I go to Nans pantry regularly however today was my last, I stood waiting for 20 minutes and I still didn’t get acknowledged, people arrived and the staff took orders but just kept ignoring me, in the end I walked off, they even said to a group of customers it’s the blind leading the blind so if they aren’t capable or working in there on their own why have them running it, 1 lady was very rude too, she was an elderly worker in a carousel cafe apron. Won’t be returning

Travelled a fare way to experience a milkshake and meatball sub We shouldn’t have bothered No milkshake mix no bottled water either Meatballs are covered in cheap sauce in a dish then microwaved The toasted sub roll isn’t toasted just a cheap hotdog roll not eaten got binned I shan’t repeat what my son said it tasted like Cheesy chips congealed no salt cramped in a small box tasteless Cheap burgers used onions not cooked properly bacon salty chewy and cheap No brioche buns either Couldn’t be bothered to wait for the hallumi fries took too long Overall they promise much and deliver disappointment Ide rather not see the women who cook the stuff avin a fag sat on the tables Next too it either.

went to munchbox food was uncooked and cold no onions again how can you have a burger without onions this is terrible food has deteriorated boss needs to tell them people are getting ill because they cant cook right

My Brother picked up Breakfast this morning. We both had the breakfast stick, I haven't had one for about 10 years and it was as good as I remember, I definitely won't leave it aslong next time.

Went for a hot dog had to wait forever could have been home and cooked quicker couldnt find the onions tasted disgusting waited half hour. Nearly gave up the staff where all over the place. People fed up waiting. Having to go next door for chips I would like to say couldn't organise a ______up, in a brewery. Just awful

Always friendly staff and excellent fast service, even when they have phone orders and are really busy. Very good value for money and decent quality products. Definitely worth a visit if your passing by.

Munchbox really deserves a stop over. Long buns are really huge and plenty of sausages, fried eggs, bacon, onions and sauce. Top service, and sandwiches are wrapped perfectly so you can take them with you away or just eat them sitting in the table outside. Try them!

Have been using this place for quite a while now, My favourite breakfast place! No matter if they are rushed off their feet or steady, 30 degrees outside or minus 5, the quality of the food and service never wavers, so consistent. Allways happy to help and cook you your favourite breakfast treat, (mine is bacon, Brie and cranberry.. try it!!) Thankyou for today’s brekkie Emma and Clara . The lady's that work in here are absolutely the best. All weathers they are there. The food always to the best of standard and yummy. We are not from kings lynn but everytime we visit it's the place to stop for food. Xx

Went to Munchbox today as I have done many times before... we always get great food and service, and today was no exception!!!! Emma Jane was very busy serving lots of hungry customers (a testament to the high quality of food served!!!) and was friendly, efficient and apologised sincerely for the slight delay... thank you so much... will return again as soon as I get the opportunity!!!!!

Went there today just as Emma was closing but she still took our order and served us with a smile. We had two breakfast rolls which were crammed with yumminess! Just what we needed after traipsing round the shops! Great value, great food, great friendly service.

Every Sunday our treat is a trip to the best food van around for miles. The cheese burger is the tastiest and such good value. Go and have a try you won’t be disappointed. We need a munch box in Wisbech..😆

Hubby has to regularly work on a Sunday so his treat to himself is a hot filled baguette of his choice, his appetite is good but on occasions he has struggled to finish in one sitting as the baguette is very large, never skimpy on the fillings and is big enough i to either cut in two or to share. You won’t get a better tasting or value anywhere else

Had a great experience today, Contacted the The Munchbox for 3 breakfast trays and hot drinks, this was available to collect on time. The staff are very friendly and helpful , The food was really nice and the establishment was very clean. Thank you to Clara and Emma Jane.

Had a great experience of excellent customer service and helpfulness! Had to arrange 30 bacon rolls and hot drinks for early Sunday morning. Contacted the munchbox on Saturday and they were brilliant. Arrived as planned on Sunday morning and they had all the rolls ready to go, everyone was impressed, not only by the service but also by the rolls, good size and full of bacon, just what was needed. individual orders taken for hot drinks which were very quickly sorted. An overall very enjoyable start to the day and will definitely return. Thanks again.

Feeling a bit hungry while wife was in charity shop,what a surprise exellent food friendly ladies and reasonable price. Called my wife over when she came out of shop she asked for a roll with black pudding, egg and mushrooms,she loved it you dont have to stick to menu,will definitely visit next time in town.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and ended up having a cheeky sausage bap too! Service was great, both ladies had smiles on their faces and a perfect coffee made by clara. Also I would like to mention the cleanliness of the place as I witnessed clara cleaning the munchbox when I arrived. Really refreshing to see this in the food industry giving me satisfaction knowing my food was cooked in a clean, hygienic environment. Not to mention the food tasted great!!

We have had burgers and hotdogs from here before. This time my husband and I grabbed a quick bite to eat here as we had a very busy day and needed something in a hurry. I wasn't going to bother as I can't eat bread but was very pleasantly surprised to find my favourite sweet chilli chicken meal in the Carousel Café (sister business) is available in the Munchbox! Bliss! Hubby had a sausage and egg roll, he struggled to finish it and my takeaway box was generously filled for the price. Definitely recommend a visit.

Agree with comments that it is a friendly place, but i did ask specifically if the fat could be cut off as there is nothing like getting a mouthful of grizzle - and that is what i got so would have marked higher had Clara done so.

Excellent food and really liked the service especailly from pinky and sambo. Use the muchbox alot when me and the wife visit kings lynn. Always have a laugh with both these ladies and makes the visit enjoyable. Thankyou

Been to the munchbox burger van today where i got served by Emma-Jane who is a great bubbly character, also the food is quality & great value for money. Next time I may even have the sugar on my burger will definitely return.

Fantastic place to eat. We had 3 breakfast sticks and a sausage bap and the food was delicious. The service was excellent, we were served by Pinky who went above and beyond to accommodate our son. We will definitely be back.

Really tasty food, my personal favourite has to be the BBQ sticky chicken in a bap! Always plenty of juicy chicken & lots of sticky BBQ sauce! Great prices & the staff are lovely. Always very friendly & they work hard! Today I was served by Emma-Jane & even in the boiling heat she was still smiling & gave great customer service! If you haven't already been, you need to! Love this little place!

Emma-Jane always has a smile on her face and makes the best chicken,lettuce and mayo sandwich in town. Would highly recommend even if it's just for a cuppa.

I have a taste for great bacon you can tell when it's cheap and salty , and I can honestly say Munchbox has some of the finest bacon in King's Lynn they must have a good supplier, I have had many BaconBaps and can recommend Munchbox who likes there BACON!!!!

I often stop here on my lunch break, I have tried various items in Baps, French Sticks and Sandwiches all freshly prepared by the ultra friendly and efficient staff and off top quality especially the Bacon. I recently tried a takeaway strawberry milkshake too and it was fabulous, with the added sauce and cream was like a strawberry sundae and tasted amazing, will be back for more soon!

I regularly visit here for Lunch when at work nearby.The food is always delicious and generous portion sizes are served, I particularly like the freshness of the bread sticks.A Good variety on the menu as well.Staff always polite and friendly.Rather than go to the fast food chains when in need of a quick food fix.I'd personally recommend a Stop here instead.

It's a burger van - it's what you expect.Nice ladies serve you quick cheap fast food that they buy from farm foods across the car park but for those in need of a quick fix it doesn't matter!Enjoyed a burger from here.:)
