An amazing stay. The staff are so welcoming and could not do more for us if they tried. Great spot for Camden market King’s Cross station central London and Euston station. Thank you so much for our stay we loved it and will Be back soon.

The two bedrooms are large and comfortable. There is a folding bed in the cabin. Accommodation for up to 6 persons is possible. There are two shower rooms. Large kitchen. Refrigerator, gas stove, oven. Food can be prepared on site. Very nice hosts. The location is very convenient. Near the metro station, you can easily and quickly get to the center.

To flee! I give 2 stars only for the location. I am not in the habit of leaving bad comments, however the contemptuous behavior of the night receptionist regarding our requests pushes me to do so. Initially we were placed in a room in which all the equipment was broken. The sink as well as the bathroom door, the sockets at the bed level…. The room was in a pitiful state! And I weigh my words. Yellow pillows, hairs and hairs all over both beds. Candy wrappers hidden behind the curtain and I'm not even talking about the state of the carpet. Following a booking complaint, the booking customer service contacted the establishment to find a solution. We were changed rooms. In the new room on the road side this time, the window which served as “double glazing” did not close completely and was therefore completely useless. A lot of noise. We didn't want to bother the nice daytime receptionist again with this since we only had one night left. However we put the "do not disturb" sign up during the night and morning, and carefully took the time to turn it back to "clean the room" when we left in the early afternoon. Already the rooms are dusty and not maintained.. When we returned at the beginning of the evening, the room had not been made up. So I tried to call reception but oops the phone also didn't work. I went downstairs and the receptionist looked down on me and didn't believe me. So I asked him to follow me so he could see for himself. Forced to notice that the double glazing was broken and that the room was not cleaned with the used towels, I asked him to bring me more. He does it while being angry. In short, I'll let you see for yourself with the photos.

This was located ok for our needs, it's pretty much what you get is what you pay for. Clean rooms but very small and if like us you had noisy neighbours in the next room, you can hear everything. The staff were polite. No hooks for hanging coats, so they went on top of the wardrobes, lacking blackout curtains, only 1 bedside table.

Had a good stay last weekend in London! Close to metro and train station, good connection to WestEnd! Breakfast was good and enough choice for a simple breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff! The (rain) shower in the room was wonderful, good/nice bed. With a chair to put things on it would have been perfect! All in all a great hotel for a city trip!!

I had such a great stay, rooms are small but clean and comfortable, close to everything, short walk to great pubs, food and markets. The staff were great and Dhaval really went out of his way to made me feel welcome. Thanks Dhaval, will be back someday again.

Dirty rooms - didn't look like it had been cleaned recently. Dust everywhere, a nail on the mirror, stains on the bedding and things that were broken in the room. We had booked three nights in two different rooms, but we rushed to move on and hope that the booking company agrees that this is not the standard. The pictures are from both rooms we had booked.

Very great service from Dhaval, and we spend very good time staying here.He helped us a lot, that makes me and my friends feel very warm🥰🥰🥳.

I don't know where to start, run by Indians, the hall is as big as 2 rooms and you have 'breakfast' there, the structure is recovered from a couple of English apartments so no lift, narrow stairs. imagine us with 3 suitcases. 10m2 rooms, therefore a maximum of 2 people in any room. there were 3 of us.. 1 key for the room, air conditioner never cleaned, full of dust. shower with only water from 40 degrees upwards.... if you read near the very cold window, drafts everywhere due to the windows from the 70s/80s. one afternoon we came back from outside and there was no one in reception, which was closed and we had to wait for someone to come back!!... for 110 a night it's a steal check out 10.30am Poor wifi and one device per room not for children. but one good thing is that we lost the key to the room and they didn't make a fuss about giving us another one. nothing to say against the girl at reception, on the contrary

Me alojé en la habitación en la planta baja, compacto sería un eufemismo. Tristemente la experiencia empeoró ya que no había agua caliente por lo que las duchas no funcionaban. Hablé con la recepcionista, sí lo estamos arreglando así que salimos pensando que tendremos uno más tarde, de vuelta más tarde todavía no funciona o en la mañana roja tampoco. No nos alojaremos allí de nuevo

Had a very nice stay this October. All staff was nice and helpfull, even borrowing me an umbrella. You can hear some trains, but not loud enough to disturb your sleep if you are tired after all day sightseeing London. Close to Euston station so perfect of you visiting Warner Bros Studios

This was a shock and very inconvenient. I was exhausted and needed to walk to the next Underground station to find an ATM that accept my foreign bank card. What hotel is cash only unless… Outside of that the room was very small but clean and the bathroom shower was nice. The only light was from a window in the ceiling that I could not cover so I had to use an eye mask. Overall it was fine for what I needed - a place to close my eyes for a few hours - but the weird cash only “because our machines are down” nonsense would make me choose another option next time. There wasn’t even an option to pay by card on the website! Strange, but at least it wasn’t sleazy.

