Perfect full English breakfast or any combination you ask for, friendly staff and good value. Well worth a slight detour to visit as you will not find better.

Quick and friendly service. Coffee and food were both hot, fresh but quick! Was really tasty and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for those that like a breakfast but freshly cooked.

Lovely farm shop with lots of gr at produce. No dogs allowed in the shop, despite it saying I'm the website that dogs are allowed except in the cafe

Met up with friends for a quick meal before attending a local charity quiz night and the service was just amazing, Our server was really efficient and helpful and both food and drink were great. My crab cake and chips was tasty as was the chicken schnitzel and beef pie. We didnt have time for dessert but will return as this was just a lovely dining experience.

My partner and I had a really great experience with this Pub, food was great with decent portions and the service exemplary. The very pretty young girl serving us was obviously extremely busy serving inside and out in the beer garden but still had the time and professionalism to be friendly, personal and attentive. The Leather Bottle or as I like to call it Leather B is a very nice relaxing and chilled out spot to have a drink with a more mature crowd usually. I've had so many good times here and come here on average 2-3 times a Month.

Great pub. I’m involved with the Jazz Club X jazz jam on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm. Sam the manager has been very supportive in bringing in the crowds and I would recommend this pub to anyone who wants to organise an event. Their function room is a nice size and the bar / restaurant has a good range of drinks and food.

Nine of us from 9 to 86 enjoyed the sunday lunch at this popular pub/restaurant. We arrived early for our 12.30 booking and our orders for drinks and then food were taken promptly while the restaurant was still quiet, our food arrived quickly and we were all served together by the friendly efficient staff. The meals were enjoyed by everyone and were hot and nicely presented when the bill came service was included, bu then the restaurant wa full and quiet but not lacking in atmosphere in any way. Our only slight down side was the selection of desserts which lacked variety and any fresh fruit. Overall a good choice but booking is clearly essential.
