Pizza Hut Delivery in Caerphilly

Wafer thin kebab meat that was freezing cold and crispy. Chips were nice but not for £19 spent. Sadly won't be eating here again

Took 2 hours, 15 unanswered calls and a visit to the store to find out why our delivery hadn't been received yet. Staff standing around not answering the phones in fear of being shouted at by customers wondering where their food is (this is a literal statement made by a girl at the counter). Absolutely God awful service, how on earth are they able to use the brand name. Does Pizza Hut not set minimum franchisee standards? Do NOT order from here. Side note - I submitted a complaint to their head offices about this and over a month later haven't had a single response. Disgusting.

Ordered online today for collection, drove all the way from Abertillery to collect it from blackwood, to only find your store closed upon my collection time. Thanks very much for the waste of a journey and for being closed when my order was confirmed by yourselves Shambles

Same issue as everyone else. Ordered online waited and still waiting….nothing! Called multiple times but no one answers and after a while the call drops anyway. Keep calling but still no one is answering. Shame because I’ve never had an issue before. What’s going on???

Food has not arrived!!!! Phoned the store 10 times and no answer! Ridiculous. Then they emailed and had the cheek to ask us to leave a review! Fuming.

Been waiting over an hour and a half at this point and still no sign of our order. Tried calling multiple times and it just rings out with no answer.

3 hour wait for nothing to arrive. Tried phone on multiple occasions but no answer. Would not recommend Edit: managed to speak to someone the day after l. He went out of his way to get the pizzas to use and delivered them him self. Included a free drink as well which was a nice addition

The absolute opposite of a postive delivery experience - had to ring the "resturant" no less than 15 times but sadly received no response.....3 staving kids waiting & the meal that NEVER arrived! Stay away from this branch.......appauling!!! Going to have to spend time figuring out how to get a refund! The corporation need to step in and shut this outlet down.........

Ordered pizza from here regularly without any major issues but will no longer be doing so. Placed an order tonight after a relatively long day in work which meant I was late getting home, I've been waiting well over an hour for my food which has not arrived and every time I keep trying to call the store, the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers. Absolutely disgusting service and am unsure now if I'll be able to get a refund. Update: Food did eventually arrive but arrived very late.

wait WAY too long for my food. Every time. Twice now I've had to wait an hour plus on my delivery. The first time, they did not arrive atall, cancelled the order and shop was closed during a time of it saying "expected delivery time". Making us wait and starve for hours for nothing. The WORST Delivery experience in 30Years! Placed and order, was told an hour and half later was on the way after I called to see where it was. IT NEVER CAME! Rung the restaurant(Blackwood) They never answered! All went home and probably took and ate my FOOD! Still waiting for a refund. Go to DOMINOES next time. NEVER GO TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Dreadful. No one has even contacted me to issue my refund, or discuss it! They have litterally stolen my money and not provided my food.

Ordered from here 3 times now. Food is good, One time the order was late was given free Ben and Jerrys ice cream. Friendly service. EDIT - After ordering a few more times I've changed my opinion. The food is ok but service, not good. 2 times now my order has been missing big items (Ben and Jerry's missing and various sides!), Tried to call on both occusions for them to correct the mistake and nobody answers the phone! Won't be ordering again.

Ordered online. Three hours later and over twenty attempts at calling I still haven't received my food even though the app says its been delivered. What's going on!!!!

Staff have no people skills, shouldn’t offer delivery service if they are unable to provide, deliveroo apparently were going to be delivering my food on behave but never came, and the staff said that apparently their eating it and not delivering it but saying on the system it is. Refused me a refund and said i needed to do it online yet according to their policy has to be issued by the store it was ordered from. My advice is unless your doing click and collect don’t order from them 😡😠 i am also still waiting on my refund

Food tasted food and was hot even when I got home with it. Service was a little slow however they were super busy so it's definitely understandable. Cheers guys.

