We had a lovely meal here, with very friendly staff and our puppy was very welcomed. Great experience, highly recommend.

I went here with a group of girls for a hen party and the food was absolutely fantastic. Really good simple homemade food, no fancy things that aren't edible. And to top it off Hugo Duncan walked in so...absolutely great! Definitely worth a visit

Food was spot on. Arrived on time. Staff friendly and very welcoming. Came for the beef roast. Sweet potato mash is a game changer from here!

A great village pub, cosy nooks, open fires, lots of curios on the walls. Food was more standard pub fayre but was excellent for what it was..

Sunday lunch here failed in no part. Service was exceptional, wonderfully happy, friendly staff eager to please. Food was fabulous quality. Disappointed to have just missed out on meat of choice for the roast as they'd sold out just as we ordered but beef and Welsh lamb were fabulous. Amazing Yorkshire puddings, even more amazing roast potatoes and veg cooked beautifully to leave some bite and crunch. Book early because there's not a lot of room for many covers. Quaint, small pub/ bistro. Can imagine it is very popular and books up quickly especially busier seasons.

What a little gem, lovely home-made food, great staff, facilities, and location

2nd visit for Sunday lunch and not as nice as the first time. Can only think they were over stretched as it was Mothers Day. The table was not laid and we had to sort out the chairs for our group. Vegetables were not as plentiful as last time and the veg was hard. Waiting staff were pleasant however we had to ask for cutlery, wine list, and desert list.

From the nice food to the nice barmaid and the locals having a shanty sing a long it was a good night out

The food here is freshly made to order and of great quality. My chicken Caesar wrap was the fattest, most stuffed wrap I’ve ever had in my life ! My husband plumped for a cheese panini, which was also excellent quality. The staff were lovely and the cafe very clean. Highly recommended for a quick bite !

Great food, really nicely cooked. You can eat outside if the sun's shining!

Excellent place to eat! Warm atmosphere and service. I had one the sea food bisque, which was a special. It was very tasty with fresh fish. Well worth a visit.

We recently paid a visit to the Harbour Bar for something to eat. It was our first visit to the bar and to Troon. The servers were friendly and quickly took our order. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Excellent place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent food, tasty drinks. We had a peanut butter and choc shake - excellent. Both burgers were juicy, flavoursome and delish. The bacon and cheese loaded fries had amazing cheese sauce on that was addictive. Really enjoyed the food here and will be coming back.

Never had a bad meal here, it's always been fabulous.
