We booked The Heron for Mothers Day. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent service and superb food. Best Sunday roast I have had in years. Great value for money. We will be going back very soon.
What a fantastic place, I have stayed there for over two weeks and I couldn’t be more happier. All the staff are wonderful and Tracy and Stuart are an incredible team .

Tasty cakes and pastries. Highly recommend the big custard tarts and huge Bath buns. Avoid the millionaire pastry unless you have a very sweet tooth! Eccles cakes are different with plenty of raisins.
The Old White Bell is our local village pub and we are so lucky to have this wonderful establisment within walking distance. Their Sunday lunch is always truly delicious and great value and bar manage
Very accommodating as there were 13 of us for Sunday lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff friendly. Food was lovely. Will definitely be visiting again
