Waiter on a power trip. Telling people where to stand instead of politely asking and explaining. I’d happily stand where I’m asked to if I’m asked in a nice manner, I’m mild mannered and not confrontational however the young really angered me, this kid hasn’t been trained to offer customer service at all. Ruined my experience.

Very rude staff. Very little choice for vegetarians.

Food is decent, a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating, also an adult only seating area. Food is very expensive though.

It's a nice café in a beautiful park, perfect for dog walkers and those seeking a nature walk. However, dogs are not allowed in the café, so if there is a small rain or shower, there is no possibility to sit down with your pet for a meal or coffee.

I didn’t go to the cafe but we hired out the function room next to it. Such a great little space perfect for gatherings , however, I think when booking more details should be given in regards to rubbish and cleaning up as it was not clear until we went there and when you have a party you have a lot of rubbish bags but nowhere to put them. It’s definitely a great space however it does need some maintenance as when we went in. It wasn’t cleaned properly and the bushes were not trimmed. But overall, we had a great time.

Loads of choices and I the staff are always helpful and friendly

It is just not somewhere I’d visit again as there was tones of hostility when it came to me being served, but when it was a white customer all of a sudden there was a change of tone that was a lot friendlier.

Strangest cafe I have ever been too. First off I went back to counter as half my breakfast was missing. The women then comes and says I only paid for what I got and if I want the extra I'd have to pay extra. So I paid £5 more. When looking at my banking app I see. No I didn't I paid right amount the first time. I try speak to women to explain I've now paid twice and she kept saying. Do want a argument about it or can I just give you a extra cup of tea. In end I stop trying to explain the problem and just say why do you keep saying that. I haven't been aggressive with you.

Delicious food. We had afternoon tea and a coffee after a walk in the gardens. Highly recommended

I come most morning for breakfast with friends and family and always ask for my bacon well done and I got to say this is the only place that really do my bacon how I really like it . It's very clean . Staff are always friendly. Definitely will come back .

Microwave reheated soggy sausage roll dished up on a paper plate. The cakes are really dry. No napkins are available unless you ask and the same for cutlery. The coffee is nice and the staff are pleasant but the food sadly lets the park down.

Disgusting experience at this cafe. Me, my partner and my 4 month old baby visited the cafe, it was raining heavily and we needed some shelter so went in and thought we would have a drink and something to eat. The front of the cafe was full up so we walked into the back where there were 2 free seats. We sat down and were about to order when a member of staff informed us that this area was for adults only. I do understand this and if it was a nice day we could of sat outside but as I said earlier it was raining heavily, there were no available tables in the front of the cafe and there’s no where sheltered in the park to sit away from the rain. Considering my baby was sitting happily not crying and none of the adults in the room seemed to have an issue and there was no other adults waiting to be seated, you would of thought the staff could have let us stay there for a quick drink and wait for the rain to pass, however he just watched us walk out the cafe into the pouring rain with nowhere to go with a young baby. Honestly just disgusted at this service. Can’t comment on the food as we were pretty much kicked out before having the chance to order anything. Appalling service.

Couldn't go wrong with this cafe. Couldn't resist the Victoria spin they had and it was a proper sized portion which had my sweet tooth purring. Nothing bad to say about the cafe, always get served pretty quickly even on busy days. Great placing in front of a large green area for the kids to run around and play in.

The Eccles cake is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tried a few. One cake is enough for 2 people and it is a little taste of heaven.

This is such a lovely cafe, the girls who run the cafe are just so lovely. Always so helpful. Cakes are homemade, and are just scrumptious 😋

Love cedars Park. Its brilliant Its huge and kids love going to feed the ducks and have a really really small zoo with only a few animals but kids love seeing the cocubora birds 🐦 they are brilliant. Just to walk around and have a coffee or a lunch there kids run around.

Lovely tea and cake, sit inside or out. Great on a lazy, sunny afternoon after you’ve gone round the mini animal zoo next door!

