St Pancras Restaurant - Fortnum & Mason in Camden

Always enjoy a stroll around F&M before heading out of town on the train. Whilst it doesn’t have the whole F&M coffee and tea selection, there is always a chance to get some family favourite biscuits or last minute present for an up and coming birthday/celebration

Wanted to thank John for being very helpful in our selection of teas and really bringing joy to his customers. He was a pleasure to meet and really made our day.

The cakes and scones were very good. The avocado on toast was very average as was the crab salad both lacked garnish or a side salad at least!

We'd just got off of a train and decided to have a cup of tea before heading off on the tube to check in to our hotel in Westminster. The tea was beautifully presented and the service was so good that we decided to treat ourselves to a light lunch. We we made an extremely good decision. Excellent eggs Benedict and avocado on toast.

I personally loved my dining experience with F&M, a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere coupled with old fashioned service, the food was second to none, a must do for everyone at least once I say, very English and very proper

Wonderful service, and we soon forgot that we were inside a major train station. Complimentary birthday cake as a lovely tough.

Limited menu. Though the menu had food allergy codes at the bottom of the menu, NONE of the food had the codes next to the food- not that it didn't have allergens, but that it just wasn't done. Had to ask the waiting staff for gluten free which seemed a bit of a shock anyone could be. Ended up with a moderately dry bit of fish on some spinach. My partner's meal also moderately only. The cafe is squeezed into the F&M shop which is its main business. Tables very close. Neighbour table had cream tea- and it didnt look that appertising either. Won't be going back. On the positive one of the waitresses was very good.

I go by St Pancras four time a week. Near by restaurants are convenient to me when needs a quick bit. Pop in January, the shop was busy so I look around and luckily have seat within ten minutes. Foods wasn't up to my standards taste, but service was good. Will try again in a few month.

We took my boyfriends grandparents here for Afternoon Tea and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The good selection was great and although the tea is £35pp they provided us with refills whenever we asked which was great. There were a wide variety of tea’s available! The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even though the restaurant is in a shop within the station it was very quiet inside and felt like we were away from the hustle & bustle. I would definitely recommend

I went to have a drink in the early evening and had the best time once I met the great bartender Hector, really interesting and hospitable character, drink was insanely good, on the way to leave I was approached by Fatima, the energetic, friendly and sweet soul who just made my day, overall a great trip.

Lovely, impeccable service and fantastic English food, we both really enjoyed our breakfast there and will go again

Excellent and efficient service from Fatima she is credit to Fortnum’s. She was attentive, professional and courteous despite the shop being exceptional busy. Really enjoyed trying the Rose biscuits too. Looking forward to visiting again very soon for some more loose leaf breakfast tea. Thanks Fatima.

After a visit to the Tutankhamun and Mary Quant exhibitions a wonderful day was complimented by an exotic tea. Refills and top ups a pleasant atmosphere with 5 minute walk to the train. Highly recommended for a little extravagance.

No heating on a cold day. Plates for warm dishes had not been warmed and food got cold very quickly.

What an oasis of calm in such a beautiful station. A wonderful place to meet friends near the platform. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and food lovely. Not as many tables as last time I visited so will always make sure I reserve one of their few tables for another time ... only one negative is the lack of a toilet. There are the stations toilets a short walk away but the queue for the ladies is often very long so not ideal mid lunch! Will definitely be returning next time I’m back in London St Pancras!

Seriously overpriced. Crab salad was just crab. We complained and got an overdressed unpleasant one which we ate little of. The hake was over cooked and dry. Both £17.50.

After a Christmas/New Year in hospital. I stopped at Fortnum'd for a snack and a glass of champagne. I did not want a big meal just something delicious after weeks of hospital food. A glass of Fortnum's Rose Champagne with a generous plate of smoked salmon and just enough diced onions and capers was a great start. This followed with dressed Dorset crab, beautifully prepared, shredded and dressedvwith just enough dressing to be delicious with toast. Perfect light snack for the train journey home. I could not resist the roasted pineapple with passion fruit to turn a snack into a feast. I stop here all the time.....great coffee too.

日本でも有名なお店でまだ行ったことがなくユーロスターの待ち時間に入ってみました。イギリスでは幾つかのスコーンを食べてすご く美味しかったので、ここでもスコーンを頼みましたがガッカリ。すごく小さくてクロテッドクリームもジャムも少ししかなかった。スコーンも別に美味しいわけじゃないしクリームは濃厚さとかないし本当にクロテッドクリームだったのか疑問。値段に見合わないです。ユーロスターは近いので待つには良いかもしれないですが、うーん。 お店は混雑していたものの店員さんは本当に優しくて親切でした！

Entourage viel tegen, het was onrustig, live muziek was te luid, bediening was vriendelijk maar gejaagd, bestellingen kwamen bij diverse bedienden niet altijd goed door. Emmanuel bediende uitstekend. Prachtig gebouw. Kerstmenu was redelijk, heerlijke chardonnay. Duur voor gebodene.

I like the place and the tea was great. But poached eggs in eggs benedict should have a slightly runny yolk. These did not which I think is a basic prerequisite skill of working in a kitchen. Servers will polite though and I did like the cute little seating area.