Nice place for overnight stay, good price Rooms nice has ac tea/coffee. Great shower and beds very comfortable Bar available as is breakfast

Pros-- Good location , close to Euston station, restaurants etc. Cons-- Not actually 1 three star. May be a 2 star hotel. No lifts, cramped rooms and stairs cases. Loud noise and music coming from other rooms. Washrooms also very tight and small.

Nice little boutique hotel, rooms are a little small but that can be expected in London. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is good, only a short walk from Euston station and Regents Park.

Rooms on the street with uninterrupted traffic, the insulation of the rooms is catastrophic so you hear everything from your neighbors - I do not recommend

Very welcoming hotel, stayed 2 nights. Clean rooms and nice shower room. Ground floor room only had a skylight but was fine, you can hear the slight rumble of the tube but was actually quite soothing! Family stayed in triple room on top floor, again very clean. The rooms are on the small side but perfectly adequate for our purposes. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Great location not far from St Pancras Station, Euston tube and Camden Market. Had a very nice stay, would certainly recommend.

Well located hotel a few minutes from the metro and the bus. Close to Camden within walking distance. Good welcome. Nice room and bathroom although a little small, comfortable beds, nice style. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the metro slightly but not disturbing for us, squeaky floor.

Staff were so friendly and the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. We are already looking for excuses to go back😆

The Pack and Carriage was a quaint little pub style place for our first night. The staff and atmosphere was quiet, friendly and relaxed. The staff were attentive and friendly and willing to help where necessary. The room was small but that was for 3 people and 3 large and 3 small bags included. The bed was amazing especially after nearly 30hrs on the road. Shower was brilliant, great pressure and temp. St Pancras station was a 15-20min depending on route. The local chippy was great as well. Caution : the stairs are narrow and there's no lift ref. Heavy bags. Great place would stay again..... oohhhh there's aircon in the rooms.

Pros: - Clean rooms - Decent shower and bathroom - Big bar open until late - Great location near Euston station Cons: - TINY rooms. Barely big enough for me and my wife to get ready - Room had no window which felt weird - Constant noise from train/tube - Our room was next to the bar which meant constant foot traffic (and with squeaky floor boards, this was not ideal) - WORST part of our stay was the fact that the cleaners started hoovering and chatting outside our door before 8am on a Sunday morning. Felt this was quite rude!!

Your stay will depend on your roommates... We got off pretty well but we hear footsteps and creaking floorboards. Very clean and comfortable bathroom and bedding. Friendly staff.

Great little place. Great service and nice rooms. Room would have gotten 5 stars had it not been so little sound isolation. Startled me everytime someone used the stairs og moved a suitcase. Not recomended if you, like me, have social anxiety. Service was great and they were very accommodating. Too bad the street was so dirty when we were there. Might be better when they are done with renovations in the street.

Great budget hotel, comfy beds, 24hr reception and bar. 5 minute walk from Euston Station. Pleasant staff. They supply an iron but no ironing board. As others have said you do get a rumble from the underground but I was on first floor and it was subtle and did not bother me. It might be more noticeable on lower floors.

Zum Schlafen ist es okay - die Betten waren bequem. Auch die Regendusche war toll. Der Bahnhof Euston ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings war das Zimmer für drei Personen viel zu klein. Es war kaum Platz, einen kleinen Koffer zu öffnen. Es gibt nur eine Zimmerkarte, die man beim Verlassen des Hauses an der Rezeption lassen soll. Von draußen kommt man allerdings ohne Karte (oder Klingeln) gar nicht rein. Das Frühstück war extrem spärlich, außerdem war nicht genügend Milch vorhanden. Der Kaffee war so gar nicht mein Fall. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung mitten im Raum vermittelt kein Gefühl von Sicherheit.

