Long White Cloud Bakery is simply the best, the staff are very friendly and the food is super delicious with a variety of amazing freshly baked breads. The breakfast here is truly superb where everything is cooked to perfection and best blend of coffees which completes this enjoyable experience. A must place to visit for the best brunch. 😀

Lovely restaurant POOR service- South Woodford branch!! I attended a bottomless brunch on Saturday 28th September 2024 and i must say that its a shame that Your barman ruined our experience. The food was absolutely amazing, the restaurant was beautiful and drinks were okay/ average. I have never been to a more stingy bottomless brunch. The restaurant had 3 tables present (we were one of them) but yet the service was so slow. We had to keep asking to de served. Your barman who we was told was named Sergio kept smirking over at us- im not sure why but his energy was very arrogant and rude! I understand if the restaurant was busy but the other two tables left and we were the only ones there so there was no reason for the service to be non existent. Sergio was constantly on his phone, purposefully ignoring us. Im sure you’re not paying him to stand on his phone. We spent £60 per head to not be served. We were paying for a service that we did not receive. I will however thank Alex our waiter who went behind the bar to serve us some drinks as he could see that we were getting frustrated because our table was neglected. He did try to make sure that we were looked after. The barman kept disappearing whilst we were waiting for our drinks and then said to Alex that ‘we can wait’- wait for what, we were the only table there . I think he was avoiding us. Thank you Alex for trying to provide us with a decent service dispute no help from him colleague.

I came here with my family on the weekend and I cannot fault the place! We had such amazing service not only at our table but also at the bar, the staff were so kind and attentive, it was such a great atmosphere and you could tell that the staff genuinely enjoyed working there which shows in their service. The food was SOOO delicious, I had the chicken pie and was told that they're made in house! This was hands down, the best pie I have ever had! Everyone else on the table thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. The vibe of the pub itself is so good, the location is great, right on the canal with a picturesque view, it's a great place for a meal or just to stop by for a drink. I would really recommend this spot to everyone! Thanks guys for making our visit so memorable, we will be back!

Nice enough pub to sit in or out of in the garden, but service incredibly slow - 45mins for our food to arrive, and when it did hardly generous (and on the verge of stingy) for the price - £26 for a maybe 200g steak, chips and I think 3 lettuce leaves and a single(!) slice of radish and one sliver of onion (of course, no dressing). Drinks also over priced, and still had the cheek to add 12.5% service. A single ladies toilet that was in a state. Will not be returning.

I booked this for our party of 8 people as we had some family coming over to London to try a typical Sunday roast. I had wanted to try this place based on review articles online but sadly it was very underwhelming! The portion sizes were small, the meal was Luke warm and the vegetables came in a small plate that we have to share between 8 people. It was a rip off charging £19 for that and I wouldn’t recommend at all. Very disappointing as the photos on Google look like it’s an actual gastro pub with high quality food but it’s quite misleading, even the decor . Don’t be fooled, it’s just an average pub that you could find on any ol road.
