Horrible en casi todos los sentidos. Solo una persona tomó pedidos a pesar de una enorme cola y tuvo que esperar 20 minutos para que se tomara el pedido de comida. El lugar estaba lleno de restos de comida sin nadie aparentemente disponible para limpiarlo. El lugar es un vertedero sucio con mesas pegajosas y servicio cero. Si miras sus reseñas de 5 estrellas, todas son falsas. Supongo que Neil, que ha publicado la mayoría de las reseñas de 5 estrellas, está siendo pagado o tiene un interés personal en él. Ser dolores es más probable ya que entre sus cuentas falsas ha hecho 850000 revisiones.

Desayuno temprano por la mañana, enormemente caro y larga espera para comida y tés. Muy decepcionante de hecho, no volvería a visitar.

El servicio encantador de Johno que me sirvió, fue muy educado conmigo y todos los demás alrededor. Se aseguró de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba, muy muy educado!

Probably the worst English breakfast we have had. Thrown together and tasteless. Utter waste of money £13.00 for a small breakfast. Unfortunately we will not go back here.

This is a dreadful place devoid of atmosphere. There was a large board advertising Draught Beers. I was expecting cask ale but the choice was Heineken or some Italian rubbish, Birra Moretti, both keg NOT draught. A glass of Moretti cost me £7.79 which is outrageous!!!

Food was dreadful and overpriced and with the exception of the guy that took our order (he was very nice) the service was dreadful. We went to get cutlery and were told by a surly waitress that she would bring some with the food. She brought the food but no cutlery - we asked her for some, she huffed but agreed. We waited and waited, food cooling, nothing. I went to fetch my own and saw her in the distance chatting to someone else - no cutlery. I found several knives but just one fork. Eventually located another. Absolutely dreadful

I write this as sitting in place, Wish I'd save the £18.00 that I spent on burger and chips. Burger was burnt, the whole meal was luke warm, and not worth the price, £5.99 for 18.7 cl of wine. Should have gone go burger King would have been cheaper and hats to say it but a damn sight better.

Place was quiet and still the staff took ages to even acknowledged we were there. Table was filthy and surroundings. Food was very poor especially for the price. £9.99 for a small dry bacon butty. No milk for brew. Can’t think how it could be worse. The airport is great and this really really lets it down.

Am a regular traveller from Liverpool and have visited the bar quite a few times - but will not be coming back again. We have never had anything approaching reasonable service - tills don't seem to work half the time (or staff have not been trained properly to use them), half the time the food does not arrive unless you go hunting for it and then the staff don't know whose food is yours. Food quality is pretty basic anyway. There are other places to eat but many of them are not open in the morning....I think they know that here and take that as an excuse for poor service. The only good thing is that you can buy some sandwiches from Boots and eat them here and they don't bother you about it. It's a wasted opportunity to provide a service to tired and hungry travellers.

Was here in restraunt on Monday morning the 1st April I was hoping it was an April fools joke cause this is what it was , I had ordered 3 breakfast baps orange juice coffee and tea which came to £39.74, card machine had froze but money had been taking from my card we were told we could not have our food unless we paid again which we did not agree to we had showed the manager Leanne the that it came of our card but she assured us that it would go back onto the card as it had said pending we took her word and asked for a contact number incase that it hadn’t went back to our account , the transaction completed and the money NEVER went back to our card , Leanne has given us a number that it us saying but in use when we try to call and then we can’t find an email address we have now emailed the airport , it is not acceptable to take advantage of people like this , what if this was the last of our money on holidays travelling home with our 7 year old child and to be told we couldn have our food , in the end we wouldn but give any more money to tiur restraunt and Went to another restraunt in the airport , we go back regular to Liverpool and will not go back to this estuary restraunt again

Ten minutes late for breakfast so had to choose from the lunch menu. My wife ordered the cauliflower curry which came with a poppadum dropping in oil and no mango chutney or coriander. She had asked for chips instead of naan but was told no, she would have to pay £5 extra for chips. The food then arrived with no naan either. Run out. Would you like something else instead ? Too bloody right at £16. Comes back with a plate of chips. My chicken kebabs came with bullet like peas and coleslaw that had congealed into the plate. Vastly overpriced served by staff who just couldn't give a toss. Is it run.by the government by any chance ?

Before starting a week's holiday in Krakow my twin brother and I had hours to kill before catching our flight so we visited some of the bars in John Lennon Airport, The Estuary was one bar we visited. Been here before quite a few times, its a good looking bar, interior is light and airy, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room ,great decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options. We ordered a coffee each, these were served steaming hot, we chilled out and looked forward to our upcoming holiday to the fascinating city of Krakow while we supped our coffee's. Coffee was really good but at airport prices it should be ,really enjoyed our visit here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a positive experience.

Very poor experience here; a disappointing start to our holiday. Service was very slow, low-energy and lethargic. The staff member serving at the counter kept a couple of us queueing for quite a few moments, as she prised herself away from browsing her phone. She then abandoned serving the lady in front of me, to laboriously top up the milk which another customer complained had run out. I ordered a large Americano coffee which was £3.70. It had barely any taste and I took it back to ask how many shots were in it, as I’d noticed the server topping up what the machine had dispensed with water. I was told one shot in both large and medium sizes, so if you pay extra for a large cup, basically you get a weaker cup of coffee and pay the extra for hot water. We ordered a full breakfast, which was £16.99. The two sausages were practically charred, completely over cooked and burned. Could hardly get the knife through them. I was told they were all like that and it would take too long to cook replacements from fresh. I was offered more bacon, with the server remarking that that was over cooked as well. Honestly, could be so much better with the right management. I’ll avoid in future and try one of the other options.