After food not arriving via deliveroo we went to the shop and Dan was very helpful and delt with the situation professional and efficiently Would recommend collecting not ordering online Thank you Dan much appreciated

Really poor service, ordered online at a tidy time so's not to get the food too late, after 2 and a half hours of calling the store to no joy I drive over incase they are too busy or short staffed, to see them causally standing around laughing and joking while the phones are going off the hook. I ask if my food been sent out to see them walk off to the back and check, you can see on there faces the food hadn't even been made yet. With any explanation im told im having a refund without my food. This tells me they knew they had messed up and didn't know how to proceed. Long story sort im never wasting my time or money on this poorly run company #domino's for the win

By far the worst takeaway around this area, waited over an hour and 30 minutes for food. Have tried to ring numerous times with no answer.

Ordered food at 10.00 online. Had a confirmation that food would be delivered between 10.30 and 10.45. Waited till 12.30 and phoned shop numerous times in-between..... no answer and no delivery. Absolutely shocking customer service will never Order food from here again . This is not the first time this has happened.

Spent over 2 hours waiting for food and when it came it was cold, Had the same issues when we ordered from Caerphilly shop many years ago and that was the same, slow delivery and food was cold. we have been told we will get a refund but lets see, Avoid!

Not possible to give zero stars !!!! Ordered food And after waiting over hr and half decided to call shop. was told ….. delivery driver didn’t get a answer !!!! Yea cos with 3 hungry children I often can be bothered to answer door!!!!!!!! With my blood boiling And 3 hungry children my advice would be don’t bother with this shop !!! Can’t even get in contact to offer refund..!!!!! #NOTVERYHAPPY

Popcorn chicken pizza was lovely.

Took my money lied about the delivery times and never showed up Told me time and time again it was on its way then stopped answering the phone. Awful service what a joke of a place.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here this evening, both without garlic on, once received garlic all over the pizza, called the branch to be told although they had made a mistake they are understaffed and thus cannot deliver for at least a minimum of 2 hours. When I said this was unacceptable I was told to contact HR. This is all good and well customer service is at best pathetic, however when you have 2 kids who want pizza after already waiting 1 hour, 2 hours won't surfice. In conclusion go to domino's.

Pizza came on time but the crusts were like cardboard, there was barely any veg on it and they get us the wrong ice cream which we can't eat due to it containing wheat when we ordered the one that was gluten free. We only just checked now to see it was the wrong ice cream because we didn't assume you could mess up that up but always nice to be surprised

Delivered to me three times during social distancing. 1st delivery was cold and driver didn't follow social distancing measures. I phoned up and the manager told me that he would recook the order and personally deliver it. This time was lovely and hot. Today's delivery all social distancing measures adhered to lovely food. This has become a bit of a weekly tradition. We are a large family with fussy eaters and never have any waste.

I know this is difficult time we ordered our pizza 8.30 was told it would be asap so we thought ok we will give it an hour due to more than prob getting many orders because of everything going on with virus . When an hour an half passed an nothing we decided to call and was told 15 to 20 mins. Eventually half hour later making it 2 hours since we placed the order it was finally here mmmm not happy both pizzas barely warm and the nachos was like cardboard and almost broke my teeth and pizzas well may as well have eaten the box they was in. Next time I'm off to either marmaris or papa johns better quality and cheaper

Would be zero if I could, paid for a pizza online at 20:30 with a 45 minute wait time. At 21:45 it still hasn't arrived so I tried calling 5 times over the course of the next 40 minutes to have it just ring out every time. I had a phonecall from a driver at 23:30 saying he was outside. Was not happy as I was up at 4am for work. What sort of place calls someone at that time when they ordered 3 hours ago? Had to wait ages to get a refund too.

Pizza cold and soggy and was almost an hour LATE. I rang the store and was told it was because they were busy!! I've emailed head office and they haven't even had the decency to reply

Pizza took 1hr 15mins to turn up. Tried to ring 4 times before anyone answered the phone. When pizza eventually turned up the pizza was wrong. Didn't bother ringing to say, didn't want to wait another hour. Can't see me ordering from Blackwood Pizza Hut again.

Beyond a joke after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes attempted to call the store and no one was answering, after failing at that spent 15 minutes on hold with customer services only to be told my food would be another 45 minutes. Haven't ordered from here in 2 years, and had the same issue last time. Won't bother again.

