Had an interesting experience this evening at Iron Bloom....We walked into an empty restaurant (unheard of on a Saturday night in shoreditch), and unfortunately half the menu was unavailable (including all the desserts) which was disappointing. No real ambience either. The waitress was lovely and was really helpful answering any of our questions but the rest of the staff acted as if they were doing us a favour which made us feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Food wise, although limited, we loved the watermelon brisket and beef cheek croquettes. Just a shame there wasn’t more available. Seems like we came on the wrong evening looking at the rest of the reviews - netherless, I’d expect a little more considering the prices you pay for an evening out.

Such a great place. We had brunch and the food was delicious. We agreed that Eggs Royale in Yorkshire puddings was genius. Also loved the bloody Mary's and truffle and parmesan fries. Service also lovely, really friendly staff. I want to go back and try their main menu which has a lot of interesting options. I think they have music nights too.

Ci siamo. Capitati per caso nel tentativo di rigmfugiarci da un acquazzone ma è stato un vero colpo di fortuna. Paitti ottimi e sapientemente preparati, personale squisito e ambiente assolutamente rilassante... Prezzi più che onesti, da provare!

Worst restaurant if you can call it that. Food was not good and very confusing waitress who got it all wrong . One of our group was allergic to oinion and tomatoes and despite mentioning it several times he still got a dish with tomatoes!,, It was cold, loud and uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless you don’t care what you eat and how much money you spend.

Iron Bloom is a creative restaurant based in Shoreditch. About 5 minutes walk away from Boxpark, I found myself gorging on mouthwatering wagyu-beef burgers with a blue (yes, blue!) bun and washing it down a 'Bloom Sour' chosen from their signature cocktail menu. Sharing is caring and so you can find yourself rubbing shoulder with your neighbour as you chow down at the long communal table. But if you prefer some me time. You can find perch yourself at the bar or at the counter. What I loved most about Iron Bloom is the industrial-chic decor. Once an industrial coal building, it's history has been carefully preserved, paying homage to what the building once was. You can expect overhead lightbulbs, exposed bricks, even the list shaft carrying the coal from basement to ground floor has been preserved. But this is Shoreditch so head to the toilets to something truly unique and hip. Come here for friends or with a date. It's 'oh so Shoreditch.' But I love that. Come, especially if you're looking for a typically hip Shoreditch restaurant.

Had dinner and drinks with a few friends there last night. Then atmosphere and food were both great. The staff was friendly and did a great job explaining each of the delicious small plates we shared. Excellent cocktails as well.

We've tried this restaurant a few days ago, it was moreless empty. There was a DJ playing some music. It wasn't a cozy atmosphere at all. We tried a cocktail for 12 pounds. Then we had 2 "Steaks of the day" and a wagyu burger. The first shock came with the "steaks". It was cut in strips and in total, it was about 40-50 grams per Person! For unbelivable 30 dollars per steak! In total 60. The wagyu burger wasn't Special at all, we had a much better burger the next day. Then a bottle of water, and two side salads, we came to a total amount of 110£. And we left hungry and frustrated. Wouldn't ever come back to this place.

I’ve been to Iron Bloom a number of times and the menu always has something new to try. Great spot to go and share a few different plates with friends, with excellent cocktails alongside the food. Get the crack n cheese if its on the menu!!

Visited Iron Bloom for brunch. Went bottomless prosecco for £30. The food was superb 👌🏽, my friend even got a vegan dish (off the menu) as the chef is talkative and the staff are amazing. Great service and vibe!

Love the place it cool. The food and stuff are so nice to us. We even got a few cooking tips from the chef down stairs. Going back there the next time I’m in London

Iron Bloom reflects the changes in Shoreditch. It is pitched way lower than my age. There for Sunday brunch with friends. Not very busy, but food delivery slooooow. Waiting staff friendly and efficient. Food good and well presented. Didn't like that the wines were unidentifiable, but the one I had was fine. Others had cocktails and champagne ( latter pricey for a small glass ). Noisy and seating numbing Enjoyed the time there but I don't think it will top my list but it is very clearly caterinf for a much younger clientele.

We used the restaurant for the first time on recommendation that food was excellent but £22 for cod and chip and 2 soft drinks was over priced.a can of coke £2.50 the food was so shocking that for somewhere that cook to to order the chips were cold and the fish was soggy best thing the coke was cold as described Service was terrible the was a lady behind the till that sounded like a banshee English not her first language but the food was the pits I cam next door to another burger takeout and had better service and hotter food Save your cash and the disappointment maybe better as a take out but I won’t give them another chance and for a chef of 15 years that is a proper insult

Clearly understaffed, although there were only about 6 people in the restaurant, still managed to take 30 mins just to produce 2 cokes… waited 45 mins for food before giving up.

Came to your restaurant on for a Sunday roast. I ordered chicken and got it raw and bleeding... After getting it taken back due to the state it was in, I waited over 25mins got a new one. I then got a tiny section of just the breast, 2 potatoes a tiny amount of carots, no gravey but weird mustard mesh. I cannot believe that this tiny portion of whatever was clearly left in the kitchen, cost me £35. No offer of a discount for the raw food or the huge wait or for the insanely small plate I got in comparison to my friends. The waitress didn't come and check on us, and I had to keep grabbing someone's attention to get drinks ordered. I am incredibly disappointed by this service and the awful experience I received considering the cost I had to pay for my food! Gutted and wouldn't recommend!
