Went for dinner not been for about six months. I had the cottage pie the meat was ok but the potato topping had lumps of uncooked potato in it which spoilt it. It was served with vegetables and the cabbage again was uncooked I had three solid lumps of what looked like the core of the cabbage, my fork wouldn’t even go in it. The second meal was ok. I mentioned it to the waitress and was offered a free dessert but would rather have had a decent main in the first place. Not really worth the money.

Staff wiped table leaving old food . Only seat available was next to a smelly bin, sausage tasted disgusting, and made me feel ill. Staff spilt fluid over me,.. never again. The truck stop is nearby it was 1000 times better, and could definately teach this joke of a cafe a lot.

Absolute gem which we are thrilled we found. Good easy parking, fabulous menu of truly home cooked foods. Wide drinks list Beautiful inside with level access and patio area all over looking the run way. Staff friendly and efficient, dog friendly outside although when wind is high ( like today ) the patio is closed for safety which is fully understandable. Will definitely return if we are in the area

Something for everyone in this wonderful bakery. Everything fresh and tasty. We popped by for some bakes to go and enjoyed them on a hike, but there are tables outside to sit and enjoy Woodhall Spa on a warm Saturday morning. We look forward to our next visit to the town, to enjoy more delights.

In March we booked for our wedding reception in May. Three weeks before our date in May, a friend told us she had heard the pub was closed. We tried to phone/write to find out details but all attempts to contact them ignored. Up on visiting last week, it looks like it's closed for good. We would have turned up with all 12 guests following our wedding. Luckily we have found another place, at such short notice.