What can I say - it’s London so I guess for 100€ a night one can not expect a decent room. Dirty towels, hairdryer not working, worst of all: no heating -> room temperature was 15C; I fought a cold sleep in that cold and not so clean room; the night clerk tried to help but jo luck; the alternative room offered: no heating as well, bed not made and trash from the previous guest in room; Sorry to say but I’d never stay there again and would not recommend it

Our room was a bit too small but the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and cared for, they even left a surprise with the plush toys of my kid everyday. We didn't have breakfast there so I can't say.

Mooi en keurig hotel. Kamers zijn wel klein maar als je city trip gaat doen dan een prima hotel. Ontbijt is goed maar niet uitgebreid..maar wel hele heerlijke koffie. Hotel ligt op loop afstand van Camden town.

Todo fue perfecto, fuimos tres amigas de viaje a Londres y nos alojamos aquí durante tres noches y no tengo ninguna queja sobre el hotel y su recepcionista que fue majísimo con nosotras, el hotel está bien ubicado y limpio, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bien decorada ideal para pasar la noche después de recorrer Londres. Volveremos sin duda.

Friendly helpful staff. Their is no lift on the premises but the staff helped us with our luggage. We weee traveling for a wedding so we had more luggage than normal. If your just visiting for the weekend and traveling light this place is the place for you. I would stay here again if ever I am in London.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est clairement son point fort, il est en effet à quelques minutes à pied de la garre. Les chambres pour 3 sont assez étroites mais correctes néanmoins. Le rapport qualité-prix est satisfaisant. Je recommande.

Réservation d’une nuit via booking au tarif de 131€ pour une chambre dite deluxe avec vue. A l’arrivée, nous nous sommes vus attribuer une chambre minuscule au rez-de-chaussée sans fenêtre. Un unique velux fermé par un store cassé donc impossible à ouvrir. Chaque 3 minutes, vous entendez le métro qui fait trembler votre chambre et ce, dès 5h du matin et jusqu’à 01h passé. Aucune insonorisation, vous entendez le réveil du voisin sonné, les clients monter dans l’escalier. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre sans succès. Nous attribuons une seule étoile pour le confort du lit et l’amabilité du personnel d’accueil.

En tant que voyageur habituel. J’ai rarement été confronté une chambre aussi bruyante. Les murs vibrent au passage du métro, chaque personne qui passe sur le palier ou descends, les escaliers, fais vibrer le lit. Ayant réservé une chambre avec vue sur Booking à 130 euros. Je me retrouve à ma grande surprise dans une chambre sans fenêtre de moins 10 m². À noter un petit Velux sur le plafond, que l’on ne peux ni ouvrir ni fermer à cause d’un store qui ne marche pas … Une sacrée expérience de ne pas savoir si il fait jour ou nuit dehors. L’expérience dans ce lieu est très aléatoire en fonction à mon avis de la chambre dont vous allez bénéficier.

Excellent location within walking distance of both St Pancras (12 minutes) and Euston stations (5 minutes). Recently refurbished to very high standards. Very clean. I loved the bathroom and its superb shower. We have stayed there previously and will definitely stay there again; it is comfortable and convenient.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Pack and Carriage verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer super sauber, Frühstück war sehr gut! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

great little licenced hotel 5min walk from Euston underground everything you need lovely and clean very friendly staff only continental breakfast but adequate would definitely recommend only niggle was hairdryer in our room would not extend as wire was fastened into wall luckily i only dry my fringe

Convenient walking distance both from King's Cross and Camden Town. We had a three bed for Beyonce concert. Room, bed and bedding very comfy. Safe, hairdryer and tall mirror there. Bathroom amazing, including rainfall shower head. Lovely smelling toiletries. Everything spotless clean. The reception is also a bar. Luggage can be left under a watchful eye. There's no breakfast but there is a fancy automated coffee machine downstairs apart from room kettle. But didn't feel I was missing out with so many great places short walk away. Very stylish decor and I cannot emphasize enough how clean the place is. And also a lovely friendly and helpful gentleman manning the reception. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location is great however room was very small deco needs updating stains on all the walls bedsheets where also stained dust everywhere and at 7am in the morning without being warned we had workers outside the room did not sleep at all because of the noise.