I'm a regular at cedars park cafe lovely walk with a bacon sandwich and cappuccino to finish off served by the lovely ,friendly ladies that work there highly recommend it . Very good Managment definitely my regular place to come on my day off well done to the team

Visited yesterday, and whilst hot chocolate lovely, the chocolate cake was awful, no taste and over priced. We threw away as was that bad. Chocolate sponge is not that hard, so don't know how it was so wrong. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Over priced in my opinion. Food is not of the best quality. Ordered choclate cake for my son & he had one taste then put it in the bin. Hot chocolate was nice but for the prices, you would expect it to be exceptionally nice. 2 hot chocolates drinks Small piece of choclate cake £10.50p

Excellent value cafe. Lovely park

We visited this park for the first time yesterday and decided to have our lunch there. This café was certainly popular with the locals, inside it was very clean and had a friendly server behind the counter. I found a table whilst my other half ordered our lunch. We sat inside but a few people were sitting outside, which would be great when it gets a touch warmer. They had a good menu on the board behind the counter, with lots of different things e.g. pizza, burgers etc, but we settled on something that we don’t have that often which was a sausage sandwich and a bacon sandwich, with an Eccles cake and a jam with apple sponge slice to follow. The hot sandwiches were delivered to our table once again by a friendly server and the sandwiches and cakes were very tasty. If we visit the park again we will certainly go back to the café.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at CPC. The service was excellent, the tea plentiful. We enjoyed rolls, sandwiches, fresh scones with jam and cream. All delicious! Sadly the cakes were dry and past their best. Maybe a fresh slice from the counter would be better? Thankyou for making us so welcome. Overall we had a lovely time!

Staff are nice. Food quality seems to have taken a downturn. Hilariously tiny dry slice of pizza and loads of chips for kids meal. Got an extra slice after complaining. Perfectly fine for coffee stop and ice cream but won't eat again

Fantastic cafe wide variety with plenty of vegan/Vegetarian options. Breakfast with chips was amazing and really good quality ingredients. The staff was very very friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely visit again when in Cheshunt. I would have given more stars if possible.

Never been to cedars Park Cafe before, was in the area taking my dog for a walk and stopped off for a bite to eat and a drink. Had a Pizza which was fantastic, proper Italian feel to it, even provided me a takeaway box as I couldn't finish it all. Compliments to the chef, girls working the cafe today we're all very polite and had great service skills. Also has lots of dog friendly bites like sausages and even dog friendly ice cream. 5* cafe!

Lovely park, and the Cafe great place to eat and drink. Loved it. Grandchildren love The Hill, The Maze and chips in the cafe.++

This little cafe is a gem. Good range of food and drinks and excellent service.

Had lunch with our grandson today. Food was really good and served on a spotlessly clean table (which is hard to find these days). We didn't have to wait long either. A very pleasant experience!

Friendly staff, food is delicious and my daughter loved the hers and mine ice cream.

Homemade coleslaw was very unappetising in both look and taste. Coffee very bitter. Brie and cranberry panini very lacking in cranberry and what was there wasn't very nice.

Had a cuppa & bought some duck food. Due to my disabilities the lady carried my tea outside for me. Thank you

It's a nice place for a chill in the Park. A little overpriced. But has the basics cake and coffee, and ice cream of course

Tasty fresh cooked food including Braughing sausages on the menu, coffee, cold drinks, cakes and ice cream. Staff are friendly and polite. Can be a small.wait for food to be cooked if busy but its worth it.

Not a meaningful selection of vegetarian options, and nothing vegan really. Staff friendly and situation pleasant and convenient if using the park.

Great cafe menu including hot food, soup sausages, chips, hot sandwiches and paninis served by a really smashing friendly group of waitresses. Lots of cakes and scones too and they'll do a fancy afternoon tea if you book a couple of days ahead. Lovely views across the park from the conservatory. Plenty of outdoor seating which is dog friendly. All spotlessly clean. Parking is free. Cafe is a 4 minute walk from car park on a level path, ideal for wheelchairs.

As title, clean and good cafe type fayre..one of the best in the area..park is good too! Really great in the summer, although internal area is adequate for the winter although at weekend busy.

Great basic cafe - good bacon rolls and sandwiches, quick service, dog and baby friendly. Good meeting place inside and out, sometimes a band play popular standards in the morning - very jolly.

We hired the small function room for a commemorative event in line with COVID restrictions. The venue was perfect - peaceful and beautiful. The food and drinks were great and the service efficient, friendly but unobtrusive. Thank you so much.

Giving it 4/5 because they use the same oil to fry fish and the chips. I have bough more than a dozen portions of chips from here, each time they taste like fish :( Maybe management can look into this

Always good and a nice park to spend some quiet time relaxing

I love this park and the cafe. I regularly visit with my family and, pre covid restrictions, with friends. We always receive a really warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they always have a smile on their faces. The cafe is always clean and in my experience very well stocked with ice cream, lollies, drinks and both snacks and hot food. My daughter loves the hot chocolate with ‘the works’ and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Visited the cafe in cedars park today for two takeaway Coffees in takeaway cups............ £6.40 😠 Yes £6.40 for 2 coffees. The same was £3.50 in greggs this morning
