Furthermore, above all, the service provided by the person who appears to be the owner is impeccable. He treats you great, with always good words towards you and a smile. It's nice to come to places like this.

Always enjoy a stroll around F&M before heading out of town on the train. Whilst it doesn’t have the whole F&M coffee and tea selection, there is always a chance to get some family favourite biscuits or last minute present for an up and coming birthday/celebration

Such a lovely pub hidden away inside Kings Cross Station. Wonderful little labyrinthine place with lots of seating and a good selection of drinks. Haven’t eaten here but the food smells good!

Lovely spot, the restaurant used to be great however the quality of the food has really gone down. The staff also seem to think that they can short change tourists. Keep your money, you’ll have better service, better quality food and better value at any other restaurant in St Pancras

Sushi at a train station. You know what you're in for, but still easy to be disappointed.

I highly recommend it! The place is located on the upper level of the station building. Don't let the tables outside fool you - it's nice, warm and cozy there :) you can eat very good burgers there, of the grade you choose. French fries included, delicious :) and three jars of sauces. A big plus for a glass of water with black coffee :)

I love this branch of Carluccio’s - it’s an iconic location and not usually too busy. Today my general approval was elevated into wild enthusiasm. I told the maitre d’ that I had a train to catch in a little under an hour, and even though it was unusually busy, he got me fed, watered and paid up within 30 minutes. And with no compromise on quality - my penne giardinera was as delicious as ever. Strongest recommend!

Londres era nuestra última parada de unas vacaciones de Navidad de dos semanas, así que pensé lo bueno que sería tomar unas copas en el Hansom para terminar unas vacaciones maravillosas. Reservé con antelación e incluso comprobé que estaba bien solo para reservar una mesa para bebidas solo y no me dijeron ningún problema. Al llegar al Hansom, la señora de la casa dijo que a la política del hotel no le gusta que los huéspedes no coman, y varias veces me dijeron que necesito gastar un mínimo de £ 25 por persona, lo acogedor que fue eso, sentí que mi pareja y yo estábamos siendo juzgados. Nuestro camarero que tomó el pedido era muy distante, antipático, sin interacción un poco como un dependiente en una tienda de diseño superior mirando por su nariz. Incluso añadió 12. 5% de cargo por servicio, solo deseo ahora mirando hacia atrás que insistí en que se quitara, pero no lo hice. Así que lo que había planeado para algo especial algo romántico cayó de bruces.

A place with such a bad service that it doesn't even deserve one star. Besides, they sell coffee more expensive than other places, but on the other hand, they try to sell a badly made coffee almost by a force. When you object, they say the problem is with the customer. Although my home is far from this place, I came here today just to have a good coffee as I love the taste of coffee in this place. But when I saw their sarcastic and bad behavior today, I regret that I came. Although I specifically stated when placing my latte order, I "I want it extra hot and without foam". The lady who makes the coffee, she made it opposite what I've asked. When I said I didn't want it that way, she said she was a bartender for 10 years. She also told me that the coffee "I drank every day" was something impossible to make. 🤔 And she laughed sarcastically. When I said why are you laughing, she said it's fun for her. Unbelievable ! It's true, they piss you off by not making the order you gave them and they make fun of it. I found this behavior really ugly. The only place I will never go to again... I just want to ask, If it's impossible, why are you taking this order? Besides, why would I ask you to do something impossible to make? You can be a bartender for 10 years, but you don't listen to the customer. You don't care what they want. As far as I can see, 10 years has created a self-conceit in you, not a good experience. Also, I bought the coffee which you said was impossible, from Black Sheep Coffee place a little further ahead, from a smiling bartender, and drank it. It's a pity really. I only condemn you for your behavior today. Because you ruined my day. You may not care about me by just reading one customer, but one customer equals ten customers. You lost ten customers today. Me and my friends whom I have recommended and sent before. Of course, if a situation is your concern!!!
