Beautiful atmosphere and setting, the staff were all welcoming and attentive, food and wine amazing and thank you for marking my husband's birthday with a surprise plate of chocolate fancies. Thank you to Alex and the team for making our visit special. We will definitely return.

Fabulous! Lovely decor, wonderful staff, good wine, delicious starters and incredible desserts. The smoked chocolate pud was mind blowing.

We dined as part of a Red Letter Days Relax and Unwind experience. The whole experience took a distinct downturn at Dinner. The menu consisted of three options for starters/mains and desserts. Two choices for starters were a soup and squash with puffed rice. The soup was like herby dishwasher with little other flavour. When we were asked about out starters it was raised that it was served with no bread. To their credit they did provide some bread to eat along with it. Two mains we choose were Trout served with kale and green beans and chicken served with Jerusalem Artichokes and Kale. The Trout and Chicken were cooked well but the Jerusalem Artichokes were undercooked and gritty. There was no carbs at all served with these meals. Please note you will be charged over £5 should you have water in addition to your two allocation soft drinks. We found the experience was definitely marred and it felt like the restaurant begrudged offering this meal.

i was in between trains, arrived Waterloo departing St Pancras, so pleased I decided to eat breakfast at St Pancras, beautiful surroundings, the doorman took my case and relieved me of trying to locate restaurant, I was sat and immediately served coffee, I ordered the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, delightful, dont be fooled it is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, superb smoked salmon, creamy scrambled eggs and served with more than just a smile,it will always be my choice if in the area, the buffet breakfast looked amazing, next time

We only nipped into the venue to use the loo as we had 90 minutes to wait for own train. We were so impressed we decided to stay and have lunch. The interior is just amazing, in a Victorian setting. Staff were so welcoming and attentive to customers. We were served straight away and had the cheeseburger. Yes it was a little expensive but the food tasted really good and was worth it. If you fancy treating yourself at St Pancras I highly recommend this venue. Oh and the toilets were amazing too!

Booked for Sunday lunch, which we had heard good things about. However each roast was £35, little bit pricey so you expect good things, and while the chicken was delicious the sides were measly and over cooked! We had 4 slivers of a carrot which were burnt, red cabbage and a couple of parsnips! Very over priced for a less than average roast in our opinion. Beautiful building but lacked any atmosphere.

This is such a great find for last minute booking for a Valentine's dinner. Ambiance is so lovely not to mention the high ceiling, and the vintage tropical decor that adourns the whole place. Our server Alex is topnotch! He's very attentive to us and would even go beyond in providing a good customer service. The only downside? We have to wait for an hour to have our mains.

We are here primarily because of the convenience initially. However the food and the atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend if you’re coming or going via train to London.

I used to work in London so remember this place from when it actually was a booking hall. They have created a wonderful space, it’s very classy and great for meeting up with family and friends. The food was well presented, tasted good and reasonably priced - for London! The waiting on team were very attentive and polite. Be warned that the drinks prices are extortionate - single Baileys £10, sparking wine (not Prosecco or champagne) £15….I know we’re in London but compared to Ziggy’s off Regent Street and the Apollo Theatre - this was way more pricey. They add a 12.5% service charge - but put underneath - discretionary….I didn’t feel comfortable about taking it off as it would have made me feel mean. They also allowed you to add an additional gratuity…….I would have been happy to add a gratuity if they had not put the service charge on. So - nice snack and a couple of drinks for 2 people cost £105.75…..lovely experience but pricey.

Welcoming difficult and not the best - host point didn’t make eye contact and took time to acknowledge our presence, then asked us to take our own coats to the cloak room which felt weird and out of place. We sat at the table and were promptly served and welcome by our lovely waitress Adriana which made us feel comfortable and stayed very attentive for the whole evening. Thanks to her for this wonderful evening :) Food wise, we found the starters and mains quite average without any extra miles and felt limited - the mains vegetarian options are limited and quite basic, but we’re pleasantly surprise by the quality of the deserts which we recommend, simple but very well executed and with attention :) Had a great time overall as the atmosphere is there, the floor team is really nice and there for you, all is in place to ensure you have a great time :) Definitely recommend based on what you are looking for, not the most culinary experience you can wish for, nevertheless a a superb location with lots of history, we had a wonderful time - thanks to everyone!

