Arrived at twelve thirty and were told they were not ready asked us to come back. Asked if we could have a bubble tea at least the answer was no. Vintage car show on that day.... they should have ready and waiting for customers..

What a wonderful idea to have afternoon tea delivered! I tried them out based on the recommendation of someone and wasn't disappointed. We went for the ploughman's platter with the add on dessert tray. There was so much choice in the platter - and so much food! So nice to be able to enjoy something like this during lockdown. Even once lockdown is over, the platter would be great to enjoy as a picnic with a bottle of wine. Have ordered the afternoon tea for mum. Lovely family run business. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Waltham cross has a gem in this cafe. My brunch of eggs royle was cooked to perfection. The coffee was the best I ever tasted being Italian. Keep up the good work guys. You have an amazing place and will be back to try the rest of it 👍👍😎😎😎

We've ben here quite a few times over the years & always found the staff very pleasant. Usually, we have the braughing sausage baguette, very nice to. Went there today (Sun 20/10) hissing with rain, so was really lovely & peaceful. Nice to see they manage to keep the park clean & tidy & people seem to respect that. Nice place to visit in the summer to.

Disappointing that the ale choice is very limited, if you don't like AK Mild then not worth a visit. This could be a fantastic little pub with a good choice of ales but instead is stuck with standard fizzy lagers and nothing else. McMullens should do better.

Out of 5: Value for money 1 Service 1 Meal 1 Atmospher 2 Not the best venue attended for a Sunday lunch, The Gofs Oak would be very low on my list of venues to return to. Service charge removed, out of 7 meals 2 were turned twice for being cold.
