Wow how rude is the staff! Got my order wrong and when I rang to rectify the order she hung up on me said she was busy

I ordered jacket potato cheese and beans. Unfortunately they put stone cold cheese without melting and put stone cold beans separately in a little cup. There was no taste the potato was really hard. I called the store to speak to them. A young lady picked was extremely rude and didn’t care what I had to say. Disgusting food and behaviour definitely not ordering again!!!

The staff were very genuine and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and clean. Even under the tables are kept clean which not every cafe does I might add. The staff accommodated my unusual order which I appreciated very much. The omelette was delicious! I highly recommend this cafe if you are in the Palmer's Green/Enfield area.

I had a delightful experience at the coffee house. The atmosphere was cosy, the baristas were friendly, and my latte was a work of art. It's the perfect spot for catching up with friends or simply enjoying a peaceful coffee break. I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast and smoothies are delicious. I’ve been many times and am always satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly and hygiene is 10/10. I would highly recommend their Coco Loco smoothie if you want to give your day a boost.

A very nice chilled relaxed atmosphere. Polite staff and very clean surroundings.

I ordered the Chicken Escalope with fries and salad, but the crispy coated chicken was tough to cut at times and caused my sprained wrist to hurt. Also a little dry too.

Its expensive but the quality of food is definitely worth it.

I have been coming to Kiva for years. Always loved the food. It's been my go-to place for breakfasts. But, the prices have risen so much, we no longer go there. It's such a shame. £20 for a full english breakfast with tea is no longer affordable.

It was okay been there before we had lock down found it much better then.

Love place! I only got tea so I can't say anything about the food. Service 20/10 and building super comfortable and like being in your own home. A lovely atmosphere. The best place on the high street in my opinion.

Fantastic all round- fantastic customer service- Turcan in particular is so warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome every visit. Delicious food (Chicken Caesar salad in particular) and great coffee! My favourite Palmers Green go-to! :-)

Great filling breakfast. Well put together, perfectly plated with great service. Slightly high price, however this is justified with the quality. Doesn’t accept Amex.

Honestly the best breakfasts in the world. They have a huge variety of breakfasts too! Lots of healthy options and vegetarian options! If you have one of their big breakfasts, you won’t feel hungry for the rest of the day. I’ve been eating here for years and never had anything to complain about. Always bring the family when their visiting as well, everyone just loves the food!

Rude, unattentive, awful staff. After waiting ages to be served (2 tables served before mine even though I was there a long time before them), they forgot 1 of only 3 items ordered; also was told AFTER we'd eaten that the card machine was broken and then was given 1 euro in change instead of £1! Absolutely joke of a place

Ich teste gern viel aus, wenn ich irgendwo neu hinkomme. Daher war der Plan die vielen verschiedenen Bäckereien für das Frühstück zu testen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt. Kiva Coffee House war so gut und abwechslungsreich, dass wir jeden Tag hier her kamen. Zu den Preisen kann ich wenig sagen, da ich keinen Vergleich habe. Ich empfand es aber als angemessen. Die Bedingungen waren alle sehr freundlich und das Essen absolut lecker. Sie hatten eine große Variation von herzhaft bis süß. Ich kann einen Besuch nur empfehlen.

Looking for welcoming places to work remote for a couple hours with good food and good prices can be challenging. Kiva Coffee House is all those things. The food is hearty portions and the coffee is on point!

I heard very good things about this cafe but was severely disappointed. I have visited twice in the last 3 months, in order to give it a second chance. I was even more disappointed this time than I was the first time around. 😔 The food itself is nice. The smoothies and coffees are deliciously made. ☕🍓🍌 The staff are absolutely atrocious when things go wrong or if problems arise! 😤 They have not been trained in customer service and have no serving etiquette. I ordered only hummus from the sides (just as a snack for myself). After 25-30 mins it hadn't arrived. By the time it did I had finished my drink and asked if there was anything they could do due to the delay (a smoothie on the house) to enjoy WITH the food. They greatly hesitated but granted this. The bill came and I found out that there was a £3 surcharge because I had asked for a few more crackers to dip in the hummus. Appalled is an understatement. The customer service is a disgrace to the company and I greatly regret not disputing the bill at the time. Management: Please train these young girls to practice handling guest queries when problems arise. Teach them about resolutions, tonality and empathy when handling these situations.