The new seating arrangement doesn’t work on diners. Very cramped and noisy. Shame as it used to be a favourite venue to meet friends

We ate in December when it was busy ....there was a cold draft from the main door .... we didn’t mention it as the other tables would have had the same issue and our waiter was lovely .... I didn’t think he could have done anything about it anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and will definitely dine again when we visit London next time

A bit exposed - like eating at a table on a mini roundabout. Better value teas in more comfortable surroundings to be had in a myriad of other venues.

A perfect stopping off place to refuel before taking the train. Pleasant atmosphere, very attentive staff and the food was good.

I order the prawns salad which is very small in portion. There is too much thousand island dressing and the size of the prawn could hardly be called "king prawns". There is only a few ice lettuce at the bottom and I don't see how one can describe it as "salad". It's literally a dish with no character but just a few tasteless prawns and shredded ice lettuce mixed with thousand island dressing, not dollar for value.

I booked a table in advance but the table was not ready at all. I went to the reception and said that I've made a reservation. I was asked to wait for a minute at the bar counter but I waited for a while. Finally, the staff came over to me and asked if I was okay with the counter even there is an open table. I replied if I could have the table. They were displeased with my answer. After all, I was able to get the table. The other staff was very kind but the staff I encountered first was very unkind. He served me tea without saying a word.

Disappointed to find a smaller seating area. A little disconcerting when shoppers walk between the bar and the seating area. The food and service are very good but the overall ambiance is spoilt by the shoppers.

They did not have the Classic Afternoon Tea set and the lady in assistance was not very helpful.

I met a business contact at St Pancras earlier this afternoon and she suggested with have a chat over coffee at the Fortnum & Mason outlet. Although a great fan of the main Fortnum & Mason Store in Piccadilly, I was interested to see if this outlet would match the same high standards. In this regard, both the product range on offer and the service certainly indeed. As did the Cappuccinos and - although the F & B area is relatively small - it is not only an excellent venue for a meeting but clearly a very popular one too. Well worth a visit!!

The food are average-level. The atmosphere and the service is really nice tho. Nice place to spend some time chatting with friends/family.

Some of the sandwich flavours were nice (the tapenade style one was lovely), but some could be improved. I didn't appreciate being called 'Madam' almost constantly by staff. It felt not only grating, but quite patronising. I also especially didn't appreciate the extra service charge that was added to the bill. I had anticipated the price for the afternoon tea in advance (we were only a party of 2), and if I'd known how much it would have been with the extra charge, I probably would have gone elsewhere.

An extremely plesent refreshing drink. Yes it is a little more expensive than mainstream, however the service and drinks are sexond to none. After a busy day all the hussle and bustle disappears. A must for a post hectic stay in london

작은 상점. 상품 선택은 원래 백화점보다 훨씬 작지만 대부분의 고전이 있습니다. 위치가 주어지면 기차 또는 Eurostar를 타는 경우 런던에서 최종 기념품을 먹고 구입할 수있는 매우 편리한 장소입니다.

My wife and I were anxious about returning to the St Pancras Fortnum's after having such a lovely time there last year. It often happens that nothing is as good the second time around! But once again everything was splendid. My wife chose the set lunch with a perfect poached salmon, green beans, and a tomato and tarragon vinaigrette, while I had scrumptious Cumberland sausages with mash, shallots, and gravy. My choice of dessert, carrot cake (cake of the day), was enormous, much more than I could manage; my wife had delicious ice creams. Tea and coffee of course were excellent at Fortnum's.

Great tea and cake. Sandwich are good, so is the scone.

Wonderful, as it say's in the title. Fabulous setting at London St Pancras. Fabulous tea and scones. Great service. 5 star. Would recommend a visit to all and definitely would return again.

Policy not clear, a waitress said yes, but another waiter said no. Staff are not friendly and not helpful. This was our last lunch in London, totally destroyed our good memories of London.

He tenido té y almuerzo aquí en varias ocasiones. Cada vez que la comida era estupenda, los bollos eran particularmente sabrosos, y el servicio era bueno.

2nd time here after 3 years. The experience was not the same but I have to say that the consistency is there which is a remarkable thing. We had the afternoon tea for two which I found overpriced therefore the value is not there.

We came for a posh breakfast for a special birthday weekend in London. The food was lovely. The waiter and waitress were very friendly, and the free gift for my sister’s birthday was a lovely gesture. The only thing I would say was that the staff seemed a little tired, and forgot to bring our second round of drinks. However the waiter was apologetic when he realised and it was still a lovely meal.

This was my second visit and our lunch was excellent.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem leckeren Tee ist, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Die Scones schmecken besonders gut. Achtung: sehr teuer.

Mis amigos reservaron una mesa aquí y tomamos el té de la tarde. He estado muchas veces antes y siempre he disfrutado la experiencia. Siempre te hicieron sentir especial, nada era demasiado problema, etc.

