Amazing crab - just totally delicious and the accompanying salad was perfect size, filling but not heavy. Also staff were really polite and friendly. Just phoned up and picked up. Would strongly recommend.

The Parlour at Binham is a wonderful place to eat. The staff are a delight & the food provided by Chef Lewis couldn’t be better. I am vegan due to health issues & to find somewhere which provides such excellent food is a joy. Jackie looked after us very well, checking on the suitable dishes for me. It’s a class act, well done everyone. Thanks for an excellent place to eat.

A morning on the beach at Wells with dogs and a fish & chip lunch, something we have done many times, but this time will be the last time we will have the fish & chips as it was very poor, this fish was pretty manky looking fish which was mostly batter and the chips, well they were just chips. As I said the fish & chips will be out from now on as it’s not worth the money…

Excellent circular walk from Wells-next-the-sea to Holkham beach.Coffee at cafe horrible. Bring on Barista coffee ASAP. Several people walked away disappointed that there was no latte/cappuccino . Shame as it’s a great spot though LOADS of dogs if you are not keen.

Stopped for a light lunch whilst spending a day in Wells. A really good choice. Friendly service and really good food. Nothing fancy just a good choice (including daily specials) really well prepared.

Called No57 now. It was strange and it’s a long time since I came across something similarly. The coffees were all poor versions of AMERICANO COFFEES to start with. So a flat white would be with froth on top, a Cappuccino would have sprinkles, Latte extra milk. Awfully. The tuna sandwich was very good and the bread very fresh.

We stumbled upon this little place, Flo & Joe's . It's at the opposite end of the front to the shops where the fishermen huts ect are. The new owners said they've been their 6 weeks. As you can see the view is beautiful. Apparently they do bacon butties in the BBQ on weekend mornings. Then they do a limited menu on the BBQ in afternoons, until 3pm. The burger & the crab roll were both delicious. (I agree they were expensive) They had lobster on to. The coffee was really good. It was a lovely hidden gem 😊

Had a nice lunch here. Setting being a fine old inn on a pretty green in a very cute little harbour village on the lovely north Norfolk coast all added to the enjoyment. I had a very nice burger and chips, served with efficiency and a smile at a reasonable price.

Got seated immediately which was great, that’s kind of where it ends! Waited at bar to place order for too long and although drinks came straight away they were drank up way before any sign of food. Had to chase food due to long wait times just for three light bite plates! When arrived I was so disappointed with size of portions which is a shame as cod bites and chips were very nice just a very poor portion as plates used are just too small, so not good value at £8.60. We felt absolutely ripped off, 25.40 for two drinks, plate of chips, light bite cod bites n chips and light bite sausage n chips! Would not return or recommended and was still hungry!

We know this part of Norfolk very well as a holiday spot. We have been coming to the Victoria on and off for years. It is now a hotel that serves lunch and dinner NOT a pub. We booked Sunday dinner and I was happy to find that despite an 8pm. table there was still roast beef available. It was delicious 😋! Good portion of medium rare sirloin accompanied by crispy roast potatoes, a fine Yorkshire pudding, a good assortment of vegetables and cauliflower cheese. A few years back I rated a bunch of places local to home and I think the Victoria would have only been beaten by Cliveden We did have room for pudding and thank goodness we did. The rice pudding was spectacular! Unusual but inspirational flavours. The staff were happy and attentive. We took our well behaved dog and saw a couple of others in the restaurant. We chose to come here as it’s dog friendly. Perhaps ask for a quiet table if you’d prefer not to be around dogs when you eat. Overall highly recommended and excellent value. Thanks all.