This cafe offers a step back in time to the old tea rooms with an updated twist with an excellent menu on offer. Nice atmosphere with a large percentage of returning clientele. Recommended

coffee was good but they gave it to the wrong table I had to wave them over .no body gave me a menu either.But apart from that I will visit again to try the food.

Very poor costumer service.We ware waiting for a cup of tea for a friend join our company 30min!!! and it’s never arrived.On the top when I complain the answer was we don’t won’t costumers with NO patient !!!

I dined here with my daughter on a Tuesday lunch time,after a walk in Broomfield Park and shopping in Palmers Green. I had the avocado,beetroot hummus,poached egg on sour dough toast and a latte,it was delicious! Lets all support local independant coffe shops and reastaurants!

Visited Kiva on many occasions with family, friends and partner, mostly for breakfast or brunch. Speedy and friendly service but, most of all, food is delicious every time. Parking might be difficult but local car park and local supermarket carpark is a 3-4 min walk away.

The best cafe in the area. Surrounded by cheap and cheerful cafes and coffee bars, this is head and shoulders above in terms of food, friendliness and seating comfort. I hadn't been for some months but a very recent and delicious brunch and flat white did the trick! The Mediterranean omelette, with generous chunks of feta and juicy cherry tomatoes and olives was accompanied by a nice salad with home made dressing and a good portion of non greasy french fries. Their coffee remains excellent, and is always well made. The staff are welcoming and on top of things. Brilliant.

Simply fantastic little cafe. Visited here for a late breakfast, i had the “English & Proud” which was all delicious and freshly cooked. The waitress also allowed minor changes which was helpful. Lots of seating and doesn’t feel crowded at all. We did book a table without any problem, the staff were all polite and we never felt under any pressure to keep ordering or give up our table, a very comfortable experience indeed. The coffee is really good here too, I even squeezed in a slice of red velvet later on which was lovely. I felt the prices are a little on the high side but comparable to similar places and not unaffordable, I suppose it is London! Would visit here again and definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. Great food with healthy options for both adults and kids. Comfortable seating and great service. As good a Sunday brunch as we've had.

My favourite coffee house in the Plamers green/Winchmkre Hill area (North London). The food is delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. High Quality breakfast options for sure.

Usually they have wonderful service but my last 2 visits have not been the usual satisfactory service I get normally. On my visit before today I ordered 2 sandwiches and got one and not everything I wanted was in it. Then today again I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and got given all the items on a plate and I had to make the sandwiches myself. This time I complained to the waitress who served me and I felt her response was very disingenuous, so hence why I have left this negative review, as based on these last 2 visits simple food orders are not been delivered as requested. Oh both occasions I paid enough for what I got so would expect a much better service then what I have experienced.

Situated on Green Lanes popular for Turkish and Greek food and culture the Kiva Coffee House is clean and relaxing with young and attentive staff serving a varied menu including interesting variations of tried and tested favourites for all the family, at affordable prices and flavorful recipes.

Visited for brunch this morning - really friendly staff. Fantastic choice on the menu and the food is amazing! I can recommend the Fun guy omelette . Will definitely be going back

The Kiva Coffee House & Brassiere is Outstanding in every way possible, on entering it Is immaculate in presentation, a welcoming and friendly greeting from Turka and the team, a lovely atmosphere, very comfortable were ever you choose to sit. The menu offers high quality ingredients and caters for all dietary requirements whatever time of the day you choose eat you will not be disappointed. It is easily by far the best eating option in the area.

First time here as recommended by a friend. Try the Mediterranean breakfast, it reminded me of being back in Cyprus

Possibly the best cafe for food choice in Palmers Green. They serve all day breakfasts as well as a mix of soups, pasta dishes, salads and burgers. Nice atmosphere and pretty spacious. Definitely recommend.