Incredible set up and decorum: a bit sophisticated, nice lights, nice furniture. Bar is great. Nevertheless, when u come at 5 pm or later for a drink, only option is the bar: impossible to sit at a table if u don't dine. Cocktails are good and the choice of alcools very wide. Buttermilk chicken thighs were not good, generally very underwhelming for food

Second visit (the previous one was in April) We introduced our son and his fiancée to this legendary place at St Pancras station when we arrived from Paris. The service is always pleasant, warm and available. The buffet is excellent and varied. The hot drinks are just as successful (very good hot chocolate!) On our previous visit, by taking the buffet formula, we could (for the same price) also choose dishes from the breaksfast menu which was not/no longer the case. I don't know if it's the offer that has evolved or me who didn't understand it well. Next time in any case, I will take one of the dishes from the breakfast menu to change from the buffet. In any case, we will come back because it really is the perfect place to start a stay in London.

This is one of those places that draws people in for the location. The interiors are gorgeous. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t very good and service was extremely slow. Our host was gracious and apologetic. Not his fault. But the bottom line was that we waited about 45 min for our mains. The ambience wasn’t as charming and quiet as I’d expected. People were dressed a lot more casually than the online dress code suggested and it sort of ruined the vibe. I’d say this place is probably good for dates and drinks. More casual than you’d imagine.

Beautiful interior and great food. Lovely place for lunch in London, especially if you need to be near the station.

Absolutely lovely experience. Booked for breakfast for my sister's birthday and was not disappointed. The atmosphere, service and aesthetics are perfect. The servers were very attentive and nice. I had the boiled eggs with toast. The eggs were the best I've ever had honestly. Cooked to perfection. And so orange. In a good way. Will definitely be going back for lunch at some point.

Had the most fabulous stay at Cinnamon wild. We sadly was unable to go on Safari due to the flooding. However, we had a beautiful stay. The staff were amazing and there is wild life to see on the grounds of the resort. We had half-board and I normally don't like buffets but both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Our cabin was beautiful and highly recommended a walk to the beach. Would recommend to all.

I believe we remained a bit disapointed overall. We slept in the hotel so came twice to have a drink First time was perfect, the day after i ordered what was supposed to be the same cocktail but which was completely different, even the service was ... approximative. Cocktails were served directly on the table, part of the drink was spilled on the table. The waiter came back 10 min later not to ask of we were ok but to pick up the menu without a word... I would not advise but maybe we were just unlicky who knows

Always an incredible experience in an absolutely stunning location. The quality of cocktails is second only to the incredible atmosphere and space. Yes, it might be a little on the pricey side, but you pay for far more than your cocktails - the staff are always friendly and provide excellent advice.

If you’re looking for perfection this is the place to be especially from Gabriela and Grigorious for the outstanding service delivered.

Both of the staff handling our table were super lovely and made us feel very welcome to the beautiful restaurant. The music and ambiance was just perfect for a romantic dinner date. Only downside was the food which was just average, so if you're looking for a culinary experience this might not be the place for you. I would visit again, since I value excellent customer service over taste of food. Service was a bit slow, so be prepared to stay a long evening.

I visited the Booking Office in Dec 2023 and it was fantastic. Travelling with some friends, we made welcome by everyone we met and the service was both prompt and and accurate on every dish and drink we chose. We had cocktails and bar food and this was excellent. This is a truly interesting building too and you felt transported back in time. There was music on via a DJ and this suited the tone of the place superbly.

