Awful, had ribs, bbq sauce and noodles. Was the saltiest thing ive ever had. Wasnt hot. Poppadoms were clearly not fresh, tasted old and stale. Even the coke cans we had were room temperature. Will never order again.

Sends Wrong food then when you complain no English spoken .rude girl on phone makes you repeat constantly doesn't listen to you ,then tells you as you they will give you a free one next time .so I'm left without a meal will not deliver a replacement as they are unwilling to replace the other part of the meal as it's cold waiting for replacement

Ordered food at 5.30 was told it would arrive at 7.25. At 7.30 we were told that the food was on its way and would arrive by 7.50. At 8pm I called for an update to be told that my food hadn't even be cooked as delivery's are not as important as collections and that I should have some patience. Appalling customer service

This was my go to takeaway. However lately everytime I've ordered, the food has been cold and the chips look like they've been reheated. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has an off day but my last order was terrible parts of my order was missing and given a wrong dish. I'd ring the shop and they were quite rude, like i offended them by asking for what I paid for

Recently changed hands two weeks ago and you would think they would strive to keep up standards but it was really disappointing. Crispy chicken was soft. Chicken and mushrooms was bland. Chips reheated. I think I'll find somewhere else next time. Shame it used to be good.

Absolutely terrible meal from here last night 21/11. I had chicken curry and the sauce tasted more like gravy, my son had crispy chilli chicken that was awful too, the chips were reheated and the prawn crackers were going soft. I'dve given it zero if I could have .

Without a doubt the best Chinese around Caerphilly! Never had a bad meal from here! Always hot fresh cooked food. Prawn crackers are the best about, most Chinese places are all thin and crushed up but these are as they should be! Delivery times as usually the time they say sometimes a bit longer.

Very disappointed in the food from here tonight, turned up late and some of the food was cold, rice looked old, ribs was awful, didn't even look like ribs, veg spring rolls was practically empty, will not be going there again.

Poor, wanted to charge me for chips that they forgot to send me in the first place, constantly messing the order up, food is always cold, the woman who takes the order is very rude , in general not a good service, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Lovely food, not too greasy and hot temperature on delivery. Only down side was chips weren't great, dipped in a few days old oil or double dipped but other than that, great! Will order again!

I ordered and paid for a House special Chow Mein which cost me over £5.00 and all I got was a carton full of noodles with a few slices of meat on top..and I've taken photos to prove it!!!! Total rip off!!!

Absolutely awful!! Tried speaking to restaurant to rectify. Waste of time. Food was COLD, POPPADUMS were like 3 day old crisps. 1st time ordering and definitely the LAST. Seriously don't bother. I NEVER complain but this was £30.00 down the drain!!!!!!

I never leave reviews but have to say we've had food from here twice now and it is absolutely stunning. Food has been hot on delivery and the driver is really friendly too. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

First time in months that I have ordered and I remembered why...everything was over cooked and burnt, has no taste because of this, even the sauce did not hide the burnt taste. Won’t be returning again which is unfortunate because this used to be my favourite Chinese

Really early witch I wasn’t expecting but I was glad because I was starving. The food was top quality and it had been every time I’ve ordered and to top it off the delivery driver even asked if I have had a nice day and I’ve never experienced that before best Chinese about by far.

Worst Chinese I've tasted! A waste of money

£25 minimum order plus a £2.50 fee is a bit excessive but there isn't much choice on just eat. Next time I want a Chinese I'll go out and get cash. Made it up the £25 then waited over an hour and a half for the food, and over half an hour after the enroute text, rang the restaurant and they were very blase. Chicken balls were very over cooked and rice bland but all the rest of the food tasted great.

The best Chinease takeaway I have had in a long long time!!

We are regulars but tonight’s meal will be our last. £29 wasted. Minimum spend £25 isn’t ideal but you don’t mind if the food is worth it which it usually is. The last 2 orders we have had from here have been poor, salt and pepper chicken dry and hard, chips hard like they were recooked from the day before and the chicken balls were really chewy. Gutted as this was a favourite but that’s the last from us now, avoiding in future.

Chowmein nicest in caerphilly. Ribs not enough meat. But food lovely. Don't give nothing free though was expecting free prawn crackers at least like most places. But will order again very nice.

Good delivery time, fast response, they were very helpful on the phone. The food wasn’t great though, prawn toast was over done, curry and crispy beef dishes were not hot and a little thick, maybe been left for a long time. Chicken balls were nice but sauce a little vinegary. May order again

So we ordered food around 7PM and was told we would get it around 8PM, the restaurant added 15 minutes to the order... Big deal, what's 15 minutes? 8:40pm I call them to see what's going on and they apologized and assure me that it's just a little bit busy but the delivery driver left already, 9:10PM my partner calls up and says it's still not here, the woman in the restaurant sounded really concerned and tried to call the driver but couldn't get through, she offered us 10% off our next order which was nice enough but still no food... 9:35PM it arrives! The food was cold but also it was obvious they just reheated it and it was disgusting! So for being an hour and 35 minutes late we were offered 10%... We will never order from here again which is such a shame because I used to love their food.

Worst Chinese meal I’ve ever had! The mixed starter was over cooked, so much so that I nearly broke a tooth on the chicken satay! The chicken curry had a tiny amount of poor quality chicken, That was the first and last time we Oder from them!

ordered food around 7pmish it was due for 8:15 it arrived at 9:35pm which is ridiculous i was close to just cancelling the entire order.

First Chinese I’ve had in Wales. Hot and tasty food. Would order from here again. Was slightly disappointed that you need to spend £35 for free prawn crackers. In most Chinese restaurants in England you will get free prawn crackers if you spend £10

the food was late, on top of the time they added to the delivery time. The coke i ordered was very warm (coke is awful warm) from being right next to the hot food (i assume it was hot when it left), the chip bag broke apart (tore) when removing it from the bag due to the condensation built up and absorbed by the paper of the bag. The satay chicken on skewers was very tough and drier than an arabs dap despite being in satay sauce. The mixed meat chow mein came in a fold over "chip shop" container (non sealable) so while this made it look like you had a nice sized portion it also meant that it leaked into the extra bag it was put in. The lemon chicken was about the only "good" thing in the order but having said that i couldn't find a single recipe online that included "pineapple" in the recipe. overall a poor show, if there was another choice for chinese takeaway id use them without hesitation over this takeaway.

Why oh why are you making your curry so HOT. We could not eat our meal due to the ridiculous amount of chili or whatever you're putting in it. If you don't make it edible we will be purchasing elsewhere.

This food was absolutely spectacular. Hot, tastes amazing and delivered exactly on time by a lovely young lad. Top marks to you all. Very very happy.
