Food was good as expected of domino's. Service was fast. Usually most people order for takeaways so restaurant is usually empty. So, if you wish to dine-in peacefully you can .

Quality's getting worse. Only stick with dominos for the garlic and herb dip. Multiple pizzas delivered tonight without dips. When I called them they said dips have been recalled! No warning on the app. Could have got better quality and value elsewhere, without dips!

The worst pizza yet. Ordered the double decadence New Yorker and it was barely cooked. Toppings sliding all over the place and the double decadence filling seeping out into the box. Both pizza layers coming apart that you couldn't even pick up a slice without it falling apart. Horrible taste because nothing was cooked properly. At the point now of never ordering from this branch again. Too many incidents of rotten pizza.

The most dreadful service I have ever received in a Domino's anyway in the UK. The management team and employees failed to provide the service expected and were very dismissive and disrespectful. They lied and took pleasure in it. My advice is NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. If I could have given a score of minus 10 stars I most definitely would. Still waiting for the promised refund around £40.

So after a while on z diet we decided to treat ourselves. They use less cheese and have increased the price by £4. Won't be in a hurry to get pizza again

Absolutely shocking..got my order wrong twice! Somehow put tomato sauce on my TEXAS BBQ I mean the sauce is in the name! Sent it back to receive a fresh one which they got wrong AGAIN! Then told I was a liar on the phone and to send them picture evidence to which I did. He saw I was right and refused to give me a refund. No apology just slammed the phone down on me. Absolute joke!

Worst experience in my life. Head office issued me with a voucher to use after a negative experience. Tried to use the voucher but the system automatically reduced the pizza price and not allowing me to use the voucher. I phoned the store and they said pay for the item and maybe Head Office will refund, roughly £60. Service was appalling

A good bunch of staff in here - always on the ball for collections and delivery drivers of a high standard.

I always order from this dominos and got the food pretty quick as usual. The delivery driver came with a big BBQ dip instead of the Garlic and Herb one I'd ordered. Although a minor mixup, I called the store straight away and they had another one sent down with a different driver. Great service! Tip for dominos drivers - keep some spare dips in your cars!

We placed a order online through their website for collection their webpage said our order was ready for collection and when we arrived our order was not ready at all and we were told our pizza would have to be remade as they made a mistake and binned our pizza

I work here and I love it so I'm obviously biased lol, gotta be honest we're a tad bit overpriced but come here lol. Also looking for drivers aha

Thought I'd give Domino's another try seeing as they opened the new store in Caerphilly and was truly impressed at how clean and spacious it was. Ordered online whilst taking advantage of the online deals available. Selected that I was going to pick it up at 17:15 arrived at the store at 17:10 and it was ready. I'm OK with that. But I was hoping it would still be in the process of being made as I walked in. No biggie! I will definitely order from here again.
