Saying on app food has been delivered 2 hours later but not received snything.

The food we had was delicious however we waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered, an hour longer than the estimated delivery time

Received barely warm food despite delivery distance of 3miles (9 min drive). 3 mixed meat and chips had very little chicken. Garlic sauce not very good. Also ordered 1.5l pepsi max and received 3 x 330ml cans of diet coke. Not ordering again.

Rang 4 times (each spaces 20-40mins from eachother), she kept saying they were on their way, then after almost 2 hours, she said they’re just leaving. terrible service, the quality wasn’t better… cold food, no sauce, missing items.

Terrible food gave me diarrhoea

Me and my family ordered a large order due to it being my step dads birthday. It came 2 hours later ( just down the road), luke warm and was missing a medium kebab for my 12 year old son. I rang and explained this to be told they will make another one and drop it down within 15 minutes. 42 minutes later i rang back up to find out why again it was taking so long, to be told the kebab was definitely delivered. The kebab was certainly not delivered,why would i waste another potential 2 hours waiting on a kebab? Why would i chose a kebab when there was a sheesh ordered that was far more expensive. Its 10 to 9 on a school night, my son should be fed and settling down by now but instead is waiting on a kebab that got ordered at 5:45. Absolutely awful.

Ordered an extra large kebab for delivery and a can of coke. Had a medium kebab at the most and a can of Pepsi. First bite of the kebab was hair in it so straight in the bin. Always ordered from here but gone terrible and never again

Not the best Kebab i’ve had. I ordered the Kebab, chips and can meal. I left the kebab meat as it was either, the last scraps of the kebab or burnt to a crisp throughout. The fries were average fries and my children’s pizza was good. For £20 it fed 4 of us so can’t complain on price. It was ok- wouldn’t rush back though.

The food was cold and didn’t taste nice at all. The delivery was 30 minutes late, and it was marked as delivered before it was. I needed to phone them asking where my delivery was. I won’t order from here again.

Called twice to ask where food was and when delivered driver hurried off b4 i could say it was cold. Texted owner to advise i want a refund. Terrible service!

Ordered a mega share box, was 3 chicken wings short, 3 onion rings short and a sauce dip short. Rang them up they sent driver with the missing items, still 1 chicken short and 1 sauce short. How hard is it to get the correct items in the box.

Food was actually decent in terms of quality and quantity. Issue was it arrived cold and took 1.5 hours to get here.

The child’s meal was literally 12/13 chips and 5 nuggets absolutely terrible portions for £5:50

Cold food, marked as delivered before even left the shop & was still another 15 minutes after supposedly leaving the shop. Gentleman who answered the phone wasn’t interested apart from saying the order had left the shop. Unless you visit personally, food is cold, cans wrong & nowhere near what was actually ordered

First time they got it wrong asked for bread and got chips with my meal

missing items from order. chicken pieces dry, tough with little to no flavour. chicken strips no flavour and texture of chicken was horrible / cheap processed. the chips were nice at least. pizza had peppers on it whuch wasnt requested so had to pick them all off sonoids would eat it. kebab was ok again dry and tasted greasy and salty. for me first and last order.

Items missing on the kebab. Instructions was not followed. Partner disappointed. no point calling shop to complain as it would take longer to resolve

Always love the lamb doners here meat is never ever dry salad is always fresh, lovely people run the restraunt, couldnt tell me otherwise sheesh

Food was delicious, the perfect balanve of meat to salad in the wraps, the right size to really enjoy, super tasty! Amd the chips werent greasy they were hot and also delicious, delivery was early, and our pop cans remembered thankyou very much

I have not received my order yet, I placed my order at 20:10 it is now 21:39 ETA. Has already been changed once, at this point I'd rather cancel the order

Late food, cold food and wrong.

Ordered from this place on 4 occasions over the past few months and on 3 occasions the food is appalling.Tonight order was pushed back several times resulting in the food being delivered 2 hours after placing.Food was cold with the lowest temperature reading 36.8 with photo evidence to prove it. Just eat won’t refund, just gave me £3 refund to my account. Definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant again and judging by their reviews of tonight, makes you wonder if they should be open at all

Nothing on the delivery drivers but the restaurant,oh my god waited an hour for my food to have it missing half of my items amd the half they gave me was wrong in the first place tried calling cut off twice complete JOKE!! AVOID

absolutely shocking, told driver was on his way 20 minutes after food was supposed to be here. it still took another hour! food arrived - wrong items, everything was stone cold, stale and absolutely revolting. only offer of a resolution was £3 off my next order. never again!!

Walk in order XL kofte and pay - shop is empty. Waiting 25 minutes for it. Owner gave me a Pepsi but come on 25 minutes for a walk in. And it’s not even cooked properly it’s under cooked. First and last visit sadly, and the light is broken so it’s like sitting under a strobe light in there. If you have to go make it fresh or there’s a wait, please can you tell me? A quick “won’t be too long” would be fine. Anyway my dogs loved it

The quality of food was awful. Half of the chips were hard. The burger buns were awful and the cheese was left in the wrapper on a hot bag to melt. I couldn’t put it on my burger. Appalling!

Delivery was early, however the paper it was wrapped in was soaking wet and food was cold. The chicken shish was tasteless and asked only for tomatoes, but got only red onions instead. Hardly and garlic sauce and very dry. Very disappointed as I’ve had food from here before and was lovely

Hold on for a lengthy review. First, I'd like to say I was disappointed seeing the low star review for this place. Then I realised, most people rate a place when they've had a poor experience and those that enjoyed their food ate and then went and did something else, or went to bed. Anyway, I took the time today to give this place, where my husband and I have frequented for years, a positive review. I can't defend all their food, because we always get the doner kebabs. My husband a regular and me the chicken. We have always gotten polite service, although the owner is very quiet. The food may vary from one visit to another, but I can say we always enjoy it. Tonight was particularly nice and tasty. We went in around 6pm and everything was fresh. We got the usual healthy portions and both were full and satisfied after eating. In all the visits we've made over the years, neither of us have gotten ill after eating there as I've seen others complain. We love Castle Kabab and we think you should give it a try. I should have taken a photo, but we ate it too quickly and every drop. Maybe next time.

Been going to this kebab shop for over 20 years and still has the best doner meat and garlic sauce Ever. None of that plastic stuff. One tip go in and order, delivery isn’t great but You won’t find better kebab meat.

They always get the food absolutely right. The food is amazing. If you have tried their garlic pizza bread give it a go!!

Too expensive for what you get. I paid £11 for kebab and chips because they ran out of naan bread. Got home only had a few slices of meat the rest all salad and chips. Rip off.

Staff were completely and utter fab fp to them always nice and polite and respectful when they come to the door always nice food from here honestly can’t go wrong had a little problem with just eat but was soon worked out quickly and given me advice for the next steps to take to sort it out always a pleasure having from here 😃
