Great informal dining and dogs allowed! Lovely food. Home made pie is awesome. Sticky toffee pudding almost too good! One of our regular places for a nice supper in the acton /chiswick area.

Went here with some friends for for a catch up meal and drinks, the service from the staff was excellent! And the food was amazing, the sea bass dish I had had so much flavour. My friends also said how good the food was. Also I have to say what a beautiful restaurant area, I will define back!

What a lovely place, I took my dog in there with me for a Sunday roast, it was delicious, the waiter made sure my dogs water bowl was topped up throughout, such a lovely team vibe, they all seem to help each other. Will definitely be going back.

Very bad burger, dry and tasteless and the smaller portions of chips I ever had coming with this. Maybe back for a drink but never to dine again. Fish and chips that my partner had also really bad.

Drinks were nice but the food was not worth the money we got the beetroot hummus which we waited 25 minutes for then we got roast beef for mains which came out cold. Definitely wasn’t worth paying £75 for food and 2 drinks

It's got a lot better in the Bollo since they put all the chairs and tables back in. These days it's aways good for a few drinks. Stu looked after us again, he's a good egg

As always the best roast in Chiswick and right on our doorstep. The Sunday staff are soooo lovely and although always rushed off their feet, they remain polite and friendly at all times. The food is exceptional and I bring all my fussy food friends here and they have all loved it so far! See you next Sunday!

Great pub to visit with friends or family as they have big rooms and lots of space. Food is good and service is friendly. Only but was that food took a while to arrive but it was Sunday rush time and pub was quite full, still we were constantly checked by staff offering drinks and ensuring we were ok at all times. Vegan options and kids menu available!

Called in for drinks with our new granddaughter; lovely welcome by the staff and felt immediately at home ; just had time for a couple of drinks and starters due to our son and daughter in laws new arrival as we didn’t want to be a nuisance to others. Came here for some food and drink with some friends this week as we’ve bought quite local, got a range of starters instead of mains! Venison fritters, pork belly bites and mushroom parfait just some of what didn’t disappoint. Staff were attentive which for me as a big plus! Will definitely be returning soon x

This was our first visit to Bollo House having driven past here a few times. The service was friendly and attentive. It wasn't too full when we arrived just past 1pm, but was busier by the time we left. We had two plates of roast beef. Sadly the roast beef on my plate was overcooked, very tough and difficult to eat, however I made the staff aware and without fuss they replaced it for me. The replacement roast beef was a lot better, although serving size perhaps a bit smaller than other places I've been to. The roast sides were good, the Yorkshire pudding was one of the best I've come across, not overcooked and great size just perfect. Would come back again.

Very happy with the food, most of it was brilliant, however they had one drawback and not their fault, they said they would speak to the supplier regarding the cut of beef, my friends had the roast chicken and said it was great, the roast potatoes were just how I make them at home, in other words perfect. I moved to the area earlier this year and having a roasty on a sunday is my favourite part of the week and after having the vegan wellington at the bollo i’m not sure anywhere else could top it so i’ve been in pretty much every sunday from march-november this year. the food is amazing but it’s the staff that really make it so special - particularly izzi and stu. I’ve had my busiest year ever this year and as a solo musician it can be quite a lonely life but having my sunday roasts at the bollo with izzi and stu to meet me with a big smile has really helped me through some tough times this year. they’re so genuine and really care about their customers and it’s so clear to see that with how they are with anyone that walks through those doors. as gorgeous as the food is, i know the bollo wouldn’t be the same without izzi or stu so i want to say a personal big thank you for making the bollo such a special place and for helping me (and no doubt so many others) more than you know x

Great place to go a let you're hair down. You couldn't ask for more friendly and welcoming staff, the chef is such a brilliant guy too. And you actually have some music to listen to which is rare these days.

Nothing special, to be honest. Food looked boring and staff looked bored. Don't think I will be going back any time soon!!

Unfortunately we waited over an hour only to find out the chef had walked out and if we ordered food it would take another hour. The waitress was fantastic, suggested other venues and we didn't have to pay for our drinks. A big shame.... we had booked way in advance and were really looking forward to our team lunch at Bollo House.

Having passed the Bollo a multitude of times in the past I decided it was time for a long overdue visit. A dear chum suggested we go for a birthday lunch in my honour and it was swiftly booked. We walked there after visiting the relatively close by Chiswick House but unfortunately got caught in a downpour. So we arrived a little soggy but excited nonetheless. When we reached our destination we were warmly greeted and kindly offered our choice of tables. We grabbed a couple of drinks, sat down, picked over the menus and placed our orders. We had a surprisingly lengthy bit of a wait, to be honest (given how quiet it was that afternoon). But once our meals arrived we were suitably impressed. Excellent sized portions - especially the large, and delicious Yorkshire pudding. Three large slices of perfectly medium beer, maple syrup covered carrots, kale, spuds and (to me, at least) the star of the meal - the mulled red cabbage. Plus, a HUGE side of cauliflower cheese. The food was immaculate. And proved far too much for me - shameful, I know. My company, however, annihilated hers like a starved wolverine! And had space for dessert! I've already put the Bollo on my go-back-to list. Right near the top. The ambiance is lovely there - save for one particularly loud, chirping little dog. The glass dome we were sat under flooded us with natural light which was endearing. The staff were helpful and polite. And the prices were fair for the area. A great spot that, I dare say, will become a regular haunt for yours truly.

Needed a lunch to while a 2 hour gap we needed to fill and this was perfect, friendly pub, great food and a really sunny day. Staff very attentive and minutes from QVC so will be whiling away all our long waits with you in future!

We found this place after checking into our Airbnb. We had been in the UK for just a few hours, had spent lots of time either walking or sitting on trains, after a long flight with little rest. We were tired, hungry, and ready to try our first real "English" food. Staff were kind and helpful, the food was delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced. Will probably be back before we head back across the pond.

Food was excellent, we all ( three of us ) had the Roast Beef Sunday lunch. I thought it was amazing, and we all had the Sticky Toffee Pudding so good it didn't touch the sides. A few beers were had and a very reasonable bill arrived, all fantastic.

The Sunday Roast was absolutely impeccable. One of the best roasts I have had in a long time! The bar staff member Zoltan was excellent and super attentive. Would 100% recommend this pub to anyone.
