The best restaurants serving British food in Liverpool North West

Went there during the day, so it wasn't too busy, but I do know of a night it's great with the karaoke. Food was very nice and the staff are very polite and welcoming

Ordered 1 large breakfast and 1 traditional....... And so it started....waiter came with a cup for a hot drink...cup had chip on rim and was absolutely filthy so asked for a clean one. Not too much to ask ..... Traditional breakfast came no problem. Large breakfast came and looked ok. When I turned the 2 pieces of toast over they were burnt black and uneatable. I asked the waiter to change the toast and she came back with 2 more....one of them burnt black again but conveniently turned over as if I wouldn't notice!!! 2 fried eggs were completely solid and looked like they had been sitting under a lamp for half an hour. I then gave up and asked for a refund..... 3 times things had to be returned!! come on you don't have to be a perfect chef to get toast right or clean your cups!!!!! This was a Thursday morning and not very busy at all. The staff behind the bar were understanding and gave me a refund straight away. Pity the kitchen staff don't care about what they send out! Do you think customers will eat anything!!!!! Will definitely not be visiting again

So I came for 50 percent off with my family, as I got to the deck there was no beef but was told there had been a lot loaded expecting it to be busy with it being 50 percent I asked for a soft yorkie and got the look of death, then got to the roastes and they was all squashed like mush, had half a spud in my mash in my plat, food quality was poor! Half of the food missing off the deck no mac and cheese no sauce in cauli no bake... apparently they don't do it on 50 percent when we know they do. Food was freezing l Then to end my visit I had to take my child to get his nappy changed and couldn't get into the assessable changing room so had to change my baby in the hall way in front of cameras! Not impressed at all and won't be returning. Gone down hill big time

Excelente servicio y excelente calidad de la comida y el personal del bar pub limpio era muy amable y servicial y una buena noche ha sido un poco de tiempo ahora siempre buen servicio

Si estás en Liverpool, no comas aquí. Mi esposa pidió el pastel de carne y cerveza con aros de cebolla y yo pedí el pollo vegano katsu al curry. El bistec y el pastel de cerveza era completamente incomestible. La corteza era tan dura que mi esposa tuvo que golpearla repetidamente con su cuchillo y cuando finalmente se rompió, el contenido era completamente negro y quemado en un pedazo crujiente. No había señales de carne dentro. Lo llevó al bar y la camarera le preguntó si quería un reemplazo. El reemplazo llegó después de unos minutos (debe haber sido el ajuste de microondas correcto esta vez) y aunque la corteza de pastel no era tan dura, apenas había tres pedazos de "filete" en el interior y lo que había no era nada apetitoso. Mi principal estaba bien, pero los aros de cebolla nadaban en grasa.

Mi hermano gemelo y yo estábamos saltando pub por Dale Street cuando decidimos caer en Rigby's Pub, hemos estado aquí antes en muchas ocasiones a lo largo de los años, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita. Un gran interior de pub de aspecto es soberbio, multihabitación , ladrillo visto, características de madera oscura abundan en todo este pub, decoración ecléctica y mobiliario, un bar de servicio de madera maciza domina la sala principal y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este pub tanto dentro como fuera en su patio, es solo un pub realmente bueno para relajarse. Pedimos pintas de amargo de Okell's Brewery, estos se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones, nos relajamos y planeamos la noche siguiente mientras bebíamos nuestros amargos. Un gran fan de un amargo, un estilo de cerveza muy subestimado en mi opinión, mi amargo era muy bueno, un amargo frío suave y helado lleno de sabores, muy refrescante, solo un amargo totalmente delicioso. De hecho, no es una sorpresa para mí por qué este pub es tan popular entre las cervezas servidas en esta buena condición. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestras amarguras aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a Rigby's nos lo pasamos muy bien. Rigby's es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Dale Street. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, abierto desde mediodía. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Visited multiple times and this place still giving fantastic service and very tasty food. Got the app last time here and today I got a carvery for only £6. This was done through the App, well worth getting the app

Así que vamos a empezar... Cada vez que pido hacer una reserva no pueden acomodar, como lleno reservado. Llegó a las 12. 15 pm la mitad de las mesas tenían reservas en asientos tan limitados, lea un par de las reservas y estas mesas las reservamos para las personas que llegan a las 4 hasta las 6 pm, 5 hasta las 7 pm, cómo tienes cualquier negocio está más allá de mí, tienes clientes caminando como sin asientos porque las mesas se llevan a cabo durante 4 a 5 horas, me estoy perdiendo algo aquí es esta práctica estándar de la empresa o son el personal perezoso para servir a los clientes que quieren comer. Cómo sigues abierto no tengo ni idea ya que estás perdiendo dinero y clientes serios. El no tan feliz no podía importar menos chico de pelo oscuro detrás de la barra, no está disfrutando de su trabajo que carece de habilidades básicas de servicio al cliente, en realidad parecía que no quería estar en el trabajo, se perdió la mayoría de nuestro pedido que no nos dimos cuenta hasta que la comida comenzó a llegar, él dijo que había una media hora de espera a pesar de que había unas 10 personas en el restaurante, ya que el resto de las mesas estaban reservadas para los clientes que llegan en 4 horas. No por favor, gracias o incluso una sonrisa solo una mirada y parpadeó (el parpadeo podría haber sido un grito de ayuda) Bueno, la comida que llegó estaba bien nada especial. Voy a seguir con la casa de reinserción, el mismo menú, pero el personal es maravilloso allí, y más acogedor. Y tienen mesas reales que no están reservadas para horas antes, voy a hacer una queja formal sobre esto ya que este es un tema en curso.

The staff were rude, the drinks are expensive, the toilets had no loo role and there was White powder on the side, the vent above was full of dust, we were put in the so called VIP section a tiny room the back of the seating area fell off and the music was way too loud, would never return there are many great bars in Liverpool this is not one

Had great afternoon with the family at the childwall abbey pub food excellent their was eight of us all had a excellent meal no problems will go again .

El servicio es increíblemente malo. Sentado aquí ahora después de esperar media hora para que nos sirvan dos cafés. Niños despistados sirviendo y claramente sin gestión. Cafés originales derramados y ni idea de dónde están los reemplazos. Evita como la plaga.

You in need of a jumbo scone then head here. Simply super with jam in a mini jar. The only downer at the moment is that they only serve tea and coffee in take away cups which is super environmentally unfriendly. Bring back the loose leaf glass pots and proper cups. Because its less waste and just as safe You need to get back to normal.

Una “joya” absoluta de un café. Personal amable y encantador que “nada es demasiado problema”. Dos preciosos paninis recién hechos y dos grandes cafés calientes. Gran relación calidad-precio!

Firstly I’d like to say that the reviewer who posted last with an awful review, I was sat on number 2 near your table with my partner and baby and heard your witch hunt! You were rude to the bar man by clicking your fingers at him etc. We ordered our meals about the same time, I had steak the same as you, my partner SFC and both were delicious we left nothing on our plates. The pub wasn’t cold I’d even taken my coat off and the bar man was in a black short sleeved shirt! We eat at the Pear Tree often and everything is as it should be.

Intenté entrar a Bistro pero estaba completamente lleno, así que subí al bar, muy agradable, cómodo pero bastante caro. Los bocadillos de bar son muy decepcionantes, solo un tubo de patatas fritas donde siento que podrían ofrecer una mejor variedad y comida de más sustancia que las patatas fritas.
