Fantastic sandwiches great selection of fillings with lovely choice of bread to match. I had the goats cheese, brie and fig sandwich on granary. My husband had the ploughmans (cheddar and blue cheese). It was appreciated that he was asked whether we were ok with all the salad items. Very pleasant customer experience. We used to come here to eat in few years ago but glad to say quality and service remains excellent.

A wonderful find. I was looking for somewhere to take my best friend for a birthday afternoon tea and was recommended this place. I am so glad we tried it. Possibly the nicest staff I have ever been served by. They were professional, funny and supportive of my pure excitement over unlimited hot chocolate (I've never experienced this before as I hate tea and coffee). One fabulous member of staff sang happy birthday to my friend which was hilarious. The afternoon tea was fresh and lots of things to choose from. The only thing I'd change is making your scones bigger, because I love scones and there was definitely enough cream and jam for a full sized scone. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I love a good sandwich or baguette for my lunch. I lament the quality of sandwiches and baguettes available today-limp, tasteless, flavourless, you know who you are big supermarkets-as for the corner shop variety, the least said, the better-listeria factories...so a treat to discover Le Petit Pain on an all too rare trip to Emsworth-its clean and bright inside, plenty on offer (the options are so numerous, its like reading a small book) and a friendly welcome-plus the freshest and most tasteful egg mayo and salad baguette I have had in years. Repeat customer now. Thankyou.

Received a takeaway on 08/09 from Mother Kelly's - after a long hiatus (having moved areas). Pleased to report that they were on the money. The food was fresh and piping hot; and the portion sizes were ample. In the past, they did seem to lack a little consistency, so I am hoping this high quality - experienced recently - will continue into the future.

My second visit here with our adult children (doesnāt happen very often because not everyone is local) last time we were blown away by the Sunday roast and this time we were equally impressed with the steak and ale pie. Amazing food, reasonable prices, friendly staff and great service, we were even talking about moving to Emsworth at some point! Weāll definitely be making a return visit before too long.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Brookfield hotel. We had a function on the Saturday night which was a 7 course meal and I have to say I was blown away with the service and the reassurance of my gluten free options, I could literally have exactly the same dishes as everyone else with just a couple of tweaks I couldnāt believe it! A lovely gentleman served me who I think was a manager (I am so sorry I cannot remember his name) which made me feel so looked after as it can be daunting eating out somewhere new! All staff were helpful and made the evening run smoothly it was very professional! The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed, the only thing I would say is more plug sockets but thatās not the end of the world! Also it was a bit expensive for room service as a sausage and bacon sandwich ended up being Ā£13.45 including tray service but again with inflation maybe thatās why it was that much! Apart from that there was plenty of parking at a small charge and the hotel was easy to get around. Thank you for looking after us, it was the best meal Iāve had as a coeliac plus the most Iāve ever been able to eat!

This may have once been a good restaurant but it no longer is. The food was at best average and at worst inedible. Whilst the food was cooked reasonably well (gastro pub standard) the seasoning made three of our four dishes inedible. A tip for the chef: if you can taste salt, youāve over-seasoned. If your mouth dries from the salt, youāve failed entirely. For the cost of the meal, it is reasonable to expect a chef who can cook - seasoning and all - to a very high standard. This failed to reach that bar at any time. Iāve paid much, much less and eaten far, far better many times before. Avoid.

Absolutely great customer service, very accommodating and patient. We needed wheelchair access and despite being very busy due to rugby match the guys were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. The food (fish and chips) was also amazing, delicious and huge portions! The place certainly deserves 5 stars!

Massive thank you to Vic and all the wonderful team at The Lord Raglan Emsworth for an amazing Sunday Roast Carvery yesterday. Not just great food, but a wonderful ambience and fantastic service. Eveyone is so friendly and helpful, a true gem of a pub! Thank you guys.