Moi et mon copain avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir une chambre beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos de l’annonce, mais surtout très sale, presque insalubre. Traces de moisissure, poussière, trou dans la porte de la salle de bain, crotte de nez sur le mur, traces marrons au plafond, cables électriques à decouvert. Nous avons du batailler toute la journée alors que nous étions en vanaces pour qu’on nous change de chambre. Cela nous a coûté plusieurs appels et beaucoup de temps pour qu’ils acceptent enfin. Cependant, quelques secondes après que le réceptionniste ai quitté notre nouvelle chambre qu’il venait de nous présenter, j’ai voulu aller aux toilettes et voila ce qui j’y ai trouvé. De l’urine, et des bouts de légume. J’en conclus que le ménage des toilettes n’a pas été fait après le départ des précédents locataires, ce qui est absolument inadmissible, surtout après notre premier différent concernant la première chambre. J’ai appellé l’hôtel suite à cela en rentrant à Paris et suis tombée sur quelqu’un d’extrêmement désagréable et moqueuer. E booking n’a rien fait non plus. FUYEZ ! Suite à la réponse culottée de l’hôtel: j’ai également laissé un avis sur le site E booking avec des photos de TOUT (comme ils nient), et sachez que j’avais payé le petit déjeuner dans le prix pour mon séjour, ils ne nous l’ont en aucun cas offert. Excelente localização de fácil acesso para quem chega pela estação Saint Pancras. O hotel possui uma arquitetura com a identidade visual da cidade com uma bela vista da janela do quarto. Tambem possui um bom café da manhã.

Les chambres sont petites mais équipées suffisamment. Les couchages sont appréciables et l hygiène quotidienne est assurée. La proximité avec la gare de St Pancras international est à considérer tout comme avec le quartier Camden

Stayed here at the weekend. Hotel was in great location, 5 mins walk from Euston station. Stair walls in need of some TLC and rusty mirror in bathroom. Room was very small but clean and ok as all we done was sleep there. Breakfast was continental and not really much choice but ok. All staff very friendly. Would stay again I think but maybe a little over priced.

Tiny double room but clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping even tucked my son's teddies in bed! Would stay there again. Bus stop right outside and Euston station about 8 mins walk. Great location.

Hele vriendelijke ontvangst en ook het contact voor aankomst was erg prettig. Kleine maar mooie kamers met heerlijke bedden. Mooie en schone badkamers. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The picture of the was much better than the reality. The room was small, confined, and frankly didn't look like it had received a clean in a long time. Dusty and old smell to it. Stairs are tight and the place feels like it is creaking from an old horror film! The television seems like it was going to fall off the wall and the dust behind it was a thick as a cavity wall. Not impressed for £100 and won't be looking to stay again.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location with only a 7 minute walk to Camden. Rooms are clean and the bar area is spacious.

Petit hôtel à la deco sympas, personnel très accueillant et serviable , bien situé ( à moins 20 minutes bus de Coventry Garden, à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare de Euston et 10 minutes de St Pancras ) . Les chambres sont petites mais propres et agréables. La literie très confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple mais il y a tout ce qui faut ( sale/sucré). Parfait pour un week-end

Un peu déçue pour le prix payé. Je rejoins les avis concernant le bruit du métro très tard la nuit et très tôt le matin. On entend aussi les voisins passer devant la chambre ou monter les escaliers. La chambre est minuscule avec beaucoup de poussière et d’humidité, je dirais que c’est aussi très mal entretenu: taches sur les murs et dégâts d’humidité… Ceci dit le matelas est confortable et la salle de bain impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est très simple. Café, croissants, céréales. Ok pour une nuit lors d’un week-end à Londres mais pas plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pack and Carriage. It's in a quiet area only a 10 minute walk from the busy Camden. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The breakfast was more than we had hoped for, and the coffee was great. The reception is open 24 hours. As a guest you can use the wifi during your stay. It's an old building so the floors are squeaky, but that makes the place charming. We will definitely come back here again. So I strongly recommend this hotel.

Worst location to store your bags and luggages using bounce. Do not recommend as they simply put your luggages out in the open wherein others can see when you enter the place. Had to come back as we didn't felt safe leaving them out in the open for the whole day with just plain cable locks that could be cut easily with plain scissors

I was initially ok with the hotel despite the tiny rooms, despite the inability of the staff to make any restaurant recommendation and despite the pretty ridiculous rate of 200 GBP per night. But I accidently left a t-shirt there which I wanted to pick up later. However, according to the hotel management, the staff could not "find" any t-shirt, which is impossible, so it must have been taken by someone. I am disappointed with the lack of security at this hotel and the fact that hotel management obviously did not believe me. Don't go there, unless you want to risk "losing things" in this hotel.

