As we arrived early for breakfast, seating was easy enough to find indoors - it’s quite a rustic building with not many tables, but there are some tables outside as well. The menu is pretty standard but prices are good. The food, although you can tell isn’t the finest of ingredients, was nicely cooked and hit the spot all round. Service was quick and efficient Would definitely stop by again.

Very nice coffee and cake and friendly service once we got in. There was a barrier and a member of staff serving takeout blocking the door and it wasn't easy to tell if we could sit in. We asked if we could go in and were admitted. All the tables bar one were reserved. The set up all felt a bit odd. Coffee and cake were nice though.

Very average stop here at Flintstones. Service seemed to be a bit of an imposition on the staff, who were in a very intense conversation, only to then start packing up for the day. Which was a pity, as we were looking forward to tea and cake/ pastries - it was a all a bit, well depressing. The decor is something else - a cave like building with a model boat in the cieling. Weird. Perhaps, we were unlucky dropping in when we did, it is a great location though.

This is my go-to place when I arrive by paddle board. I can sit outside in my wetsuit. Sometimes it's just tea and an ice cream, sometimes it's breakfast. I haven't been been inside yet as its so lovely to sit looking over the quay.

The really friendly and welcoming greeting from the staff just makes you know that this will be a lovely place. Although there are a few tables outside, they were not for a chilly January day, but there are about 10 tables inside. We had a great all day breakfast and a bap stuffed with sausage, bacon, egg and cheese, washed down with a good size mug of hot tea. Dogs are welcomed and made a fuss of! One to visit again.

I absolutely love this tea rooms. It has a wide selection of good, wholesome homemade food & drink. The staff are always so polite & helpful. The situation is perfect for either a pit stop cuppa en route around the harbour, an ice cream or something more substantial. They’re dog friendly & although they get incredibly busy in the summer months it’s a reflection on the positivity of the business. So reasonably priced & a delight to visit. Highly recommended.

Situated by the harbour this is a nice cafe. There was a large group queueing outside when we passed first time so we had a walk around the pond. On return there was less of a que and we then saw the notice saying please wait to be seated. Once the people in front got their take away ice creams we were politely offered seats inside with the dogs. We had afternoon tea for two which was a choice of sandwich, scone ham and cream and a choice of cake. A bit more than we set out to eat but at about £22 for the pair we thought it good value. The gents toilet is a little small and it may be a bit of a wait while they serve ice creams from the door before you get seated, but we will definitely return. Very friendly staff and a cad park just along the road.

The Flintstones Tea Room 1997 - 2023 is situated on the waters edge of Emsworth harbour. Seating both inside and outside. The menu contains an excellent selection of hot and cold drinks, wines and beers, teas and desserts, ice creams, breakfasts, lunches, baps, sandwiches and jacket potatos. The staff too were efficient and friendly and the place was clean. The food and drinks were good quality and well presented.

Sister and I overnighting in Emsworth for family funeral the next day. Visited Emsworth lots in our childhood with many happy memories. Wanted to walk to some of the 'old haunts' so this lovely cafe was very convenient for some of these. Friendly staff and great food selection (very helpful for my veggie sister). Loved the slightly quirky decorations and beautiful paintings/photos of the local area. Delicious food too.

Enjoyed coffee and cake in the sunshine here last week. Flintstones is very popular and the owner is working hard to provide a good and safe service. You queue outside where your order is taken whether you want a take away or to sit at a table. Wait patiently until he has wiped a table for you. We did see some people see any empty table and grab it but had to be told (nicely) that you need to wait in a queue to then have a seat. We enjoyed coffee and cake but all the food looked delicious including the bacon baguettes. It is obviously very popular with locals. Inside is small so I think at the moment only one or two tables can be used. It is a lovely view from the cafe outside so hopefully Flintstones can continue with many tables outside for the autumn/winter...just make sure you are dressed appropriately for the weather. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.

The actual tea was fresh, delicious and more than enough for the 6 of us. We had sandwiches, scones with (proper!) cream & jam, and Chocolate & Victoria sponge cakes. Start off outside the Coal Exchange pub, next to the car park and walk down the hill to the harbour and the slipway. If you have the willpower, ignore Flintstones tea room & ice cream shop for the time being, cross the small bridge and onto the path around the Slipper Mill Pond. Keep along the path with the sea on your left and the pond on the right, up to the sailing club where you turn right along Bath Rd with views back across the lake to the boat yard and the pretty cottages. Up to the main road, right for just a few yards and right again along Bridgefoot Path, continuing around the pond and the water birds that often come up to meet you. Continue along the road until you pass the boatyard where you will find the ice cream shop by the boat club. Here is your reward if your willpower managed to pass it previously! Turning left will take you back to the car park and two excellent pubs, antique shops and the pretty village square.

Having previously had a good experience, my 90 year old mum and I went for lunch. We ordered prawn salads with falafel and humus from the menu. The last two items were missing on our plates, but when queried we were told that nobody ordered those so they didn't have any! We asked for an alternative and were given half a slice of bread each! I then found a hair in my salad, but when I reported this, I was told that the kitchen staff had dark hair so it wasn't theirs! I was too stunned to reply! Then I was told we couldn't expect a refund, because the hair wasn't theirs. I explained we didn't want a refund, just an apology. Never again!

Chose this eatery as it looked nice from the outside. Opted for the liver and bacon on mash potato, ample portion and cooked to perfection, very tasty, washed down with a cup of tea. Dessert was sponge and custard, lovely and more than ample custard. So impressed I took away a large piece of their quiche and a couple of cheese scones for later, also good. Great staff/service at this venue and will definitely return to try the breakfast .

Popped in a few times for breakfast, drinks and ice creams. Perfectly situated for stopping off on walks up and down the beach, reasonably priced, and a friendly welcoming service. Would recommend!

Lovely service with a smile. Good coffee. I also bought some homemade cake for £1 and the money from that goes to charity. Will be back again!
