Desafortunadamente, nuestra visita fue bastante decepcionante. Ninguno de nosotros pudo terminar nuestras cenas asadas, y la calidad general de la comida simplemente no estaba a la altura.Había pasado un tiempo desde nuestra última visita, pero esa experiencia tampoco fue genial.Nuestros lados llegaron 30 minutos después de nuestro bistec. Lamentablemente, creo que esta será nuestra última visita, ya que hay tantas alternativas increíbles cerca. Para empeorar las cosas, el servicio faltaba. Se nos dijo —dos veces— que no habláramos con el personal que nos entregaba la comida, incluso cuando nos preguntaban si necesitábamos algo más. Se sentía como una especie de juego de poder innecesario y dejó una mala impresión. ¡Qué pena!

Caught a few beers here after work (note - it's now branded as Beechwood) - they were OK but expensive. £14.40 for two regular beers - get over yourself! It was convenient as it was near the office (and typical clientele) but I wouldn't go there otherwise.

Had an interesting experience this evening at Iron Bloom....We walked into an empty restaurant (unheard of on a Saturday night in shoreditch), and unfortunately half the menu was unavailable (including all the desserts) which was disappointing. No real ambience either. The waitress was lovely and was really helpful answering any of our questions but the rest of the staff acted as if they were doing us a favour which made us feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Food wise, although limited, we loved the watermelon brisket and beef cheek croquettes. Just a shame there wasn’t more available. Seems like we came on the wrong evening looking at the rest of the reviews - netherless, I’d expect a little more considering the prices you pay for an evening out.

Love the location by the River Lee. Perfect for a chill out lunch especially in warmer months. The food is ok, ie feta cheese tastes like a cheap alternative. Music nice and staff all good. For the money I'd like better food though.

Great place, food was good and the service was friendly.

Sister pub to the very good Southampton Arms. On this visit the pub was fairly quiet with most of the punters hogging the bar. The condition of the beers was good. Aaarrrghhhh, they don't take cash!!!

The cocktails and service were amazing however, the lack of dishes on the menu were disappointing.

Hands down the best roast I’ve had that wasn’t cooked by my mother - no notes.