Clásico servido con pompa y circunstancia en un elegante salón de té en este emporio de Piccadilly del mismo nombre. El té de la tarde de dos niveles ofrecía cinco sándwiches delicados, mi favorito era el picante salmón escocés ahumado con salsa tarter. La mujer se aferró a su cría y se burló de los bollos con crema coagulada y crema de limón, con gusto y alegría. Los pasteles eran buenos, pero el huevo de gallina con mayonesa y berros, ganó directamente. La lista de tés era una lista de deseos de los conocedores. Nos informaron que el proveedor que ha estado sirviendo té a los londinenses ha estado en alboroto desde 1707. Noté a algunos pequeños bien criados con crema alrededor de narices y barbillas.

It was just a little overpriced for what it was. £4.50 for toast?

Llamamos el sábado para un almuerzo temprano, hemos visitado antes, así que conocíamos el restaurante. Es un pequeño restaurante que es un respiro tranquilo y acogedor de la concurrida vía de la estación. Pedimos dos tés por la tarde (un poco fuera de pista para el almuerzo!) Pero disfrutamos mucho, sándwiches, bollos y pasteles. El personal nos ofreció bocadillos y rellenos extra de té, pero estábamos llenos pero apreciamos la oferta.

I gave the noise level as moderate due to a couple with their child at the next table - the child was using a device without head phones and we had that noise (although not altogether loud) throughout our meal. There was a general relaxed feeling to the restaurant area with quiet staff who were attentive and obliging. The food was a good standard (as at F&M in Piccadilly) - I had eggs florentine and the eggs were a beautiful golden orange, perfectly cooked. It did seem a little pricy as we were eating in a station, but the quiet, relaxed feel was like a little oasis away from the anxious travellers and their suitcases.

Great service - very friendly and helpful (I was there with my rather elderly father). He enjoyed the Welsh rarebit and I had good salmon and scrambled eggs. Great crumble for pudding. Importantly we could hear each other and we were away from the crowds. Not cheap but a very good option.

Booked here before boarding the Eurostar to Lille. Lovely full English. Nothing was too much trouble for the waitress. A lovely start to our day trip.

We had the afternoon tea, and it was a little bit disappointed because in the beginning the waiter didn't ask us which flavour of tea we would like and the first pot of tea wasn't amaze me at all. and the young waiter and waitress seems so tired they even don't smile.

I am a regular at this charming spot which is perfect as a very civilised venue for quiet conversations either for business or simply catching up with friends. The food is light and tasty and the service impeccable. A hidden gem as many people don't notice the restaurant at the back of the shop.

Had lunch while waiting for my train departure. Their menu has selections to appeal to most every taste. I opted for fish pie, which was delicious -- full of salmon and shrimp and maybe other fish as well. The serving was not huge (a good thing in my book). I really appreciated the subdued atmosphere, where you could actually hold a conversation without a lot of background noise. I will return, for sure.

It was a very good experience and the food was incredible, however it was let down by the poor service.

Had afternoon tea here. Ambiance isn't great - you're eating in the corner of a small shop. Food was tasty overall - everything was good. But service was very poor. Messed up our order initially, didn't bring us the right amount of food for 3 people, overcharged us, and just overall was not good. Wouldn't go back for tea...

We loved the selection of scones and cream! We met our niece and enjoyed breakfast and tea before heading out into the city! Beautiful decor and ambiance!!

We found this lovely little quiet corner passing through St Pancras station. We were initially browsing in the shop then noticed the small restaurant at the back of the store so planned to come for breakfast before leaving the following day.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast - staff were so polite and attentive. Food was perfect and the lovely touch of a birthday treat with candles for my sister was really appreciated. Can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing time at the afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason during our weekend trip to London. It was one of the most inexpensive options we found, yet there was a generous amount of sandwiches, scones, and desserts as well as a pot of tea (of your choice) that kept us full. The hosting staff was extremely amiable and accommodating. I would highly recommend F&M to anyone looking to check afternoon tea off their bucket list!

The dessert is delicious with reasonable price. The tea is also great and the hot water can be refilled.

We had a little time off before catching the train back to Belgium. We decided not to have lunch but stepped in for some afternoon tea. It revealed itself to be a very good choice. The possibilities of a good tea are nearly endless. The dishes that came with it were really tasty and luxurieus. The atmosphere was very cosy and we enjoyed the food very much.

My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times when travelling through the St. Pancras. The restaurant provides service and food every bit as good as the main store on Picadilly. If anything, service is a bit faster here since they are catering to travellers, but they never make you feel rushed. They have a good selection of F&M; provisions and merchandise for sale within the space they have.

We had afternoon tea, when I asked the waiter what the cakes were, he didn’t know and was unable to find out. Also the silver edge on the China was warn away, generally the China looked old.

They spent a lot of time and money on the interior. Its a great place to enjoy a tea with cake or a snack after a busy shopping day, before you take your train home. Quality of Food, Drinks and Service is the same as Fortnum and Maison in Central London. Its busy, but its a nice atmosphere. They offer also a great selection of their items they are selling in their flagship store.

Pop in if you have a gap in your schedule whether it be between meetings or waiting for a meeting. A junior version of Piccadilly. Nothing to fault.