Terrible food and service. First time in years I've returned food. Cheese burger and chips. Inedible. Cornered market. Really needs sorting out.

The girl serving with the tattoos, I think someone called her Rosy? She is not the person you want giving customers the first impression of the place. Moaning and swearing constantly, the service is shockingly slow. A till for cash and a till for card, big que waiting to pay cash. The pregnant member of staff didn’t stop running around, service with a smile, get rid of tattoo girl! We came here because it looked empty compared to other places. Expensive but given its at the airport, that expected, typical rip off britan.

This was very busy, and we were not sure about airport food... it was delicious and best of all the management team Owen/Tom brought our food out personally in the midst of the craziness. This is a spacious cafe situated in the departures at the airport. The menu included sandwiches, hot breakfast rolls and pastries along with hot and cold drinks. The pastry was good and the sausage breakfast roll average. Coffee was nice and the prices very expensive but it is and airport. There was one lady serving a long queue of people so took a long time to get our food and drink.

Food and pricing was what you would expect at an airport. They appeared to be short staffed as one lady was running around trying to do everything. The reason I gave it a poor review was the cleanliness, the floors were filthy with food from the previous day still on the floor - we were there as it opened. This was very off putting and made you think what the rest of the place was like.

Surly staff. Poor sevice. I went to the wrong counter. Man told me to go to bar. I hadn't heard him first time Walking away I heard him swear. Ordered & gave our table number. The pizza was really, really thin and hardly any topping on it. Apart from that it did taste nice I suppose.

Before catching our flight to Salou my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into The Estuary Kitchen & Gril and what a nice time we had. A nice airport bar ,light and airy interior, great decor and furnishings, a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar. We got beers each,these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back, chilled out and looked forward to our holiday in the sun . Beers served in here was spot on, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother Stephen ,best beer companion in the world. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on to catch our flight and as on previous visits to here we had a great time.

Over £30 for 2 breakfasts which had items missing then to be told they didn't even have them, an not told when ordering, food cold an I give a better breakfast to the dog, don't waste your money

El vuelo temprano a la Costa del Sol nos vio con horas para matar, nos detuvimos aquí para tomar un café, ya que los precios habituales estaban inflados, es un bar del aeropuerto, así que es una audiencia cautiva, supongo, el café estaba bien, nada especial, hacía calor , reviviendo, no es el mejor café que he probado pero, de nuevo, no es lo peor, el servicio es un poco lento a pesar de ser temprano en la mañana, tomamos un sorbo de nuestros cafés y esperamos nuestras vacaciones en la zona balnearia bañada por el sol La Costa del Sol, la visita a The Estuary Kitchen & Grill estuvo bien, nada especial.

A coffee and a pastry for nearly £5 is just excessive. Why in a place where they advertised duty free is food sooooo expensive and generally not great. I could have get the same pastry at Lidi for 30p.

We got sucked in by the "bakery" aspect. Its not a bakery.At 11-odd the lunch menu wasn't underway yet so we were on the breakfast menu. The breakfast menu essentially involves giving you low quality and little quantities of breakfast staples and charging you through the nose for it.Prices here are ridiculous. Avoid.

Irredemantemente vil desayuno. Hash browns eran excrementos de conejo de goma, salchichas que antes se usaban como porras, recortes de tocino baratos y desagradables cocinados a la manera crujiente, los huevos parecían que el cocinero los había golpeado.

There is not one positive thing I could say about my experience here. We ordered to breakfasts before our flight, £9 for what I would consider a child’s portion which didn’t even include toast. Decided to pay the extra which ended up being £4 for four pieces of cremated toast.

Probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Sausages made of pale mush, cold fatty bacon, vinegary beans, no toast or hot drink.... all for a bargain £12. Would have been happier getting mugged outside.

With hours to kill before catching our flight to Wrocław we decided to go to a few bars in Liverpool departures lounge and visited The Estuary Kitchen & Bar and to be honest our visit was pretty average.

Not the best experience I’ve had. Ordered a traditional English breakfast and the tomato was barely cooked, it tasted cheap and like cardboard. Not worth the money at all.

Little tip to your staff...... you’re there to serve customers, not chat about your weekend to your work mates. I was there with my three young children , it took a good few minutes to even get acknowledged. The staff are very lazy and not bothered at all. Was planning on getting food but gave it a miss as it took too long to get served, and not due to it being busy .

Our local airport is a penny pinching, claustrophobic semi-dump in which you always end up carrying your luggage up or down staircases and it frequently has people queuing with their bags on the same grubby staircases.

Last friday we flew home & we eat in the kissing gate.. my girlfriend wanted wkd but they didnt have it. The helpful lady on the bar said they sell jt facing at yhe kitchen & grill. The member of staff was helpful & the way you order food is funky. Should try it in other places.

Had breakfast here before a flight and honestly one of the worst places ive ever eaten. Almost £15 quid for a breakfast and tea and they didnt even have cutlery to eat it with. Staff were disinterested and found a plastic fork so we could eat our overpriced horrible breakfast.

Had another poor visit at the airport last March, so avoided that restaurant, choose the Estuary for a tea and Danish, went to the counter, no staff there, looked around there was two which I presumed were staff at the back of the restaurant, I waited for a few minutes, then walked down their direction, one was on her mobile, she looked at me and turned away and continued her conversation, the other one was working on the remote control for the tv, I walked out and the girl on the phone watched me the whole way out, absolute disgrace, awful place to try and get some food, shame on you. Would have given no marks to this place but had to fill in 1

Avoid. High prices. Sausages that taste and look like wall paper paste. The worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. If you don’t want to feel sick before a flight, don’t eat here!
