Always late Always slow Always cold Unapologetic staff. It’s just awful. Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

I'm lactose intolerant and ordered the mcplant burger. I'm guessing they mixed the cheese up with the dairy one because I had a reaction after eating here

Very clean restaurant. Arrived with 5 children and 2 adults but easily found a table. Food was fresh and arrived quickly. Staff were friendly and polite.

Disgusting and poorly maintained. Bins overflowing, tables dirty. Ladies toilets filthy and the smell made me wretch - dirty nappy’s on the floor, toilet roll on the floor, no soap. I let a staff member know who looked at me blankly….

This afternoon i visited McDonalds aberystwyth after a lovely day with my friend, however, this lovely day took a sudden turn as soon as i received my order. I had specifically ordered a bbq bacon crispy wrap without tomato, the chicken wasn’t crispy enough and i could definitely taste an essence of tomato in there. I received the fries in a damaged container which definitely affected the taste. And don’t get me started on the diet coke, which i suddenly realised after the first sip it was in-fact coke zero. Cucumber sticks were lovely tho, especially the juice! i don't mean to point fingers but i have to say Gladys, i don’t think waitressing is for you.

Absolutely shocking restaurant…. The dirtiest McDonalds l’ve ever been too… tables all full of left over food, food bins lnside overflowing that trays food and rubbish was left on the counters, no serviettes as they were being used for toilet paper no door on the toilet, the rubbish on the main food had just been left…. No hygiene food health and hygiene standard awful… The shift manager was happily giggling , singing and dancing with the staff and when we went to complain she just laughed saying she knew everything we were stating but also she hadnt had a break…..

i live local to this Mcdonalds and over the years it has turned into one of the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to. - Slow service everytime, always get asked to park up for a simple order - staff havn't got a clue and often look high - food is reguarly wrong and cold overall i would suggest going somewhere else because going here will boil your blood

food great but strawberry shakes lacked strawberries, not much flavour, car park clean, just as a mcdonalds should be.

Not many Mc Donalds in the area. We knew exactly what we would get and were happy with the food and service.

Fast service, uni students seemed to be the majority of staff. Friendly, easy to find, big car park. The only place I have seen a farmer with sheep in a trailer going through a drive through!!

Cada vez que vengo aquí ya que los McDonalds unos kilómetros, los baños de los hombres están siempre sucia, y el tazón está lleno de# $t S! Cada vez!!.. y tengo que venir aquí una vez a la semana, sólo espero que para otros huéspedes que están limpias en los días que yo no estoy aquí

A la llegada al restaurante McDonalds, nos encontramos con un aspecto extraviados del maitre con el escoba cuando pedimos una mesa para dos. De igual forma, nuestra petición de menús cayeron en saco roto. La comida era muy agradable. Mi 'gran hamburguesa" era muy bueno, aunque algunas complicaciones surgió con las picaduras de queso. Que por desgracia vino sin instrucciones así que era difícil saber si descienden en el 'rica salsa de tomate' vinieron con o la salsa de tomate normal que había adquirido en la encantadora receptáculos de papel blanco. Al final, nos lo tiró precaución al viento y alternaba entre las salsas. En general, una experiencia agradable y volvería.

Wanted quick cup of t and mcflulrry just the job free wifi! The same as I thought but I am so used to it I like it

Like the food especially thick shakes. Like the speed you get your meal, and so convenient to the Supermarket.

This is a Muckdonalds (as I call them). Why is anyone actually 'reviewing' it?!?!?!?!? These places are the same the world over. The 'food' (so I believe) is factory processed in order to be absolutely uniform wherever you find it, from Paris to Ulan Bator (though why on earth you'd go to a McDonalds in Paris, only the great gods of American tasteless, ignorant, easy-eat monoculture would know), and in my opinion absolute **** (I'm probably not allowed to say this word on this site).I went there once (under duress, I hasten to add), and was not disappointed. It was totally as bad as I expected. The whole 'meal' tasted processed and 'plastic', and it lay in my stomach all afternoon afterwards like a ton of wet sand. I was glad to get back on natural meat and proper vegetables and bread that night.For Goodness' sake, go and find a proper restaurant that offers proper food, not 'junk' (as it's well-called in my opinion), and do your systems, taste-buds, and local economies some good. And don't waste your time reviewing such places. They are truly (in my humble opinion) really not worth the attention.

