The staff were rude, the drinks are expensive, the toilets had no loo role and there was White powder on the side, the vent above was full of dust, we were put in the so called VIP section a tiny room the back of the seating area fell off and the music was way too loud, would never return there are many great bars in Liverpool this is not one

You in need of a jumbo scone then head here. Simply super with jam in a mini jar. The only downer at the moment is that they only serve tea and coffee in take away cups which is super environmentally unfriendly. Bring back the loose leaf glass pots and proper cups. Because its less waste and just as safe You need to get back to normal.

An absolute “gem” of a cafe. Lovely friendly staff who “nothing is too much trouble”. Two lovely freshly made paninis and two great hot coffees. Great value for money!

We stayed at Crowne Plaza for a few days. Due to the crowds for the Queen Anne naming ceremony and a very long day, we decided to stay in to grab a light dinner. I had seen Gochujang wings on the both the bar menu and room service so was disappointed they were not available on the restaurant menu. However, the chef kindly offered to do them for me. Service was excellent. In fact, I'd say it could be scaled back a little as we were approached no fewer than 10 times during our meal and for some folks that could be overload. We enjoyed the warm sourdough, the Gochujang wings and a plaza burger. Good portion sizes and we were stuffed! The food is well-cooked. The burger could have been a little more tasty but no complaints in general.

It's ok for a cheap bite and drink, don't expect a 5* restaurant, the key is in the name, cafe! Nice cakes and scones and quick service.

Great night at Bierkeller Live in terms of the Oktoberfest. Host was great and really got the atmosphere up and if he had been on longer, it would have been an amazing night. Security were lovely and polite and aware of any trouble all night. The atmosphere was unfortunately then ruined by a cowboy duo who were playing guitars and singing. Their attitudes and vibes weren't great. Also the attitude of one particular bar member was disgusting. Tall man who was working behind the bar on the evening of 02/11/24.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city on a rather cold November night my twin brother and I decided to drop by The Fall Well Pub,been here before on many occasions, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. A big Wetherspoon pub, interior is superb, a long serving bar dominates the main room, typical Wetherspoon decor and furnishings, photo's of old Liverpool adorning the walls and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets around this pub, its just a really good Wetherspoon pub to chill out in. We had a study of their real ale's, in the end we both opted to have Coach House Brewery " tnt cracker barrel " this dark real ale was served in pristine condition, we luckily managed to get a table were we chilled out and warmed up while we sipped our ale's. My ale was really good, dark, malty, full of flavours, a proper winter ale indeed, its hardly surprising to me why this Wetherspoon pub is so popular with real ale's of this quality. We really enjoyed our ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Fall Well Pub we had a great pub experience. The Fall Well Pub is easy to locate along St John's Way. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 8am till 11.30pm. Friday & Saturday, 8am till midnight. Sunday, 8am till 11.30pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Can somebody please tell me what on earth has happened to this company? the quality of one of the best bakers has gone, how do you justify the price for the size of eg your sausage and bean pasty cheap beans no sausage please go and compare it with Greggs I've just bought various items from Sayers and as so many Sayers shops have now closed when seeing one open I remembered how much I used to enjoy Sayers, but wow now I understand why so many shops have gone its such a shame so disappointed in the product I will never use Sayers again no value for money, cheap product, not what it used to be, maybe a little bit of market research of competitors also using quality produce instead of having the cheek to charge full price for crap such a let down so many others to choose from so why use Sayers I may as well threw my money in the bin as that is were these items have just gone
