Ordered a curry, was half way through eating it and I bit into glass. This chipped my front tooth which now I have to go to the dentist for. Rang up sounded like women didn’t believe me and neither did the guy who showed up at the door giving me another curry and wanting the half eaten curry and glass back. Lucky I don’t Sue to get my tooth repaired. Didn’t even eat the curry they delivered the second time in case it had anything in it.

Fabulous food when we went for dinner mid-week

As a cheese fan I am used to being disappointed by cheeseboards. Served too cold. Uninspiring selection. A few grapes & some Branston pickle on the side. Step forward The Priory! They embrace early ordering so the temperature is right. A fantastic selection - and generous portions - and homemade delicious relishes etc. Absolutely brilliant. Generally a good dinner too. Service not quite perfect (the check back as we ate our final mouthfuls, and staff addressing us as WE - including themselves - which is always bizarre. YOU is fine!) And we stayed the night too - nice comfortable rooms at a good price. Easy stroll into Tetbury & free parking. Definitely recommended.

Emily was fantastic, from the friendly greeting, to menu suggestions and assistance. Food was delicious and we enjoyed our leisurely lunch very much.

Big thanks to Maria and her team for a fantastic breakfast yesterday booked for 28 all came on time and cooked to perfection. Great choice of beers our go to pub for annual trip to the races. See you next year!

Beautiful location next to the water. Pizzas are delicious and we're cooked and served quickly.

Beer.... Real ale 😍 Food 1st class and nice size portions with no fancy drizzle bits and very tasty. We sat outside in the rear garden with the kids .. lovely ...M27 is a bit noisy but fine. Would we go back.... Yeah I think we will :))

Great food and service, accommodating and personal involvement by the chef staff

Lovely old pub, along with the bar area there are two spacious areas: a covered one to the side and garden the rear. Locally produced food on the menu and a good drink selection. We had the pie, mash & seasonal veg and wasn’t disappointed. The pastry melted in your mouth and filled to the brim with steak chunks in a delicious ale gravy. Well worth the visit

The food was delicious and the roast portion sizes were great. The servicenunfortunately was pretty poor. They kept saying it was really busy so there was a delay with food, even when we wanted to order desserts (ice cream) we were told there would be a 30 to 45 minute delay. But the place was never completely full....and there were loads of wait staff. Similarly it took ages to get the attention of anyone to place orders and 1 or 2 of the staff seemed to have a sour attitude when we mentioned something was incorrect with one of the main meals. If you are happy to wait a while for your food and drinks then it's worth visiting for the roasts.

Really enjoyed the food, high quality indeed and the service was spot on and warm. Everyone should try it.

Nice drinks in the sun. Relaxing place

Went to Gingerdoespartys Big Drag Brunch. Never saw the bottom of the glass until the end, food was delicious and the queens were obviously fabulous. The staff were brilliant and so helpful when I thought I had dropped my oyster card.

Didn't eat food here but came to say: Liam makes you feel like an old friend! Really appreciated his service.