Wir wurden den ganzen Abend lang von Unseren wunderbaren Kellner Rosario umsorgt, super charmanter und persönlicher Service, und das ohne in irgendeiner Weise aufdringlich zu sein. Die Atmosphäre in dem im Bahnhof St.Pancras gelegenem Hotel ist atemberaubend, wundervolle Architektur und sehr gemütlich. Gerne kommen wir beim nächsten London Trip wieder!

We had the day spa inclusive menu and enjoyed the generous starters, and burger and tagliatelle mains. The food was excellent and we were grateful for our waiter Rosario's first class service, we were made to feel very welcome. We'll definitely return.

We went to the booking office for the New Year’s Eve special and had a great time. The service was really nice and quick. The food as well as the cocktails were amazing. They had vegetarian and vegan options. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Awesome Sunday roast in a cool setting.

I didn't go inside but from the outside it looks nice. From St Pancras, go to the 1st floor near where the EMR trains are.

Beautiful venue. However, service was really poor. We had to go up and look for someone every time we needed something, such as ordering and the bill. It wasn’t busy either. There seemed to be a lot of staff busy doing things but ignoring the customers.

We booked a Christmas dinner here. Even tho the space is magnificenf, its the only reason why im giving more than 1*. Disclaimer: we prepayed the dinner 130 £. Ive personally found a peace of plastic in my soup. turkey was cooked terribly, we were unable to cut it with a knife. All the food was tasteless. Not to mention stomach issues we had afterwards. Ambient is amazing but the food is absolutely not worth the money. ive spent Christmas day sick because of their food.

The cocktail staff make the place good. Their knowledge of the products, methods and wine is very good. They were able to explain ingredient use and florals etc. Very well. The front of house are slightly chilly and their temperament comes across as rude. Which is a shame as it dampens the mood. We would go back for food and cocktails but after 5.30pm becomes very busy. Bar stools can be uncomfortable for those 5'6 and under as no foot rests - the tables are for food orders. Great architecture. No laptops after 4.30pm apparently, which is fine.

Booking Office 1869 was one of the highlights of our trip to London. Not only was the ambiance beautiful, architecture and design breathtaking, but the food and service were superb!! We had the Rump Steak and Pumpkin Tortellini and it was so yummy. The service from the get-go was wonderful as well. We had a reservation and ran a bit behind, but they still allowed us to sit. Everyone was so friendly but Rosario, our server, was an absolute gem! He had the best recommendations when we told him what our likes/dislikes were and was extremely personable and all around fun! We will be coming back on our next visit to London and hope to have him as our server again! :)

호텔1층의 식당인데 식사만 하러와도 착석가능합니다. 그랜드 호텔의 분위가 다 했어요. Full 잉글리쉬 브렉퍼스트에 커피 한잔하니 5만원돈 나오지만 이런데 돈쓰려고 여행오는것 아니겠어요? 옛역사를 개조한 부티크 로비에서 베이컨을 먹으면서 유리 식기가 딸칵거리는 소리를 듣고있자면 20세기 기차를 기다리던 런던여행자가 된듯한 기분 만끽할수 있습니다.

Can’t even put into words how dreadful the service/food was. Rude, unapologetic staff who really did not acknowledge us at all and were very rude when we complained about the service. Not good.

A mixed view on this one… firstly, the location is amazing. It is a very impressive space and is very stylish. However, the food was average for the price. The monkfish was a little chewy, the risotto a little stodgy, but generally, I would have been okay with it if it hadnt been over £30. Non alcoholic cocktails listed in the restaurant are different from those listed in the bar, and you can't order from across the two. However, the waiter and the service personnel were excellent and friendly and professional. And our waiter did a very good job of bringing me an excellent non alcoholic option. If you want to go somewhere to get some lovely photos it's perfect. It's beautiful by all means, but if you want some good food, I would suggest elsewhere.

