Did not stay at the hotel on this occasion but called in for breakfast. We have done this on a few occasions when in the area. Made to feel very unwelcome by waiter sat in hotel bar area when there was only one table occupied in breakfast area. We were told off for taking some yoghurt, told then by waiter that continental not included (had been on previous occasions) Brought tea with no cups, toast with no knives on both occasions I had to walk across the bar area into the breakfast room to get them where staff were standing chatting. Two full English breakfasts were then brought to the table, we hadn’t been given menus or asked as I am a vegetarian they had to take one back and I sat and watched my partner eat his breakfast was then served mine. Hotel needs a clear policy for non residents breakfast and a reminder to staff that we are spending money at the establishment having had dinner and lunch there the previous day and bought vouchers for parents to stay. Won’t be returning!

* No food or bar available * Bathroom stank of damp * Bathroom ventilation very poor and situated in kitchen (not pleasant for others cooking/eating in the room if one has a bowel problem ) * Curtain only covered half of the door * in cupboard where you are expected to hang coats and bedding is stored, there is orange matter on the coat rack that is mould * When taking the bedding out to use on sofa bed, it was covered in mould

Our party of around twelve recently dined at Le Monde, and while there were definitely some positives, a significant issue with service left a sour taste in my mouth. The restaurant itself boasts a fantastic atmosphere and nice decor. The ambiance was lovely, and the sheer variety and appealing presentation of the food on offer was impressive. The menu had a great selection, and everything that passed our table looked and smelled delicious. The servers we did manage to interact with were genuinely lovely and helpful. However, the service model for a large table like ours was severely lacking. Situated at the far end of a long table, we felt completely neglected. Drink orders were only ever taken from the head of the table, leaving those of us further down struggling to get any attention. I personally had to get up multiple times to actively seek out servers just to order a drink, which felt quite inconvenient and disruptive to our group. For my main course, I ordered the rack of lamb for £37. When our food finally arrived, I was excited to try it, given how appealing it looked. Unfortunately, my first bite of the lamb was noticeably cold. My second bite confirmed it was stone cold. I even had two other members of our party try it, and they both agreed it needed to be sent back. Naturally, I wanted to bring this to a server's attention, but frustratingly, there were none to be seen. Despite attempting to make eye contact with several staff members, our end of the table was consistently overlooked. I was reluctant to be the only one making a fuss by getting up to complain, but after nearly ten minutes of waiting for some attention, I resigned myself to eating the cold food as it was clear no one was coming to assist us. Despite the temperature, the lamb itself was cooked beautifully and tasted fantastic. Had it been served warm, it would have undoubtedly been an incredible dish. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed with my visit. While I can appreciate the challenges of serving a large group simultaneously, the lack of attention to our end of the table was disappointing. The fact that my £37 main course was served cold and I had no opportunity to rectify this due to the absent service at our end has left a bad impression, especially considering my total bill came to £75.

me and miss went to spoons for a steak each number 1 dirty table plates cups which was nat cleaned number 2 weighted 45 minutes miss went to the bar to try and get money back no drinks what we ordered anyway food come called miss from bar at to tell girl we have nat had drinks yet we asked for steaks to be well done they was rare it was disgusting we seen other people complaining

Las críticas no me gustaron mucho, pero había sido un largo día viajando y quería algo fácil y conveniente. Mi única queja fue que tardé un tiempo en sentarme ya que el hotel estaba saltando y el restaurante no tenía el personal necesario. Sin embargo, una vez que me senté el servicio era eficiente (que necesitaba) y amable, y la comida era bastante bueno. Tengo un filete de rabo que fue tan suculento y rara vez digo eso de rabo. Menú básico, pero es comida de pub, así que establece tus expectativas en esto y estarás bien

Muy tranquilo el viernes por la noche, 2 cantantes promedio en comieron 2 ron y pepsi por £ 11. 60 . Sin precios, sin menús, 1 porción de miembro desinteresado. El lugar se ve deteriorado, no limpio, telarañas por encima de nosotros. El reloj como característica anterior se había detenido, los inodoros no habían sido limpiados, 2 declarando no usar, 1 capaz de usar y ningún rollo de inodoro en ninguno de ellos (incluso los 2 declarando no usar) a las 9 pm. Una vez que fui y pedí rollos de papel higiénico, me lavé las manos y me sequé con un cubo de pañuelo abierto para tirar pañuelos de papel cuando salían moscas. Terminé de beber y me fui. No volvería otra vez.

We did the meal deal through the hotel. Deal is good value as you effectively get 2 courses & a drink for £16. Food was basic but good, service was good and staff friendly and welcoming.

If I could rate les than a 1 I would. Extremely rude staff, horrendous delivery time and even worse food. These guys have not a clue on running a successful business, not a clue how to cook and have the worst customer service I have ever come across. On the phone I was told ‘check yourself into a mental hospital’ and ‘we have to ‘f***ing cook your food before we deliver’.

Durante dos sábados consecutivos pasó 15 minutos en coche a través de antes de que le dijeran "no Mcfurries" Anoche decidió entrar, pero he aquí no Mcflurries, pero tampoco parecía haber personal, solo un gerente desesperado vagando con un personal mínimo para dirigir, pero de ninguna manera iba a lanzar. ¡Este lugar es pésimo! ¡Podría ser el peor McDonald's del Reino Unido!
