Mange Tout in Liverpool

Please stay away from this place if you don’t want food poisoning and bad customer service! All foods absolutely vile and over priced , offer home made soup nothing is home made! Bits and bobs threw in a factory bought soup maybe some out of date meats mixed in all disgusting! Food left and reheated for days on end. Food kept well past sell by dates and sold to customers , out of date food reheated and served to public absolutely disgusting! terrible management and customer service AVOID. Don’t wash hands either disgusting.

Absolute shower of feces, paid 14 pounds for 2 hot meals, overpriced to the max, paying 14 pounds for what would cost 50p to make, will never go again and don’t reccomend one ounce, what a pathetic excuse for a butty shop

La comida es sabrosa de Mange Tout pero se decepcionan con una higiene deficiente. Esta es la tercera vez que recibo tostadas quemadas hasta quedar crujientes desde allí. Absolutamente inaceptable meterlo en una bolsa y esperar que la gente pague por los alimentos no comestibles. Las tostadas de mis amigos no estaban quemadas, pero tenían un largo cabello negro (la segunda vez que esto sucedió) No volveré a ir aquí y les aconsejaré lo mismo a mis colegas.

Gran valor para el dinero!

Estuvimos en Liverpool para una visita a Goodison Park por la mañana y Western Approaches por la tarde. Nos dejaron cerca de Western Appproaches y tuvimos que encontrar un lugar para almorzar. Alrededor de siete de nosotros encontramos Mangetout y quedamos impresionados con las opciones, el servicio y el precio.

I like popping into this place as they always have three choices of lunch including staples like chile con carne or curry and chips. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get in and it isn’t haute cuisine but the prices are reasonable and food is above average.

Very busy lunch spot and constantly busy with people eating in and having take away. The salads are great value as the are large portions and they don't skimp on the meat either - the Italian chicken was delicious! There is a good variety of salad options/sandwich fillings too. Friendly service as well.

Great lunch, had the chilli hot dog special. Cheap as chips(and came with chips)great service. Stuffed.

Llamé a tomar un café y terminé tomando un desayuno. Un muy buen desayuno Teníamos sándwiches de productos para el desayuno. El personal es cortés y servicial, la comida es muy buena, sándwiches bien llenos, precios razonables. La cafetería / sándwich estaba limpia y estaba llena, ¡siempre es una buena señal!

Molesto por los exorbitantes costos de desayuno Radisson Blu de salir para encontrar una alternativa y, unos minutos más tarde, encontré este lugar. En menos de 4 libras por un desayuno inglés completo y gran café debe ser el mejor desayuno de Liverpool; además, el personal era amable y servicial con las direcciones y consejos.

Visité para almorzar hoy y estaba muy entusiasmado con mi chile con mitad de arroz y mitad de chips porque se veía y olía muy bien. Desafortunadamente, realmente no sabía muy bien. Algunas comidas prácticas en oferta, pero 1. 95 para una bolsa de té y agua caliente es un poco caro. . . aunque sin duda precios similares están disponibles en otros lugares de la localidad, el desayuno cocinado es bueno VFM.

Pasamos este lugar después de haber visitado la Oficina de Pasaportes en Liverpool. La selección de temas para el desayuno era bueno y recién cocinado. El personal era estupendo y me explicaron el procedimiento de ordenar. Nos sentamos y tuvimos una bap desayuno, la mía tenía vegetariano salchichas y champiñones y estaba delicioso. Mi chocolate caliente se hizo exactamente lo que pedí, así que estuve muy feliz.

Recientemente Mangetout me lo recomendó un buen amigo, y no me decepcionó. El lugar es pequeño, pero precioso. Al llegar nos recibió con una sonrisa amable de un miembro del personal. Fue mi primera visita, así que no estaba segura de que tienen. El caballero del mostrador era muy agradable y nos explicó las distintas opciones de ensalada para mí. Entonces, él se ofreció a llevar a donde estábamos sentados. La comida era excelente y con una sonrisa. Mangetout estaba limpio, el personal era atento y había un rumor encantador sobre el lugar. Volveré la próxima vez que esté en Liverpool.

Un buen lugar para desayunar, buenos precios. Limpio, lo único negativo es que es un poco confuso si su servicio de mesa. No es tampoco, no hay indicaciones de cola así que me paré como especie de un limón partido. Aparte de que no está del todo mal.

He visitado Mangetout unas cuantas veces después de algunas compras en Liverpool. Yo no era demasiado impresionado con la decoración y el diseño de la cafetería, sin embargo, he leído que se han hecho algunos cambios, así que estoy seguro de que parece mucho mejor ahora. I often visit here for breakfast and lunch, the food is delicious and they have good portion sizes however, I won't be visiting again because of the lady with the blonde ponytail - I have witnessed her smoking outside and she never washes her hands and also she picked a spot on her neck and proceeded to butter my toast which subsequently ended up in the bin (why can't she wear gloves like the others?) - unfortunately, I won't be returning because of this reason.