This hotel is a 100% scam !! Do not go there !! Worst hotel of London !! We booked one night. The day of the reservation we came around 1pm, the room was not ready which was not a problem for us. I asked if it was a issue if we came back late around 11pm. The guy at the reception told us that a night guy will be there so no issue if we come back this late. We let our baggages at the reception and we went for a tour. Then at 11pm we were back at the hotel… no one was there to open the door. Even after 1 hour of knocking at the door, ringing at the interphone, calling the hotel… absolutely no response. We were stuck outside. And of course no key card has been given to us to enter. We finally managed to find another hotel at 00:30 am (without any luggages of course). Then the next day we went again to this scam hotel. What a surprise when the reception guy told us that there was a night guy but he was not at the reception, he was doing something else (not his job) somewhere else… The reception guy didn’t want to refund us because we first need to raise a complain before been refunded. Spoiler : 2 weeks after we had raised a complain, no reimbursement done. We thrusted 2 times this hotel and they lied to us 2 times. In fact, if your are looking for hotel where to sleep and offers hospitality this is definitely not where you should go. Unfortunately the lower note we can give is 1 one star, too bad that negative stars does not exist. ( I will delete this review if we are reimbursed)

Unfortunately I expected more, maybe I was at fault but for the price I would have hoped for better facilities in the room. We had a small room which was on the ground floor - you could hear/feel the underground trains and the only window was a skylight which was permanently covered and therefore the room had no natural light.

Arrived early in London and left bags as due at the theatre, told would check in after shows. Arrived back after midnight. Given a room on the 2nd floor. No lift. Narrow dirty stairs. Fire extinguishers on 1st floor covered in thick layer of dust, vaccuum cleaner still in hallway. Room was dirty, dirty, dirty (tea tray had a hand print in the dush on the tray, dirty net curtains, bathroom sink cracked, dust on top of shower head, water marks all over shower doors, aircon smelt mouldy/fusty, no bathroom door, belt left on bed (from previous occupant). We decided to leave after 30 mins of trying found another hotel. Went downstairs to checkout and found night porter fast asleep sat behind the bar. Was told to contact morning staff for refund. Got taxi and left.

Dit hotel heeft verschillende type's kamers.Wij verbleven in een kleine kamer en deze is ook klein! Positief is wel het warme water in de douche, elke dag verse handdoeken en de ligging voor wie vaak de metro neemt. Het ontbijt is niet super uitgebreid maar toch ruim voldoende. De hygiëne in het volledige hotel kan inderdaad wat beter.

Great location! As others said the rooms are very tiny, but that didn’t bother us. The bed although small, was by far the most comfortable bed we slept in our whole trip and the room was very clean for us. Also a great shower. And you can’t beat being a 10 min walk from the St. Pancreas. The breakfast we thought was really wonderful and the staff were very nice.

Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel, et une bonne nuit. La chambre est sobre, le nécessaire est présent. The bed is like a cloud. ✌🏼 Le petit déjeuner est simple mais fait le job. A proximité de la gare St pancras (10min a pied), métro et bus ! D'ailleurs pensé à faire Londres en bus, c'est vraiment de chouette balade !

Great location - not far from kings cross then easy walk from hotel to camden - quality loo roll, air con that actually works and a decent continental buffet type breakfast included - down side is that they need someone to do some room maintenance - shower door looked like it was about to fall off its hinge, sash window wouldn't shut at all and theres a tube line underneath it so lots of rumbles - we even thought Basil Fawlty was present in the room next door - tapping along the wall, squeeky floorboards to left right and above. All this said it was clean and the staff were very pleasant. He said he'd get someone to look at the shower door (room 101) and it was! I didnt sleep as bad as i thought i would

This was ok for the price. Good staff. Breakfast wasnt too impressive. Comfy beds. Weird smell coming from the bathroom.

On arrivel our room was double instead of twin, when queried the guy said there are no twin rooms, when clearly on the website and booking.com there is, not sure why he felt he had to lie about this??..the hotel from the outside does not look welcoming nor does it when you enter its dark and dreary with no atmosphere, its a shame could you could make it a great place to meet greet and stay

Staff are very friendly, helped us with some milk for coffee in our room. The facilities are clean, but could do with modernising and a fresh coat of paint due to scuff marks. Ideal location as close to tube stations, plenty of buses. Minimal noise due to tube, sounded like wind. Breakfast is an added cost but a selection of drinks available. Local shop is a couple of minutes walk away.