He estado en este McDonald's muchas veces y el servicio siempre ha sido adecuado en el mejor de los casos. Personal grosero, el servicio es lento, la barrera idiomática. Mi visita más reciente ha realmente me quitó!Vinimos aquí temprano en la mañana un día después de un largo paseo de gran tributo y estaban esperando ansiosamente nuestra comida.Después de nuestros tortitas había ordenado y servida con rapidez (por una vez!) me saludaron con la sorpresa desagradable de una hamburguesa de ternera dentro de mi pancake.No sé lo que el problema es que me dijeron que el personal claramente tres veces todo lo que queríamos era tortitas pero aquí no era sábado esperando mi comida cuando wallah, disfrutar de una carne Burger.Ahora, muchas personas han disfrutado más carne para el desayuno.Sin embargo soy vegetariana y encontrar este tipo de servicio pésimo. Yo no tener tortitas otra vez!!

mi madre y yo vinimos aquí después de un día en Ynyslas con nuestro perro. Habiendo tenido la leyenda de pollo a la barbacoa previamente, quería algo diferente. Así que elegí el blc de pollo que venía con tocino y queso ahumado. Muy sabrosos, pero un poco pequeñas. También tenían sus "famosas patatas fritas". madre fuimos para lo grande sabroso con tocino. Ella elige siempre la pounder de barrio, así que hizo ella tiene algo diferente! Ella dijo que estaba muy sabrosa (eh em) pero no tendría otra vez. El servicio era rápido y educado pero supongo que era sólo tus McDonalds normales.

classic mcdonalds hits the spot every time when you are hungry. and the kids love it as expected . and they loved there happy meal

Me and my family went into McDonald's the other day and found that the staff are very polite and that the food was very nice. The facilities were clean. I would return again when I next visit Aberystwyth :)

Food is what it is, fast, sometimes, staff are what they are, mardi, most of the time, taste is what it is, disappointing, every time! But me ill go back, all the time.

It was clean and you were served quickly as with all these fast food joints. The kids seem to love these places for some reason! The drive thru is handy on occasions.

You know what you are getting with McDonalds. Here you'll find a clean and well furnished restaurant, where you can go and get your Big Mac meal.Service in here always seems to be fast and friendly. On a recent occasion I was stupid enough to spill my coke everywhere, yeah I was "that guy", the Manager saw it and got me a new coke which was a really nice thing to do. I was obviously embarrassed and just wanted to run off after I'd apologised.There is a small amount of outdoor seating, but as this is a small restaurant and Wales (rain), there isn't much space out there.If you have an Aber student card, remember to flash it with your value meal, at the time or writing you can get a Mcflurry or a small burger for free with your meal, a promotion that has been running for many years now.

We wnet through the drive thru, there were no other vehicles in front as it was very early lunchtime. We placed our order, paid and received our food. We parked up in the car park to eat, after eating some of my fries i opened my big mac (took out the gherkins!) and picked it up, as I picked it up i noticed a very thick long wavy hair which had obviously come from someones head. disgusted i drove back around and spoke to the girl who served the food to me previously....all she said was sorry I will get you another and walked off, she came back with another big mac. After the hair in my burger i didnt feel i wanted to consume anything from this establishment as I questioned their health and hygiene practices. I told the staf member i wanted a refund, she got her manager who wandered away for 10 mins then came back with a refund for us. Although they did apologise they did not seem at all phased by the fact there was a foreign body in my food and did not actually really seem all that sorry.I know its mcdonalds but surely they still are supposed to follow the same hygiene standards as other places?? Would not visit again if you paid me, absolutely disgusted!!!

it was very clean and warm, its in a nice scenic location. staff where friendly and helpful. food hot.

Slightly out of town, but good to pick up a quick bite after a game of Football. Service is quick and the staff are friendly. Let down by loud kids and minging chavs. Found myself choosing to go to Morrison's and picking up healthier food for the same price or less.

Fast service in a clean environment....a good coffee break!

Run of the mill McDonalds - does what it says on the tin.Nice location, out of town, close to main roads in / out of Aberystwyth.