The first time I went into this eatery I informed them I was on Slimming World and I was advised they would be happy to accommodate any requests which I was really impressed with, theres a wide variety of choices available and the food was good, on the next occasion I went in I ordered a sausage sandwich, I later wanted to add mushrooms, the reaction I had from the brunette lady behind the counter was not far from ridiculous she went into the back to complaint to the cook and left me standing there as she stood talking about me directly in front of me, she stomped around with a face on, my friend was appalled and as a result we don't go back, I also work for a large organisation and any breakfast/ lunch orders now go through "Out to Lunch" customer service is the key and her behaviour has resulted in a loss of business, I would be keen to point out its her job and surely a basic requirement - I will not be returning

£3. 99 para un gran desayuno incluye taza de té. Estaba buenísimo, un personal encantador, cerca de los hoteles que cobran una fortuna para el desayuno, un hallazgo fantástico.

Buscando un bocado ligero topamos con un adorable pequeño restaurante llamado Gestionar Tout y fue precioso, buena selección de aperitivos fríos y calientes a un precio razonable, además el personal te hace sentir bienvenido.

I found this place by sheer luck. I had toast and jam with drink and it was the best I've ever had. The cooked breakfast looked amazing but sadly I wasn't hungry enough to sample it. The ladies were great on my visit (12th October 16 at 0945AM). I highly recommend this traditional 'scouser' place amongst all the other characterless places surrounding it. Sick of seeing Costa, Starbucks everywhere nothing authentic about them. A bonus is it's only around the corner from the Hotel Indigo if you are exploring and are having a long stay where you may just fancy a change from a hotel breakfast.

We were just passing and went in for a quick breakfast. It was great. Staff were very friendly, food was yummy and the service was superb. In addition, 3 of us had breakfast and had change from £20. Good value.

Just visited this shop with my wife after looking around the local area. We were warmly greeted and ordered our sandwich and large breakfast. The sandwich was very fresh and put together well. The breakfast was lovely and all cooked fresh Well done and keep up your excellent work.

Had a couple of sandwiches from here and always been disappointed, the place inside is very atmospheric and offers a pleasant environment, however, it is not matched by the food.The sandwich fillings are skimped on and are disproportionate to the amount of bread and the offering is generally quality poor providing very little taste.Been a few times never enjoyed it, so will not be going back.

Staying at the Raddisson blu for a long weekend away we could t justifying paying an extra £66 for us both to have breakfast on both mornings so we went to this little cafe. Food was excellent and the girls were warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommended

Really disappointed. Just been to get my lunch. Went last week and it was perfect. Piping hot jacket, plenty of toppings, asked what I wanted and had lots of salad and coleslaw etc. however today I got served a tiny cold potato (the cheese didn't even melt) , cold beans, a tiny salad which may as well not been there and wasn't asked if I wanted a dressing. The inconsistency is annoying. Not going again which is a shame. Think the manager was in on my first visit which may explain the difference.

I was shocked at the service I received here. The staff were rude to me and prepared my breakfast barm wrong. When I complained I was snarled at. I was offered a refund which I took and I went elsewhere for my snack.I don't expect to be spoken too in such an aggressive manner.I am currently ranked number 1 by trip advisor for my regular and genuine reviews. Only called as been at passport office, great menu, very presentable and the food looks good. But why a person who clearly has some bronchial issue and caughing into the hand that makes and holds the sandwich and over the food and preparation area is serving defies any logic. Nobody seems to wear food prep gloves either, so apologies but I'm unable to give a favourable review on this instance, can't even rate the sandwich as I binned it, so expensive on this visit too!

...the quality kept going down and down. Admittedly, I only went for the cheap breakfast barms but I might have tried more if the food was better. After the umpteenth cold sausage served with a snarl in a barm with a big thumbprint in the top I decided the extra money spent in a much better place nearby was worth it.

Nipped in for lunch, never been before and just spotted it on old hall street on the way to the cash machine. Glad I did! Friendly service from the women and one particular guy there, great food and quickly served up. Menu looks tasty so I'll definitely be back to sample some more of it

I was looking for a lunch that was different to the meal deals available in the chains. Good choice of hot and cold food and sandwich fillings. I had the chicken and vegetable broth which was tasty and ideal on a cold January day.

There seem to be a lot of staff but there's no real order to the queueing. Often the salad and deli items seem 'on the turn'. It's a shame because everything used to be so fresh (and the portions used to be much bigger).

There's always a good selection of sandwiches, ready made or to your own spec here. Breakfast in a barm cake is excellent and the coffee's better than in the identikit chain shops. Better value than a supermarket plastic offering too.

The Salad boxes here are so tasty! Lots of choice. Reasonable prices. The cakes are very nice also. I frequent here quite often and always look forward to it!

go at least twice a week and always get the hot specials, the cottage pie is to die for, sandwiches and breakfast barms are all really good quality and value. good choice overall
