The best restaurants serving British food in Hackney London

Fui por la primera noche con el nuevo chef Jake, que no solo es un gran cocinero, sino también muy agradable! El personal de camareros era todo amable y atento, y los precios (con descuento) hicieron toda la noche muy asequible. Las tuberías principales (cremallera de cordero y filete) estaban muy bien cocinados y presentados. El entrante de langostino real, sin embargo, podría haber hecho con un poco más de ventaja. Sin embargo, ese es un punto menor, y les deseamos buena suerte a todos en esta nueva encarnación.

Oh my what an absolutely amazing culinary experience ... loved it. Such a delicious evening. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable and the atmosphere was the right mix of foodie fun and earthy sustainability. So pleased to have made it ... we will be back! Thank you !!!

We had one drink on our way to Flight Club. Lovely pub. I’d like to have eaten here. Felt like a premium pub. Really clean toilets too.

Great food. Reasonably priced. Service great !! Could be cleaner. Didn't care for the latest hits music.

Caught a few beers here after work (note - it's now branded as Beechwood) - they were OK but expensive. £14.40 for two regular beers - get over yourself! It was convenient as it was near the office (and typical clientele) but I wouldn't go there otherwise.

Had an interesting experience this evening at Iron Bloom....We walked into an empty restaurant (unheard of on a Saturday night in shoreditch), and unfortunately half the menu was unavailable (including all the desserts) which was disappointing. No real ambience either. The waitress was lovely and was really helpful answering any of our questions but the rest of the staff acted as if they were doing us a favour which made us feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Food wise, although limited, we loved the watermelon brisket and beef cheek croquettes. Just a shame there wasn’t more available. Seems like we came on the wrong evening looking at the rest of the reviews - netherless, I’d expect a little more considering the prices you pay for an evening out.

Cute riverside pub serving classic pub food, with an outdoor burger shack. Ideal spot for lunch on a sunny day.

Nothing about the place made me want to go back it was jus average and at the end I tried to pay with cash to be told it is not exsepted That just sums up the place

A small but fine fish and chips restaurant. The food is reasonably priced but very good! We even went back a second time because we liked it so much. The place is a bit small and only has a few seats, but that's perfectly adequate. They also offer vegan alternatives.