Train home to Manchester was cancelled with a 4 hour delay, decided to book a cheap hotel. Expected a bit of a dump for the price. Room is small but immaculate and the guy on reception was so lovely, even offered to get me a breakfast bag ready as I mentioned I had to leave early. Better than some more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in for work.

So further to the hotel response below, . We were never offered any room changes or upgrade and instead met with hostility. . I have never threatened to leave a bad review, I can happily and easily provide any back up for this. . The whole hotel is filthy, again we photos to back our statements. . We spoke to "Viral" who is apparently the manager, who agian did nothing to help us, spoke over me and treated us like scum. During our conversation with "Manager" we wete told he would "let his legal team deal with this" When all we wanted was a reasonable discussion from which we sought to get out money back. So agian, do not waste your money.

Dirty, heard the tube passing every 2 minutes, vile stains on bed

Honestly, not worth staying there more than one night. The location was good, that's why I chose it in the first place but hotelwise, it's not looking very nice for a 3 star hotel, stayed in much better and cheaper hotels (Although I'm used to Europe hotels and service, England is really bad for the price in that standard) The room was dusty, windows really old, worn out furniture, stains on the mattress that you can see through the sheets. The bathroom was clean and good. The room was tiny but that's okay. The receptionist was nice and decent but nothing more than that. They say that they serve breakfast, but that's just coffee and pastries and two/three cereal choices LOL I guess I'm going to avoid going to hotels in England because it's seems that the only ones that are decent and worth staying in are 4 and 5 star hotels which cost way too much in my opinion ( for one night you could spent 3 nights in a lovely hotel somewhere else in Europe with a better service).

Handy location, clean room, great facilities and the staff were helpful with any questions. Check in wasn't until 13:30 but we arrived at 11:30. The staff allowed us to store our bags while we went out into Camden to get a bite to eat. Would absolutely stay again

It suposed to be a bar and hotel in one.i thaught it was close to kings cross bit its quit the walk.small rooms not verry clean.friendly guy how runs the place

I booked this hotel through Booking. Com. Upon arrival paid for the room. Entered the room it was all black no windows or space around bed. A prison cell would be bigger and brighter. I returned to reception requested my money back as i was not prepared to stay in the room. I was told by reception i would be refunded money once I cancelled through booking. Com and the hotel received email from booking. Com i had cancelled. I had to leave hotel foe theatre performances and finnd another hotel. Receptionist promiaed the money would be transferred baxk to my bank account. 2 weeks gone by no refund and emails ignored. Don't even think about staying at the hotel they obvioidly dont believe in good customer service and hotel is the worst i have seen.

Within walking distance of Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. I wasn't too impressed with the location for restaurants etc and the room was small however the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and modern, the shower was fantastic and the price included breakfast which offered a good selection. Initial thoughts were that I wouldn't go back but having stayed there, it is now in my folder of places I would stay again in the future.

We loved staying here. Jay is the perfect host and a credit to the establishment Very welcoming. I will always stay here when I come to London.. perfect location cosy rooms thankyou pack and carriage 🤍

Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and pleasant would stay there again when going up to London

Nice enough, clean and facilities for hot drinks. Right near Camden market but a good 20inute walk from train station, kings Cross A bit further than we expected. Another surprise was hearing the underground! That was ok but people talking in reception at night loudly was not! Breakfast served from 7.30 am, so a bit late for early trains..Friendly and very helpful receptionist.

I just went in for a quick drink, before a theatre performance. It's a nice enough bar, medium sized with a massive good quality widescreen TV. It seems like it's been recently renovated, the decor is interesting to say the least! Also, people, mainly young couples were appearing from the rear of the bar, even though they weren't drinking in it, so it may have accommodation as a sideline?

The first room we were booked into had a broken toilet seat, told the man at reception and we were moved to another room. Decent size rooms with air conditioning and very modern looking. Staff were friendly enough but not that attentive.

Great Staff, Good location, excellent beer. Enjoyed watching the Euro football match with the staff. Any small details are far outweighed by the friendly staff. Will be returning often.
