The best restaurants serving British food in Havant South East

Popped in a few times for breakfast, drinks and ice creams. Perfectly situated for stopping off on walks up and down the beach, reasonably priced, and a friendly welcoming service. Would recommend!

Have seen lots of lovely photos on social media so decided to come with a friend. All I can say is ‘WOW’. Staff were so efficient and the selection of food and drinks was fantastic. Already planning my next trip.

We treated my best friend to have lunch with us at this family run Eatery, and we're not disappointed. From entering to leaving the atmosphere was electric with happy diner's. We were showed to our table and we handed menus, we chose and within 30 minutes our food arrived piping hot, our meals were well presented, the service was brilliant which is the same every time we visit. They have steadily made themselves the best restaurant in Waterlooville which is a credit to not only the owners but other staff as well.

The staff are all so lovely and they go above and beyond . im some one who is very fussy and nothing is ever too much for them .

Amazing quiz such a good laugh, every Thursday so worth it for only 2.50

A great little spot for a very good cup of coffee and a snack. Has a little group of picnic tables. The price for the coffee is reasonable.

Great pub. Good food and my preferred venue for live music

Very helpful staff at The Pavilion Cafe, Sarah - Supervisor on shift on Monday 17th February ,Really saved the day for myself. I had noticed my wheelchair was missing a vital Nut and Bolt, So I asked the staff at the Cafe to see if they had anyone who could help me out, Sarah went above and beyond in finding me the nut I was needing (I had spare bolts in my rucksack but not the nuts needed, Lesson learnt) Facilities were super clean and spotless, Iced Latte was perfect for cooling me down in the stress of fixing my wheelchair and the Fruit scone was delicious! A massive Thank you to Sarah and her Team for looking after myself and my friend and her baby. Will definitely be back and hope no missing wheelchair parts!

A very cosy family run pub which welcomes locals and visitors alike. A lovely birthday celebration was had with the pub closed to just our party. The buffet was great and loads of atmosphere as it’s not too big Thanks Gavin and his team for making a fun evening out Peter

Popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying for two before dinner elsewhere. Good selection of drinks, coal fire and good service. Seemed a really nice pub.

Lovely pub in Emsworth . Had a very nice pint. Proper session ale. Forgotten the name so will have to go back.

Lunch today for two of us. EXCELLENT food service and price. We had roast chicken dinner which was superb, served so quickly that we expected to have been microwaved but it wasn’t. A plate full of meat, roast potatoes and vegetables in our opinion all cooked to perfection. Well done Yew Tree

My takeaway haddock and chips for two was awful: soggy and tasteless batter, with chips that, however plentiful, were insufficiently hot and crisp. I shan't go to The Coastguard again and I advise others to do likewise.
