they had no sweet potatoes. 2. The menu said that the Cajun chicken comes with smoky bacon, coleslaw, chips and beans. The plate came with only chips and beans. When we asked where is the bacon and coleslaw, the waiter didn't know and had to go to the kitchen and ask. She came back to say that they had no coleslaw and she brought a bowl with tiny pieces of cold bacon from the fridge. 3. A person ordered a gluten free burger. The waiter brought the burger, the person asked if it's gluten free and the waiter said "it should be". Then he went in the kitchen to make sure and of course it was not gluten free. So the person had to wait for the gluten free burger for longer while the rest of the 7 people were eating. 4. One of us ordered a small pizza. The waiter came to tell him that they were cooking a big pizza accidentally and they would bring him the big one but he would still pay for the small that he originally ordered. When the bill came, he was charged for a big pizza. What a disaster!!

We had table booked the server max was absolutely amazing, we knew we were going to be late so the server max gave us an amazing table even though we were late by an hour. Amazing service by max he made my night great hospitality and great customer service portrayed by him. Max made me want to stay at revolution even more, he made the paying process easy and relaxed. Honestly would come back just for max made the whole experience amazing would come back just to see max again so good at him job :)

Was worried that we were over an hour late for our booking, max made sure we still had our table and was so lovely the whole time we were there! Was so accommodating and friendly, highly recommend

I booked a cocktail making class for me and my partner. It was not only hilarious but very fun and I felt invited and welcomed. Harry was absolutely fantastic, hilarious and full of facts! I would recommend to anyone

We enjoyed our granddaughter's birthday party - she and all her friends had a great day.

Got a voucher for burgers and beers at this place. Very teenager vibes, the burgers were not bad (not good either), took a while to get the food and we ordered some drinks while waiting which was okay. The music is loud so it would not be a place to go for eating and having conversation but should be a good fun if you are looking for a dancing place. We had a nice time and experience but would not get the voucher for the burgers at the place again.

Had a meal with a Masterclass cocktail making session with Max. My husband, son, daughter in law and myself on my birthday. Despite the place being empty we had the best time. Max was fun, informative and made our experience so enjoyable. A fantastic employee! The meal was also very good. Thank you Max for making my birthday special.

💥 Incredible food deal for £2.99 until 9pm (Sunday to Friday) - £4.99 with beer!!💥 Went today with a couple of friends and we couldn't believe such a cheap price for food in town centre. There is limited choice and the portions are medium/small but enough. For that price, 💯 recommended!!

Max was amazing. Had a cocktail master class, worked around my citrus allergies and created some amazing drinks.

Visited with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, and we had a fantastic experience. The food and drinks were excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service, which far exceeded my past experiences at other Revolution locations. I would give a solid 5-star rating, with special kudos to Tyrone, whose service made our celebration 100 times better.

There is a super value lunch deal for just £2.99. The restaurant is located near Reading Station.

Visited on Friday 25th August with 3 friends. We had the lunch deal. For our lunch we had the vegan chicken wrap, with chips, and rose wine. The food was lovely, delicious and filling! The wine was very sweet and not nice probably wouldn’t have it again. Also wanted to get a tray of jägermeister bombs however they had sold out. So had to order jägermeister and red bull seperately. Overall would recommend visiting as it was a really good atmosphere and the food was delicious. But would not recommend the Rose wine

We had the most lovely lunch- the value for money is incredible. Max looked after us so so well and his service was impeccable. I would recommend this place to anyone !

We to had a leftover experience voucher. Fabulous afternoon tea (AT) Saturday afternoon , RR sorted it AT., out for us .. (~ agree not your traditional afternoon tea ) but it was amazing! The food was absolutely mouth-watering , two courses of various items heaven on a tray , the cocktails were fantastic . Really friendly nice accommodating staff. We to, would highly recommend it. Thank you guys 👏👏.

My work team won Katherine's LinkedIn competition and were gifted an after work pizza and prosecco evening. Katherine and her team were so helpful and accommodating when we needed to reschedule. The food, drinks and service was great and the team had a lovely time. It was a great way for the team to bond and boost morale!

We had a leftover experience voucher and decided to blow it on a cocktail masterclass seeing as we love our cocktails so much. The venue appears as definitely a younger person’s bar and we’re not! But that didn’t matter one bit and every single member of staff was upbeat and friendly and genuinely pleased to greet and serve us. Our mixologist master was Max and he was awesome! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and all round great fun. He took us through the basics, taught us to mix our own drinks (which was huge fun!) and answered all our questions (including converting ml to oz!). We had an amazing time and I thoroughly recommend it - young and old!

I went to this establishment for a couple after work drinks with my husband and I’ve never been greeted with such enthusiastic and helpful service by harry and Cameron. They were super chatty and helped out with choosing drinks and cocktails (of which their happy hour helped out with). I have never been so invited by bartenders especially in the reading area. Definitely will be coming back and my husband and I are excited to see out favourite servers again.

We had a cocktail masterclass & 3 course meal, it was amazing! There had been a confusion with our booking however the staff sorted it straight away and we had Harry leading the masterclass. With only being given 3 minutes notice that he was doing this masterclass he was amazing! Such a lovely person and he made it so much fun. He knew everything about cocktails & had lots of cool information. Really recommend doing it. The food was amazing x

A fantastic bottomless brunch. Tyrone was very attentive and made for a fantastic server, ensuring we weren’t left waiting for drinks - unlike most bottomless brunches. Lovely and friendly too. Only drawback was the burgers were greasy but other than that fantastic! Great music too.

Very interesting place. They actually have 2 bars. The main bar out front is pretty ordinary. But behind a curtained-off section lies a huge dance floor with a large bar that stretches the entire width of the dance floor. The dance floor was closed off when I visited but I heard from regular patrons that it gets crazy over the weekends. Lighting and ambiance were great to get a good buzz and you could still hear yourself in conversation.

Amazing service, very accommodating. My cousin and I were welcomed by Dan, who gave us a choice of seating, he was very friendly, kind and enthusiastic. Really highlights Reading, and a great spot for all! Definitely recommend and amazing service from Dan:)

my partner and I came for the cocktail master class for our anniversary and it was amazing. Dan taught the master class and was super friendly and fun. Matt was also great- they both made us feel comfortable and were very funny. Food and drink was delicious. We will definitely be coming again!

Cocktail masterclass with Max and 3 course meal package gifted to us by our boys, highly recommended. Max is so knowledgeable, cocktails were delicious and the games were fun. We were misinformed when we first arrived and seated as regular diners. Vegan food choice was limited but other than that, it was a great night!

Had a great experience Saturday night for a hen do! Special thanks to Max and a lovely lady (never caught her name!) we had a cocktail masterclass led my max with fun and games, then a meal and private booth. We all had an amazing time, especially the two brides! We couldn’t have asked for a better night! The staff were extremely accommodating and really made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend it as a night out! Thank you team!
