The best restaurants serving British food in London

Fred was nice and super friendly. My sister and I both had the traditional English breakfast, and it was delicious! We felt like native Londoners eating here.

Close to Paddington so very convenient for meeting travelling friends. The atmosphere was classic pub style and very cosy. Our food was surprisingly excellent and we all very much enjoyed our different meal choices. Our server Amy was just lovely and full of great suggestions and good banter also. All around a good London pub experience! Highly recommend!

Went too the Oak for family Sunday lunch, they were very accommodating, as we had left it late too book a table for six people, we were seated in a nice area. The staff were-all very helpful & pleasant, nothing was too much trouble., for them. Our food was nicely presented, and more than adequate . Would highly recommend this pub , for lunch any time.

Went with friends for tea. Great sandwiches and good scones , cakes less interesting. Good service, far too expensive.

Great traditional and modern selections. Very helpful and courteous staff. And of course the LOCATION: right across the street from Arsenal!!!

Stayed here for work trip, huge hotel with loads of parking space, bit of a wait to get checked in, but hey ho. Ate at the inn and was surprised by the portion sizes yet again! (In a good way) All the staff were welcoming and warm, jo on the bar made time to conversate with me which didn't seem like too much of a hassle, the rest of the staff Dan, Rachel, Clanisse and Kel all made time to acknowledge your presence. All in all not a bad little(massive) stop, Definitely stay again.

Baby shower…..After a lot of searching this was our choice and it didn’t disappoint! Attentive staff, fresh tasty food catering for special requirements. Beautifully presented and homely feel. Toilet facilities clean and fresh. Fully recommend

Took my mum for lunch today. I had the Rock and mum had cod n chips . Undoubtedly the best fish n chips in Havering, by far. Fresh fish, crispy batter, loads of chips. Fantastic value. Would recommend it 👌

We went for some birthday drinks and had an amazing time! Riley's service was amazing, super attentive and took great care of us all night.

Stayed in the new accommodation. Alan was great. Really nice guy. Nowhere else in London you’d get this quality of room and breakfast included for such a great price. Really impressed. We normally stay in the main hotel in Battersea (art’otel) but they stupidly wanted £700 a night for a room.