Currently waiting still for pizza ordered 20:30 almost two hours ago, called after an hour told waiting for driver to return. Called again after another 30 minutes just been taken out the oven is now 30 minutes later still no pizza. This is by the far the worst pizza service I have ever experienced, pizza finally arrived at 22:35 after we had already ordered alternative food.

Awful service. Refused to let me collect after delivery was over half an hour late. Completely unapologetic on the phone. I ordered my pizza an hour and a half ago and I am still waiting. Rude and unhelpful.

Ordered two pizzas the bases had texture of cardboard barely any sauce on both and the toppings were absolutely rank ,looked like the toppings had been kept from two days ago

Ordered from here a few times, always came about 20-30 minutes late, never really bothered me because the food was still hot but today just took the entire thing to another level, ordered food at 8:01, didn't arrive until 09:58 (exact times), ordered a pizza, two sides and two drinks and only the pizza and one side arrived (cold and pizza box broken and falling apart on one side letting the rain getting at it), try to ring the store to ask them to deliver the rest and couldn't get through to anyone, rung customer services to see if they could help and even they couldn't get through to the shop so was given a refund for my troubles, didn't really care about the money just wanted my food, but the customer services are the only reason I've given a star

Ordered pizza at 2 pm and did not get it till 430pm manager had a very bad attitude when we called them and when it finally came it was stone cold this is not the first time now we will not be ordering a pizza from them anymore

Food arrived 2 hours later... considering it was only suppose to take 25 mins Phoned twice, first time after 1 hour and it hadn’t even left, rang 1 hour and half later and only got a sorry from staff member. Turned up wedges cold and only given us 1 drink...considering it’s a Tuesday night and only having a small pizza very poor service. Will not be returning and advise customers to order their food 2 days in advance

First time to order from here, said 45-55 mins as busy it was over an hour which wasn’t a problem. However the food was cold and had to be heated up. It was lovely to be fair but would prefer not to have had to heat it up.

Ordered 2 identical pizzas. Both tasted completely different. One burnt one undercooked. Tasteless .Just awful. Nothing like pizza hut you get at a sit down restaurant. Just avoid

Very disappointed. Ordered a chicken supreme. The pizza was tastless. Not enough tomotoe on the base. Also the base wasn't cooked through properly. Staff serving was nice and friendly.

Well happy with the fast paced delivery and the taste of the pizzas.👍👍👍👍👍 Highly recommend these guys. Papa John's and dominoes can't compare !!!

Pizza Hut Blackwood has amazing customer service. The delivery drivers are very friendly and the delivery arrived very fast. The food was to an excellent standard; pizza was very tasty and the sides were great too. Will definitelty recommend Pizza Hut to friends and family, can also get great value deals too! My experience with Pizza Hut is fantastic, Delivery came within 30 minutes. Love the cheesy bites pizza from here, it fills the whole family, especially love how they will do half and half with the bbq sauce! Talk about great customer experience. Lovely staff over the phone, very helpful with offers and upsells. Would definitely visit again!

Ordered a Texan bbq the other day and it was the nicest pizza I've had, they also added garlic butter to the crust which give it more flavour. It's great value for your money. The Pizza arrived in next to no time, the delivery driver was very friendly too.

Ordered twice from here. First time the pizza was lovely, but second time we went for the thin and stuff crust which was too chewy and very disapointing. Chicken stripers did not taste great in terms of the coated texture. However, on the positives it dies not taste greasy, you get free dips and very quick delivery.

First time having a pizza Hut it took over an hour to get to me and it's only a Monday, when the pizza turns up the pizza was shaken around in the box and when I lifted the piece of pizza the underneath was wet and soggy don't order from here go elsewhere

I waited hour half to be told they lost my address . Then my pizza had definitely been reheated and the garlic and cheese twist balls where flat around the edge our wedges cheese bacon was burnt on top . Will never order again ever .

Pizza's were dry and there was hardly any cheese in the stuffed crust. No free dip provided like Domino's, the garlic bread was hard. Overall Not impressed, only gave 1 star for the prompt delivery.
