The best chip shop I have ever been to, never had anything that wasn't amazing. Could not complain about anything, staff are amazing aswell, always friendly and welcoming, if you went on price you would wander if it would be good but don't be fooled by how very reasonable the prices are. I've paid way more at other places for what tastes like yesterday's left overs, not only is everything piping hot but if you have not seen the size of the fish I really do recommend you go for that if nothing else, be warned if you do try it it will become the only chippy you go to.

Mi familia y yo hemos estado queriendo comer aquí desde hace un tiempo, pero se encontró difícil el acceso, pero eso se ha resuelto una rampa accesible se ha puesto en que es fantástico mi marido está en una silla de ruedas eléctrica y lo utilizó sin dificultad. Ahora hablemos de la comida absolutamente fantástica, todo fresco, la comida era encantadora y caliente, había tanta elección en el menú que tuvimos el cachorro de curry que realmente era 5 * mi hija tenía pizza todo recién hecho. El personal de servicio era tan educado y muy feliz de acomodar sus necesidades tanto como pudieron y en cuanto a Toby el joven que sirvió son mesa la mayoría la noche que fue muy educado y nos atendió muy bien siempre preguntando si todo estaba bien. El pub es un pequeño y pintoresco pub del pueblo encantador y se le hace muy bienvenido tan pronto como entra por la puerta.

Been here twice for food most recently tonight. Absolutely excellent all round. Food was amazing and 100% worth the price. Customer service was brilliant and also they were very welcoming even bringing water out for our dog Simba. Will definitely be returning here☺️

No complaints about the food, always good. Delivery is usually very quick and earlier than expected but I live fairly close so may take a little longer if you live further away. Always very friendly and polite on delivery

Food very good and excellent service

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review. Me my brother and grandparents. Waited over an hour for our food with only one other couple in the restaurant. To be served reheated food. My half chicken was tiny (a boneless dry chicken breast and thigh).

Really enjoyed the food here. My family loved it and we loved the atmosphere here. Service was fantastic 👏

We were a party of about 25 staff on our work's Christmas do. We had the dining area to ourselves, drinks on arrival, then team games of long alley skittles at the back. We broke for a delicious pub meal we had ordered in advance. Food was generous, all hot, and organised by name so no issues on who was having what. Simon the landlord made his own cheesecake and we all agreed it was absolutely delicious, even with the generous portions there were clean plates all round. We finished our games then had coffee and mince pies. We had a few dietary requirements and individual requests which were all more than met by the landlord. The bar staff were very attentive and personable, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone had a great time, we would book again without any hesitation.

Sons wedding reception , buffet food very good and excellent value for money.

Went in yesterday for lunch was limited on wot was available had a cheese burger and my daughter had chicken nuggets the burger was full of greece and burgers was over done cheese was brown around the edges my daughter chicken nuggets was over cooked sorry we won't be going bk

1st visit since new owners.They have certainly put their stamp on it! Great menus and specials.Loved the sharer starter which was mini soup,and Sqid,Cod,Terrine novel and lovely. Mains was a great choice as was desserts. Wide drinks choice and cocktails. 🍸 washed down with Liquor coffee. Service was friendly and prompt. Will definitely be back and 💯 recommend.

Sadly, whilst this location is temporarily closed, I look forward to being welcomed back to a local and convenient place to eat which serves typical menu items at affordable prices.

Interesting place. Reasonable menu. Risotto spoilt by being overcooked, more like rice pudding. Also surprised that three of the glasses of wine I chose were out ot stock but still on the drinks menu