Located in the Renaissance Hotel and has a private connection to St Pancras International Station. The place is just absolutely beautiful. I was not impressed with the Turkey Sunday Roast. The gravy and cranberry sauce added a lot of moisture and acidity to it. The pasta dish however was good.

We arrived at the box office after getting a drink from the Infront - Midland grand dinning room bar. For starters we ordered Sough dough & olives and oysters both of which were good and not too filling. As three people we ordered 300gr rump with pepper sauce, Sirloin steak, tagliatelle with het wood mushrooms, as well as leeks and potatoes with the mains. My pasta was amazing tagliatelle, cream and mushrooms had a good size for a main and wasn't sickly with the cream sauce. Meat was good quality for both cuts. Pepper sauce came with both meat dishes but had too much pepper. Potatoes were a small size with no butter or sauce. You could interchange some of the few side options which we did, the fries were good. The drinks menu had large variety of wine and alcoholic drinks. As expected in higher end restaurants the portions were smaller than the price. The atmosphere, while it didn't make up for the bill, was amazing. St Pancras is a beautiful building designed lavishly.

Really poor value for money. Never ever get a 100£ dine and unwind voucher - you get the steam room/swimming pool (would not pay more than 15-20h) and only two choice of main and starter or desert - each about 15. Place and service nice though.

Fourth visits but this time came for a post dinner drink, and had a brilliant time. Very friendly, attentive service from all the staff who were engaging and knowledgeable. They really knew their way around the menu and helped us decide.

Amazing space with eclectic cozy dining tables and booths under the elegant arches of the station’s old booking office. Go for the feel. We went on Thanksgiving, a pre Xmas treat with great service and a bistro vibe despite its size.

A bit above average in price but a special location worth a visit. Not a huge menu but plenty enough to make it a difficult choice. I had the tortellini which was delicious. Fantastic setting in authentic Victorian architecture.

Turned up with no booking on a Friday but the front of house staff were very accommodating, despite being fully booked. First bottle of wine was corked (which happens)but was quickly replaced with no fuss and didn't make us feel uncomfortable, Alex (from Yugoslavia) was the perfect host, (If you're manager and reading this review please pass on our gratitude!) The rest of the waiting staff were fantastic too. Beautiful venue and a great place to meet friends for a casual drink to start your evening.

Expensive but well worth it.Food and service both excellent.Really liked the cocktails. It would have been nice to finish the night off by driving the McLaren ( Which was parked outside the main entrance) round the block. However I am too old to spend a night in the clinck.

Although a great venue with lots of ambience I was left dissapointed with the service. We waited 15/20 mins for table service without anyone arriving. Had to ask twice at the front desk for someone to take our order...Eventually the hostess came herself to assist who was freindly and apologetic. After so many years of living in London I didn't think i could be positively surprised and yet I am. Went to St Pancrass Renessaince hotel for unwind and dine experience. Hotel is easily one of the most impressive hotels ever. Now when it comes to Booking Office 1869 I was blown away with interior It looks so gothic yet modern at the same time Food is good Not the best ever, but it s good Service is also good Could be a bit better but no complaints. All in all a must in London.

Located in the historical St Panceas hotel in London, this is a must try! We had an amazing work dinner here with our team. The drinks, food, atmosphere and service was all phenomenal. I tried the mushroom pasta which was so good. We also had oysters which were super fresh, the crab appetizer which was awesome and the beet salad. We also tried the burger, which was amazing—very juicy with a crispy bun. The cocktails were such a great balance and the wine selection was legit. The history surrounding you while you eat is just so cool. It should be on your list!

Only eat here if you are desperate. Had some tragically terrible tortellini. The room itself is fabulous and some of the refit works, like the giant palms, but other aspects are botched.

As a solo diner, they seated me at the perfect place. Tucked away in a corner where I can indulge in some people watching without being obvious about it. Was it expensive? Actually, not that bad - my bill was less than £80. Highly recommend if you're in the area, and only partially because of the cool building.
