Nice coffee, but at £3 a pop it needs to be. We all know the hospitality sector has ground to make up, but I bet prices never come down again!

Stopped to look out to sea and discovered this little gem. Lovely smiling ladies offering great service. We had coffee and cake but there were panini's and toasted sandwiches on the menu board if you wanted more. Will definitely stop here again.

It’s located at the entrance of the parking near beach huts so reassured me that I can get a coffee when I need one. I have visited the cafe in the past and was there yesterday as well. The girls who run/ serve at the cafe are very efficient and quick to acknowledge the customers and service is fast. So far it was the only beach facility I visited that had hand sanitisers for customers. My boy had an icecream and I had coffee and cake, both delicious! I will visit again!

A stroll along the beach stopping off for a bite to eat and an ice cream, can't think of a better spot. The September sun shining and the little steam train pulling into the station opposite. Beautifully British.

We came in away from the wind (there is outdoor seating) and although this looks like any seaside cafe with plastic tables, there was quite an varied menu. I ordered a tuna salad and a bacon sandwich, coffee and soft drink, the total cost was about £11 which I thought reasonable. A huge salad appeared and a nicely cooked bacon sandwich. The cafe is located near the funfair.

Met a friend to have a welcome toasted sandwich and late with a friend. I had tuna, cheese and onion toastie and she had ham and cheese toastie both served with salad garnish. £10 for both with large coffees. Good value and a nice little range of gifts and photos to purchase as well.

Whilst visiting the classic car rally on the beach my wife and I took the opportunity to . have a bite to eat and a cuppa since we left home not having any breakfast. We both had a bacon rolland a cup of tea each, while the All day breakfast looked perfectly edible we opted for a snack, tea was a little strong but perfectly adequate but the bacon roll, the roll was just turning stale and was starting to break up, did not stay together very long ended up just eating the bacon. They were very busy and doing great business mostly on cooked breakfasts, maybe if the roll had been fresher....

Hello and Happy New Year.I have reviewed the previous critique dated 16 December and given it a tick for helpfulness......Helpfulness for how ill informed a post can be and how much damage it can do to a business.1) This is a closed take away only unit. You cannot gain entry to it, unless you are staff. The inside is a 5* Health & Hygiene rated food prep and serving area ONLY.All seating possibilities lay OUTSIDE.1a) So I cannot imagine what the Postee was thinking when stating that they entered the unit.2) Cigarette butts. 2a) The staff aren't permitted to smoke anywhere near the unit.Any butts seen must have been in-between cleaning sessions of the public's irresponsible discarded rubbish.3) Date posted 16 December......3a) This unit had been closed for two months!Dare I suggest that this review is down to either local espionage or a total confusion of locale? The unit operators are open to all forms of feedback, but PLEASE, for goodness sake - get FACTS right!

Lovely, simplistic little drop-by with a great Kelly's ice cream selection. All the fast food basics are offered, all freshly cooked to your order. Nice cakes, and daily surprises too.The opening hours have been somewhat erratic this season - due to the owner's (very) ill health. Please, do bear with this, as the standard, presentation and friendliness when open far outweigh the inconvenience of being closed!

Fantastic food fantastic service can't rate this little cafe any higher. Their ice cream selection is amazing although I opted for the cheese and ham toastie which was delicious my son had the full works burger which he assured me was " better than Mac D" quite a rating from an 18 year old. The staff are all super friendly and themselves and the cafe itself very clean. Hair tied back in matching caps so no worries of hair in your food and blue gloves worn when handling food. All things I look for. Bowls of water for the dogs. 5 stars.

We live just up the beach from this kiosk, and often drop in en passant. As another reviewer said, it is run by two very friendly ladies and they are always cheery and welcoming. The food is quick and good and the prices very good. Very little that I know of tastes better than a bacon sarnie eaten out-of-doors. It is not always easy to get a good cup of coffee in these sort of places as they sometimes opt for the cheapest blend, but the coffee here is excellent. There is plenty of seating outside and you can sit and look at the Isle of Wight and a glorious panorama of leisure craft, passing cruise liners and container ships. Nobody could not approve of this nice little place which was formerly a bike repair place.

The café is located at a kiosk, west of Central Beachlands, opposite Norfolk Crescent and is run by two friendly ladies. As everything is eaten out of doors, you have to expect any cooked food to cool quickly, so best to eat without delay if you like it hot, or at least warm! The signature dish is, of course, the full English breakfast and since there is quite a bit of competition on the Island, it has to match up. Price is also a consideration, so their offer of £3.50, including free Nescafe or tea, is attractive.I had their standard breakfast, but without the tomatoes – one rasher of back bacon, sausage, hash brown, mushrooms, beans and toast with butter. All was perfectly cooked, with the exception of the sausage, which was quite undercooked. Other minor bleats – the black pepper didn’t pour; I should have liked a fried bread option and the ketchup was the rubbish stuff, but they do have Heinz, if you ask! They have a number of other snacks and drinks. Well worth a visit, especially if you are walking the dog!
